Evan Brown and his colleague were fantastic as always. Evan has been to our home numerous times for various maintenance and repairs and has always been courteous, considerate, and very competent. He always explains what he did, any issues identified as well as any repairs/fixes he has done. Really appreciate having him as we know if there is ever an issue Evan is goin g to work hard to figure it out!

The Earl’s plumbing repair folks were out at our house the same day that we needed them as we had a plumbing issue in our laundry room that precluded us from turning on our new clothes washer. They came, and were super courteous, and were able to solve the issue within an hour. Mind you, they worked after normal hours, which was a huge plus for us given that we both weren’t available till after 5 PM. They did a fantastic job, we’re super transparent about pricing, and we’re very friendly and courteous. Would totally recommend!

Luke and Abram came by at 9:00 am. Installed a new toilet and flange on the 2nd floor and was done in 1 hour. Prompt, courteous, and even cleaned up after themselves! Definitely will call them again for plumbing needs!

Technicians came out the same day. They quickly diagnosed the tankless water heater leakage & controller issues. They called the manufacturer to order parts. When the parts arrived, they scheduled the visit right away with no delay. Thank you!!

Techs were awesome, good guys. Didn’t like the fact that the initial assessment fee was on top of the work, it should be credited once the work is done. I get it if I have you come out to check and then use someone else, but it should be credited once I choose you.
