This is the first time I have used Ardent based on the wonderful reviews that my neighbors have given them. The service man was very kind and explained everything that he did. I'm the kind of person that likes to know all the technical aspects of the unit as well as what's being done on the service. He was wonderful, clean, and very conscientious and I plan on using Ardent for my other needs as well.

I highly Recommend using this company for plumbing services. The technician was very friendly and informative. He was able to take care of the issue in a very timely manner.

In 2018 Ardent Plumbing cut out collapsed cast iron pipes and installed new PVC pipes from our 2 bathrooms completely under our house to the front outside faucet and installed new clean outs. In between 2018 and now, I have called them several times to come and unstop a drain in another part of the house and also to find a pipe that was leaking water in my front yard. Two weeks ago I had to call them again. This time they had to reroute my main lines from the house to the street. The PVC they laid down looked beautiful. The excavation company they work with is fantastic. The work they do to dig out the dirt for the new pipes is amazing! Kevin and Nick are superb! They are very thorough in finding out what the problem is and then explaining what they need to do to fix the problem. I highly recommend Ardent Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, big or small. They are honest, fun, helpful and the work they do is above all else. They are price competitive and they are simply amazing! I can't say enough good things about them.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

I discovered a water leak this past Saturday, and after the City helped identify the source—water flowing directly into the meter basket from around the sprinkler system shut-off valves—I reached out to Ardent Plumbing (referred to me by my landscaper) on Monday. They arrived promptly on Tuesday, right within the scheduled window.

From the moment they arrived, the technician was professional and efficient. They quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained the issue (leaking connection to the city water line), provided a fair estimate, and got to work immediately. Within just three hours, the problem was fully resolved.

I couldn’t have asked for better service—fast, transparent, and effective. Highly recommend!

Update: This is our second time utilizing Ardent Plumbing services. Kevin again, quick on the consult and install. He also pointed out a few other issues I should pay attention to for future house maintenance/repairs. Would definitely recommend and will certainly hire again!

First Time: We had a great experience! We needed our shower handle replaced, which required going through the wall. Kevin provided a quick consult/quote turnaround, was communicative about when parts would be available and getting us on the schedule for installation. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He understands the building structure and the plumbing system very well, the repair was quick and effective. The service fee was exactly as estimated. Will definitely use them again.

Very easy to work with on arranging service. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the situation going on with plumbing and was able to provide the perfect solution to the problem. The wall had to be cut in order to access the pipes and everything was cleaned up nicely with an access panel covering the opening. Unfortunately, the previous plumbers used pex pipe instead of copper which caused issues with the diverter on the tub spout. He was very professional and only focused on providing a solution without regards to the previous work done or negative talk any of the previous work which made it more evident that he was more concerned with solving the problem rather than comparing to other businesses. Ardent Plumbing has a very professional system from setting up service, reminders and for ensuring customer were satisfied with service. I would highly recommend them even though they were not the cheapest bid or the most expensive I received for doing this job. Excellent work and communication overall.

Had a good experience. The sales lady named Shanna was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. It is rare to get genuine service these days. I will definitely be back.

One of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their employees are completely unprofessional. They have the lowest standards of any business I have dealt with. Do not do business with this company you will be better off going literally anywhere else.Absolutely terrible customer service.

Not impressed with their customer service. Purchased a defective water heater which is not their fault at all. But when calling the place to order the replacement they took my information down and said they would call me back because they had a customer in the store. They didn’t call back so I went with someone else. Not once did they even apologize for the inconvenience and the extra expense we have to incur because of the defective product.

Little tight backing into unloading area. No dock , they put a pallet jack in your trailer and pull skids to the rear of trailer so forklift can take off the pallets. Nice folks. Takes about an hr - hr and half to unload 20+ skids. I delivery to this location from NC often and never had any issues. Keep up the great job !!!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
