Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out to my home and found a leak in the pipes under my home. They were able to fit me in to their schedule to get the leak repaired quickly and save me a lot of money! They were very professional to work with and did a great job. Hopefully I won't have any leaks in the near future, but if I do I'm definitely reaching out to them again!

Jack and his crew are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I was able to get an estimate on my water leak repair the same day I called. The day of the repair they arrived on time, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the work. I will be calling them again if another plumbing problem occurs and referring them to all my friends.

Had a water leak in my foundation. Had a few other companies try to do a leak locate and diagnoses with no luck. Jack with Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out and spent almost 2 hours finding the leak. He did a fantastic job. They include a very detailed verbal report. We also had them make the repair our home the next day, the did a reroute of the water line, instead of jackhammering my floor. Should have started with Plano Plumbing & Detection. I highly recommend them.

My attic water heater finally gave up and started leaking. Jack and his crew were able to come out quickly to replace it. The installation was efficient and clean. I highly recommend the professional services of Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. I contacted Jack from Plano Plumbing on a Saturday and described my issue. Jack was able to diagnose the problem over the phone which was a slab leak. He then arranged to have a crew report to my residence on Monday. The crew arrived and I worked directly with Mario. Mario was very professional and took the time to explain the repair process. His team conducted a thorough leak detection test to identify the leak which was a busted hot water line. He then explained how they would conduct the repair which involved a reroute. In all the services provided by this company was exemplary. They were very professional since the first call and exceeded all my expectations for service. Thank you Jack and Mario for a job well done!

I had a slab leak this week and when I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection, Jack answered the phone to hear about our situation. He still managed to squeeze our consultation/visitation into his busy schedule to identify and inform us of the cause of the leak and how it can be fixed. Jack returned calls if they were missed to ensure everything was okay.

When I made an appointment for the repair and rerouting of the pipes, Jack and his crew came right on time and got to work. They cleaned as they performed their work and didn't leave a mess when they left! We had a slab leak on Friday night, our first house and we didn't know what to make out of the water leaking from the foundation. We had the city switch the water line to our house for the night. I called Plano Plumbing on Saturday morning and Jack was at our house in 30 mins to do the leak detection. He came as a savior when needed and as an experienced leak detector, found the type of leak and provided suggestions on what will be needed. He offered us an estimate but also asked us to check around to compare. We were lucky that he had a slot available for Monday morning and we blocked that to fix our problem.

The crew was at our house right at the time and setting up everything required. Jack suggested rerouting the hot water line, which was leaking, through the attic and walls. They were spot on with their work, rechecked the leak, verified that there are no other leaks, fixed the leak by rerouting the hot water line in few hours and voila, we finally had water to our house within 2 days.

Jack and his crew were great! My hot water heater burst on a Friday going into a holiday weekend. Plano Plumbing came out immediately and installed a new hot water heater. They were efficient and had me up and running with in 2 hours. I will definitely be using them in the future

Update May 2025: We had a leak near the shower in our primary bathroom. Jack and his crew again came to the rescue and fixed it without have to tear up the beautifully tiled floor. They were fast (but not rushed), efficient, and reasonably priced. We're grateful for yet another wonderful experience with Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection!

We needed to have a gas line replaced just before our house was going to be sold. Jack inspected what we needed the first day I called and got the job done within just a couple of days. Phenomenal service, great pricing and best of all the can be trusted. Their word is their bond!

We had a hot spot on our floor and some water coming up. Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection do a water leak detection and they determined I had a hot water slab leak. We decided to do a reroute of the pipe instead of a jack hammer penetration. Very happy.

Had a hot water leak under the slab which had some quotes as high as $10,000 to repair. Plano Plumbing fixed it in three hours for a fraction of the cost. The crew was professional and did a great job with the repair.

Great experience with Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. Noticed a warm spot on the tile in our kitchen and hot water coming out of the kitchen sink for a few seconds with the faucet turned to cold. Called and spoke to Jack who was great and got me on the schedule later that day. Mario arrived promptly and quickly determined that we had a slab leak and proposed a reroute of the hot water line instead of breaking up the kitchen floor and slab. Mario provided a quote for the reroute as well as installation of a new water heater (at my request) which I thought was very reasonable considering the work to be performed. Mario and his crew showed up the next morning and completed the reroute and water heater installation in just a few hours and thoroughly cleaned up and got everything back in place after the work was done. Even though the reroute proved to be a bit more difficult than planned, I wasn't charged extra. Would highly recommend Jack and Mario and their team.

I really liked this team and they have done a really good job with plumbing for us in the past but leak detection without using listening devices is too risky to me. I didn't like the approach of picking a possible source and tearing out walls when there are better ways, old school ways maybe but they often work great and don't require damage to detect. My leak was heard in an interior bathroom pipe but the leak was not even inside the house. The damage would be partly covered by insurance but would leave me in big debt. The suggestion to start by tearing out the toilet and walls was to my mind foolish. Find someone who can use a listening device and pressure to track a leak. I did and I'm so glad.

Called Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection, came out next day. He marked down the pipe where the leak is happening. The fix is reroute a new pipe on the ceiling and through the wall as he will not jackhammer the foundation. We were hesitant to do it as we would need painters later, prefer to do it from below. Anyway, we are so glad we did below because and he completely missed where the leak is. He labeled a wrong pipe. As you can see, the leak is at the third hole, complete different pipe. If we had him to do the pipe, we would still be having a water leak issue after he repipe the house.

They responded immediately when we had to shut our water off and they were able to come out same day and get our water back on. The leak was quickly found and diagnosed and within a hour they were finished! Super professional and very kind. Willing to work with us on a price that fit our budget! highly recommend.
