Ben M came by today with Ben Franklin for our member inspection and to unclog some sinks and rebuild a toilet. What we really appreciate about Ben is that he took the time to walk us through everything he was doing and showed us how some simple maintenance steps will help long term. We are pleased with Ben Franklin as a company and have used them for years. We will definitely be requesting Ben M going forward.

Very satisfied. Quick processing even though weekends or out of office hour. Since Real estate industry transactions never sleeps. I worked with Cody lane. He was very thorough and responsible throughout the plumbing/sewer camera inspection process.

Also, Benjamin Franklin plumbing company, I highly admire their business processing. They respond quickly, send a reminder text and easy to communicate no matter what time.

Prices paid were on the high end of range for services rendered. Not sure if this is a recent trend, but they do not waive the trip charge if you get services performed with them unlike other local plumbers. I used to get work done with them in the past but will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Plumbing repair estimate - Cody was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and was able to supply an estimate quickly. I certainly would recommend Cody to others.

So grateful for how quick, professional and helpful Noah was in resolving our sink issues and helping us understand next steps. ANSI appreciate how easy it was to schedule and have a technician like him come out so quickly.

Shortly before the holidays we discovered a really bad water leak in a storage room next to the garage. Keon Koontz and Christian Ramirez spent the whole day in this tiny crawl space under the floor replacing all the copper water lines and covering them with insulation for protection. They went above and beyond expectations to help us get our water turned back on. We will forever be thankful for their hard work under extremely difficult circumstances!! Thank you!!

Timothy Forde was excellent! He inspected all our commodes and water lines after the city had allowed dirt to get into our lines. He also found our kitchen faucet has to be replaced because of it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Timothy Forde. I hired him to drop a camera in my main sewage line. He was very courteous and informative. And for this specific service, their prices were reasonable. This isn’t a cheap service by any means, but they weren’t gouging.

Ben did a great job fixing the toilet leak. He not only fixed the problem and explained the issue, he cleaned everything up and even helped with another small problem with my bathtub. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Had a great experience with Cody on all my plumbing concerns around the house! If he wasn’t able to help me with something specific, he pointed me in the right direction as well as handling some hose leaks in my backyard. Brandon and Carson came out today to give an estimate on an irrigation leak and they were so helpful. The company sent a photo and bio of Brandon to give me a heads up, who would be coming out to my property. It was incredibly professional and helpful, and even explained how Brandon has 33 years of experience in the field. They were very timely and got Strait to work as soon as they arrived. Within only 10 minutes of searching for the leak, Brandon found it! They were both so respectful and easy to work with! I highly recommend their services as they are same day and very professional.

Art Childress was timely and diagnosed my plumbing problems and went straight to work. It is such a pleasure to have the talent and expertise of someone who knows his craft well and is able to fix my issues without incident.

Noah with Benjamin Franklin plumbing was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Je found ways to save me money on the repair and offered do a free analysis of the remaining plumbing fixtures in the home. Great Job!!

Unprofessional, not knowledgeable on how to fix a toilet. I requested someone with toilet knowledge and they sent someone that had no experience. They overcharged double for service fee and suggested to replace the toilet. I am handicapped and was able to fix it myself. Apparently, it was just a gasket replacement and he suggested to change the entire toilet. Will not recommend this company for anything. Feels like they took advantage of my situation.

5* to Cory, Johnny, & Cai (& the excavators) for their outstanding customer service! I needed to replace 50+ years of pipe in order to get my toilet working again. Required a 14-foot tunnel to be dug underneath my house, along with a “static test” to check for leaks & a City of Dallas Inspector to come by. While I paid a certain amount up front, Cory helped me arrange financing for the rest. It’s important to me to understand what’s going on, & all 3 of them answered all of my questions. Professional job from start to finish! My family’s trusted Ben Franklin Plumbing for many years, & this is one of the reasons why. BTW, Cory – thanks to your excavators for spending all weekend re-filling the tunnel under my house. Can hardly tell that the ground was even disturbed.

Ben Adams was very professional and knowledgeable. He found and fix the clogged pipe and fixed a leaky pipe underneath kitchen sink. He did a video feed in the pipes to see where the problem was. All at a fair price. We will use them in the future. Thanks Ben.

I was able to get a quick appt. Art came early and easily diagnosed the cause of my two problems. They had to roto-root the outdoor sewer line and replace some parts in a toilet. Work was done efficiently and problems were solved. Art is a true professional. I appreciate his friendliness and ability to provide excellent service.
