Quick House call the night after we had a leak in our hot water heater. Clear estimate and nice guys.

Stated window of arrival was between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., I took the day off of work and nobody showed up until 10:45, no communication. I had to call them. They're tankless water heater specialist stated he could not figure out why the unit was not operational but suggested we replace a sensor that cost $900

The plumber was in and replaced three shut-off valves very quickly. Took about an hour overall. Very satisfied with the work done.
After the new kitchen cabinets and sink were installed. The plumber came back out to install new drain lines. Thank you for great work

Did a great job. Showed up in a flash to locate / assess the leak, very professional and friendly, even swept up afterward. Had a hot water leak under our slab, so going in we knew it would be $5K to $25K. Leak was under the kitchen, tiles so hot we couldn't stand on them. They cut through the existing slab and tunneled in from the garage, laid down tarps on the front lawn for all the dirt and concrete, fixed 2 leaks, had the city inspect next day, backfilled and new concrete, and were done in 3 days total. Hated to pay $6K, but it could have been far worse....

Tanner and Tyler were very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the issue with my tankless water heater could be. I will try and fix the issue myself, if that does not work, I will definitely call Staggs Plumbing again.

Staggs Plumbing is ABSOLUTELY the BEST. They treat you like family. I had a break in my main line that connected to the water meter. Another company came 1st couldn't find the leak, but I was out of $800. Jesse and Tray came out surveyed what could be wrong, even Derrian the service manger came out and gave me some discount because of what I had gone through. You got a Plumbing problem call the Best forget the Rest

Staggs Plumbing 🦌 was probably the best choice I made when water suddenly appeared in my bathroom 🚿🚽 , bedrooms 🛌 , and hallway. They came out quickly, located the blockage, and explained why the blockage occurred. They were able to fix the blockage quickly and provided me a quote for preventing the problem occurring again.

After confirming coverage with my insurance for repairing the cast iron plumbing, their crew came out quickly and trenched underneath the house to begin repairs. I was shocked 🫢 how quickly they were able to dig 36’ trench. April worked with me on making payments, understanding that insurance isn’t always the quickest with sending out checks.

Shortly after trenching was completed, Reece and Austin with Staggs Plumbing came back out and began the needed repairs. They replaced the cast iron and poorly PVC patchwork completed by another company (work that had been done before I purchased the house). During the process they kept me informed about things they found out; including, some previous work that clearly was not to code (who uses Great Stuff spray foam 🤦‍♂️ when doing PVC repairs).

Reece and Austin were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will 💯 be recommending Staggs Plumbing to family and friends, and contacting them if ever needing plumbing work in the future. If you need plumbing work, don’t hesitate to contact Staggs Plumbing!

What started as a small leak turned into a huge job and Staggs did awesome. They did a great job of showing not just telling me what was wrong and why it should be replaced. We had a mix of cast iron, clay, and pvc pipes. They replaced all the plumbing and draining in our house and it is nice to know that it was done right.

Very happy I selected Stagg Plumbing after reading multiple reviews. Had my main water line to the house break under my driveway. Derrian was awesome, called multiple times everyday providing arrival status and job updates (multi-day project). Derrian recommend a new water line using PEX to avoid future issues (replaced 20+ year old PVC). They did not only fix the problem but installed a shut valve near my house and added a water spigot.

I have other projects indoors and will be using them again in near future.

Had them come out to check our 2 tankless water heaters. I thought one wasn’t working. Well it started working for them. And they flushed the systems for me. They did a great job. I will be using Stagg going forward.

Chris was amazing. This job was a hot mess with a broken copper pipe and leaking cast iron connection and he was able to find the obscure part and do the repair. Excellent work.

Same day quick service for clogged up dual bathroom sinks. Garrett diagnosed the problem quickly and cleared the clog in connected pipes with auger and verified with camera. He is a top notch plumber. Will call Staggs again.

A little behind on time but I understand. Arrived and started quickly with a routine tankless flush service. No issues with work and workers friendly. Will book for my next service a year from now as I was told they run a special on this service once a year and I happened to book during this time. Saved me so much money. Thank you.

I wish I could give more stars, maybe 10 plus! Staggs is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They went above and beyond what was required to diagnose and correct a horrible situation with our sewer line. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the customer service this company provides or the lengths they are willing to go to in order to be sure the customer is well taken care of. Tanner and Jack are both exceptional plumbers and were willing to spend as much time as it took to be sure the job was done and done right. I can’t imagine using anyone else for future plumbing needs.

Tanner and his co-worker did an excellent job installing our faucet. They arrived quickly and were able to finish the installation in no time. Fantastic job!

Staggs Plumbing was incredible - they replaced our entire system from cast iron to PVC in less than 3 days, with no cut corners and incredible attention to detail.
