Plumbing reviews in Plano, Texas

This company did a good job. The office staff was professional, the supervisor over the repair team was professional as well as the leak locator. Every step was simple. The dig team worked in the rain all afternoon to refill the hole and they then power sprayed our driveway cleaning all the mud off of it left everything clean, nice and neat.

We had an old cast iron sewer line under our slab foundation that developed a whole and clogged the line. After getting four different quotes on how to address the issue, Chad from Accurate Leak and Line offered the best plan for addressing the issue (not digging through my patio), their price was extremely competitive and represented a solid value, and his expertise and professionalism was very clear. Work started less than a week after signing the proposal. Their excavation crew did an excellent job of containing debris and treating my property with care. We were able to use the guest bathroom throughout. The work took about a week altogether. When they were finished, the crew cleaned up everything very well. There was leftover soil from the excavation which they hauled away for me as well. Christian was our project manager and made sure we were always kept well informed of progress and what to expect. If your issue is a sub-slab repair or replacement I would highly recommend them. That is the only kind of work they do, so their specialization offers a very high quality of work with a fair price.

Accurate Leak and Line were amazing. We had multiple companies come out and quote us out of budget and they came and worked with us. Their innovative approach is what ultimately led us to choosing them and they were honest and transparent every step of the project, no matter what obstacle we ran into. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for work done or who needs another opinion. They are the best around.

Very impressed with the work done at my home by Accurate Leak and Line. Tunneled under slab to find cold water leak and repaired with no inside interruption to the home. Hard working crew. Great company. Highly recommended!

What A Wonderful Company! From the moment I called Accurate Leak And Line, they were knowledgeable, professional, and kind!
The workers immediately get going as soon as they arrive and work until they leave at night! Their work ethic it’s hard to find these days thank you for everything! -
Accurate Leak and Line provided excellent professional service for a total re-pipe of my sewer system. They were prompt and pleasant to deal with when I was seeking an estimate. The pricing was reasonable. They were helpful with the insurance claim for a covered portion of the work. The digging crews were timely and very hard working. The plumbers were fast and very considerate. Highly recommended.

We had some unexpected broken pipes and got referred this company by a friend and I am so grateful for it. They did the work at a very fair price compared to what we were quoted elsewhere and every single person we interacted with was incredibly professional, nice and understanding of us just being stressed about the situation since we had like half a bathroom functional for 4 adults.
We had a lot of questions about different things and everyone took their time to explain all the questions we had, were very communicative with schedule, the work etc and the job only took 3 days, which 2 of it was digging.
Afterwards everything worked wonderfully and while I never want to deal with plumbing crap ever again, if I have to I'm absolutely using them again -
David, Steve and team have been great to work with, and their bid for a broken sewer line was promptly prepared and explained. Their expertise for this type of specialty work was helpful, and gave us confidence that the work would be completed in the right way. Be sure to give their team a shot - you won’t be disappointed!

While having the cast iron pipes replaced is never a fun experience-the experience with Accurate Leak and Line was incredible. They were on time, in constant communication with us through the project, and left our yard in such good shape. I can’t say enough about this company.

Ask them to come out and inspect my sewer line. Spoke with a gentleman on the phone who said that they had somebody in the area that could come out same day and check it, and I didn’t need to be home. My entire property is covered with cameras that record 24 seven in 4K. Approximately one hour after I left for work I received an email with a quote for over $4000 to repair a sewer line. I reviewed all my camera footage and noticed that they never even came to the property to check what the issue was instead just gave me the largest repair quote I have ever received for this repair.
I contacted this company because of high reviews and the fact that they offer total pipe liner which is what I would need to fix my problem. Completely unethical to give a quote to fix an issue that they never even came out to inspect. -
Steve performed a hydrostatic pressure test for our freshwater lines and wastewater lines. Steve was expert, patient and articulated the results and recommendations clearly. Highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line.

Accurate did an amazing job on replacing all of our cast iron sewer pipes underneath slab foundation! I had a lot of questions and they were patient in answering all of them. The crew works hard and knowledgeable about their part. Definitely recommend Accurate!

Great company and excellent work by all. Chris kept me informed and made sure we made the right decisions to remediate the sewer line issue we had. Work was done on time and the cost was reasonable.

We chose Accurate Leak and Line from four vendors. Chad (Co-Owner/Co-CEO) came out twice and gave us a detailed plan of our options. We expressed our concern about damage to the landscape, having spent so much time and money on it.
The workers started digging on schedule and finished in 3 days. They were the nicest and hardest working people we have met in a long time. The plumbers came in afterward, and the digging crew came back to fill the holes. It was an amazing, professional team working diligently in the oppressive heat.
The digging crew did an awesome job and avoided breaking any pipes or sprinkler control wires. Their cleanup was exceptional, and we could hardly see where the trenches were.
Accurate Leak and Line kept us informed of status during the two weeks and finished on time. Several neighbors have used other vendors, who took 4-6 weeks, and the yards looked like rock gardens afterwards.
We highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line. -
Very competitive pricing. Able to do complete job in 3 days. They were very careful to leave the work area as clean as possible when they had completed the work. Highly recommend

I relied on Accurate to reroute the cast iron sewer lines under my 40-year old house. It was quite nerve-racking, but the guys at Accurate made it seem routine (which for them, it is).
Accurate really shined in dealing with my insurance company. They know how to talk to them, what documents to provide and how to work the system to get as much covered as possible. It took over a month of back-and-forth, but Accurate never seemed to get frustrated. Their patience paid off, as the project was almost completely covered (after deductible).
The entire job was done in 5 days. From the first shovel hitting the dirt to the final hydrostatic test. I was never without sewer-line access, as they stagger the work one side of the house at a time. (it took longer for all the dirt to be put back because we had to wait for 3rd party inspections).
Our only issues, which were minor, were with the excavation company that ACCURATE uses. They cut our fiber optic line ("it looked like a root"), but they paid to repair it the next day. And they had to cut my sprinkler lines--this was expected--but it leaked after they spliced them back together. Accurate paid for a sprinkler repair company to service the entire system and repair the remaining leaks.
All and all, I would recommend Accurate in a heartbeat. We went from living under a ticking time bomb — would this next flush be the one? -- to having a PVC-pipe piece of mind. -
Overall, the work was good from what we can tell so far, but the communication on multiple levels could have been better. For example, no one told us ahead of time that multiple wheelbarrows of dirt would have to be hauled away because it wouldn't all fit back under the house when repacking the dirt. So, seeing our dirt being taken away felt unsettling until it was explained to us (after several wheelbarrows worth were already hauled away) that that was a normal practice. Plus, when Christian did come by to talk to us in person about the 20%-30% of dirt that didn't go back under the house after it was excavated, he pretty much backed us into a corner and told us that they could re-open the hole and put a little more dirt back in, but it would cost us extra money!! Not diplomatic towards the customer if you ask me. This job already cost us $12,000 when you combine all the expenses, so not understanding and then backing the customer into a corner doesn't sit well when so much out of pocket money is being spent. The contract never said how much dirt is to be hauled away, so when a customer expects 10%-15% but in actuality sees 20%-30% being hauled away, that is concerning. Just giving customers a better forehand understanding would be considerate.
Hopefully everything will be good with our house and foundation, like he explained to my husband and I.
Also, fairly lengthy wait times for scheduling. That's why we took off two stars. -
I can't recommend this company enough. I struggled finding a company that could sleeve my bathroom toilet drain (due to tree roots) to keep from having to tunnel below the house or jackhammer the foundation. They were clean, efficient, and just really good people. It's getting harder and harder to find someone to do what they say their going to do without trying to fleece you out of everything you have. This is my go-to from this point on. Great job!!!!
-
They dug out the old cast iron pipe and replaced with PVC. Dug two tunnels replacing about 100 feet of pipe.
Tunneling was done in two days and the new pipe took about a day.
Replacing all the dirt into the tunnels including all clean up was about a day and half.
Altogether just over a week start to finish.
I have received multiple comments from neighbors on how quickly it was completed, and how it looks like nothing ever happened.
Overall very satisfied with the work and professionalism of the entire team. -
We highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line. They replaced 1960s cast iron pipes under the house and to the street. The work was impeccable, clean and an easy process. It's a big job and these guys are professionals. You can't go wrong by choosing them for plumbing! Thank you, Accurate Leak!

I am a Realtor and my seller had to hire a plumbing company to get all new pipes installed and let me tell you that they did an awesome job. When the job was complete you could not even tell that the yard was touched.
I would highly recommend hiring this company. Top Notch!
The price was even better that a lot of other companies.
