I called Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection yesterday regarding a water leak. Jack took the call was both friendly & professional. He sent his crew out this morning; Mario & his assistant Jerold performed a quick leak detection using their expertise and thermal detector & the leak is now fixed in no time.

We had them install new water heaters, and the results were absolutely fantastic! The installation was seamless, and the water heaters not only work perfectly but also look great. The attention to detail and quality of their work is unmatched.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism, promptness and courtesy from Jack and his team at Plano Plumbing. They promptly found and fixed a major issue I had, have given me a reference for another issue they didn't work with and mostly recently detected why I had leakage and damaged floor without charging me for the sales call as it ended up not being a plumbing problem.

Jack was great! Your whole team is fantastic. The process was smooth and easy, and the work done was excellent! They repair a hot water leak under my slab by rerouting the pipe and not having jackhammering the floor.

Our water meter notified us of a possible leak. Called Plano Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. They identified the leak within a few minutes and quickly fixed it. Very friendly and professional.

Plano Plumbing had cleared a frozen pipe last winter. We did not hesitate to call Plano Plumbing this August when we experienced an internal 2nd floor wall blockage, and also needed 2 faucets replaced. Mario was dispatched and arrived right on time. He and his assistant respected our home, and went right to work having tools and supplies at hand. They finished all tasks in less than two hours and left the work areas in spotless condition. They even allowed me to watch and educated me on their process and solutions, giving me DIY tips for the future. I can’t say enough good things about their management, professionalism and results. The work saved me a good amount of time, money and grief. As my wife said, “When you have the best, why go elsewhere!!!” We wii stick with the Gold Standard….

Mario came out within 20 minutes of my call after receiving a 4x larger than normal water bill. He helped us locate our hidden sprinkler box and determined that our leak was in the sprinkler system, not in the house. We appreciate the speediness and professionalism and will certainly call again if ever needed!

I was surprised to discover a small flood happening by the shutoff valve at the curb and gave Plano Plumbing a call. Thankfully, Mario was able to fit a service call in the next day.

I got a call the next morning because Mario had an opening and could come even earlier! (Yes, please!) He and Gerald showed up and walked me through their game plan. They kept me updated every step of the way as they worked their way through the muddy mess outside and repaired the leak.

I used them today for the first time to fix a water heater leak. They got me scheduled, came the same day and solved my problem. They were very professional, kind, explained things to me and put me at ease. I have their magnet now and will use them anytime I need a plumber. So nice to find a good company!

The guys at Plano Plumbing helped me resolve a hot water slab leak. They responded right away to a request for assistance and scheduled a site visit. During that visit they provided an assessment as to where the leak was most likely located and what my options were to correct the problem. They also provided a high level cost estimate based on that initial visit. After making the decision to move forward with their services the work was scheduled. The guys arrived on time on the scheduled day and got to work. They systematically isolated the leak using leak detection equipment, performed the section
re-loop and then pressure tested the system to confirm their work had solved the issue. The work was done cleanly and professionally. If you suspect you have a slab leak, give these guys a call.

Came in to store and Roger Chavarria greeted me and went above and beyond to help me and search for part i was looking for call vendors around dfw to assist.

Looked everywhere for a burn Assembly went to three different races initially I was told that two other stores had them, but one wasn’t the right one and the other didn’t even have any in stock closest one was in Oklahoma City and it would be there in two days. Imagine telling your customer this and he is angry. I spoke with Roger out of the Plano store. Great guy known them for years. This and was able to locate a burn assembly everybody that works at that race did a great job five stars all around would recommend this supply house to anyone anytime I need anything it’s Reese
