The service was great. The plumbers got to my house within a good time. I like how the prices include making sure the issue was fixed before they left with the issue I had. Great service and great attitudes from both men!

Terrance came same day I called and replaced my 10 yr old disposal. He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Staggs Plumbing!

Full disclosure: the Staggs Plumbing folks asked me for this feedback, but didn't offer any compensation nor did I ask for any compensation in exchange for my feedback. That said I called them and explained my plumbing issue and they quickly sent out a plumber who quickly identified my problem, gave me a quote on the spot. I approved and they quickly completed the job. They did a great job, and their pricing was fair. I like that they are a second generation, locally owned, business and I will gladly use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Tanner evaluated an upstairs bathroom plumbing leak and quickly provided a scope of work estimate for me, which was thorough and well priced. He and his team then came back and fixed the issues exactly how he described it needed to be done.

We had a water leak inside our laundry room wall, of course just after 5 p.m., but were able to get scheduled for an after hours visit with a very reasonable service call cost. The issue was resolved that night and we were able to turn the water back on. Overall we are very pleased with Staggs customer service and the work performed and would be happy to call them again for future needs.

I bought my first house just over a month ago. Within a week, I realized there were major issues with the pipes. When I say major, I mean MAJOR issues. We had a few plumbers come out all they all said pretty much the same thing - my old cast iron pipes need to be replaced. After hundreds of dollars in trip fees and countless hours stressing about the quotes we were receiving ($30K being the lowest), I had a feeling to get just one more quote.

After calling Staggs and telling the AMAZING Cathy about my problem, she was able to schedule one of their guys to come out and see what they could do. Jesse and his partner came out and confirmed our fears - we needed to replace a big portion of our pipes. We were shocked by the quote Staggs provided as it was much more affordable than anyone else we had talked to.

Jesse and his partner began the work as soon as the dig crew was done digging (this was only 2 days after I called Staggs). Long story short, we ended up needing to replace more than we initially thought, but Jesse communicated with us through the entire process and we still ended up paying less than what the other guys quoted.

Also, shout out to Derrian. Derrian gave me his personal cell number and kept me updated which gave me peace of mind throughout the craziness. He prioritized my calls and texts as much as possible.

Staggs took such good care of us. Their whole team is trustworthy and kind. I will never use another company!!!!!!

Staggs Plumbing is my go-to for any and all plumbing needs, and can’t recommend them enough.
Tanner H was at my house yesterday, and he was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure he did what was best for us. He not only helped us navigate a difficult plumbing/gas/piping situation and helped troubleshoot multiple different issues and potential root causes of our specific plumbing and gas-related problems, but he was also willing to wait around for the gas company to arrive to make sure we got the cheapest possible, yet safest fix for my family and me.
Any customers who get Tanner (or Garrett who was at my house the day before yesterday and came after-hours late one night) should consider themselves extremely lucky!

Andrew and Moose were great! They were so good about draining and refilling my water heater quickly and explaining what to expect next for my heater's performance! I have been using Staggs since Oct 2020 and i won't use any other company. They always send pros who are also courteous and prompt! Thank you, Staggs!

Terrance arrived less than half an hour after we called. Very friendly service. Cleared the clogged toilet, removed and replaced it and replaced the cracked flange as well. Excellent service for a decent price.

Terrance did an outstanding job with flushing the water heater and scoping the sewer. For any plumbing issues you have Staggs Plumbing is the best in the business. Professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable with all services they provide. I highly recommend this company.

I had a drip leak in the angle-stop valve on my refrigerator line. I contacted a number of plumbers, sending a photo of the angle stop valve that needed to be changed. I received a call from Staggs saying that they could do the job but would have to check and see when they could send someone out. The next thing I know, I get a text message saying that a technician is already on the way (no quote provided). He arrives and tells me that this is a $400 repair.......................for a job that took just about 1 hour and $15 in parts. Really???? The job was done well and this review has nothing to do with the quality of work, but the kind of price-gouging that took place, which turned a prompt professional experience into a 2 star review . The company knew exactly what they were coming to fix but instead of telling me the price up front, chose to wait until they showed up when I really needed it taken care of. Consumers Beware!

I experienced a leak in my kitchen and a partially clogged drain line. Staggs Plumbing responded quickly to my service request. Tanner arrived the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair and repair estimate, then repaired the leak and cleared the drain line. He tested everything to ensure the repair was completed properly and he cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. I’ll definitely use Staggs Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Tanner and Brent did a great job repairing the tub faucet area of our shower/bath. The two of them were on time and did a very timely job. Cleaned up the area very nicely afterwards. Making the appt was easy. Amanda was very kind in calling us back, made sure we knew the two guys were on the way through a text and followed up afterward the job was done with a phone call. And people will say...The price of the job? The price was very fair. Everyone knows plumbing is expensive now. For me, the price was good, a professional job done and I am happy. Thank you to Staggs!

They were very nice, but could not find the part that Rinnai told me needed to be replaced. I now have a parts company sending me the part and a different service company that has agreed to install the part for. Your people were more interested in replacing my total unit.

The work done seems to have cleared the leak. However, several items were damaged including a Sprinkler PVC Pipe which was cut & needed to be replaced by the excavation crew they used. A light was broken as well. Those items were repaired/replaced but the soaker hoses which were cut outside the house by the excavation crew they contracted with were never replaced. I was told on several occasions that they would indeed be repaired. A technician came out & made note of the hoses that were cut by the excavators they contracted with & never returned. The owner indicated via text messages & phone calls they'd be repaired & they never were. We also had to have a foundation company come out to replace foundation pieces they accidentally excavated.

Guys were very friendly and had good conversation. Im new to Texas so they shared info about Texas and their experiences here. All and all great service.

I had an emergency with stopped up tub with an out-of-country family due at my house in 3 hrs staying for 3 weeks. Called Staggs. Chris was here in 15 minutes and solved my issue in another 30 minutes! Staggs is awesome & Chris is a fix-it angel! Highly recommend Staggs!

The company was prompt to contact me after I left a message about my plumbing issue. They were able to come out the following morning. Terrance replaced my cracked toilet.
