I appreciate that the company values customer satisfaction and works to resolve issues quickly! However, I believe they should also prioritize their employees’ well-being. The weather is brutal right now—feels like -1 degrees outside—yet workers are still being made to work in these conditions. It would be great if the company considered its people just as much as its profits.

You have one gentleman working on site at the Versailles that is very rude and disrespectful to the people who live here. He parked sideways across 3 carport spaces THAT ARE PAID FOR BY US WHO LIVE HERE. I should not have to ask or say anything to anyone about this. It is called common sense and courtesy. You are on a property that you do not reside at. Do not be a hindrance to the people who are already stressed out due to having to need your services in the first place and who have actually paid to be on this property. And then to top it off, do not give an unapologetic apology when confronted on your ignorance.

The technician showed up without approval and received a bogus invoice

I was asked to pay an $84.99 upfront fee for a water-heater inspection; I declined and did not confirm any appointment. Despite that, a technician showed up at my home uninvited. When I told him I did not want the service, he threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. Afterward the company sent an invoice through Square charging $84.99 for the visit plus a $875.21 “lawyer fee.” I never signed an agreement or approved additional charges. I recommend verifying any plumber’s license, asking for a written estimate, and saving all texts/screenshots before you pay. This was an unpleasant experience, and I will not use this company. I will consider removing this review if the owner calls me and apologizes for the strong-arm tactics.

Brandon and Chris from H2O Plumbing did an excellent job today. They repaired our boiler system and fixed a gas leak caused by a pinhole in the pipe. Their diagnostics on both boilers were thorough, professional, and spot-on.
They explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and handled everything safely and correctly. Truly amazing work from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any boiler or gas-related repairs.

Brandon, was my technician so this review is written on him. He was very professional and went above and beyond what I was expecting from a plumber.

We had a multifamily, condo, townhouse issue were each unit effects the other. He wouldn't stop until he figured out what the issue was that needed to be corrected. And, fixed it!

Without out a doubt this is my plumbing company and I would call them for any issue related to plumbing. And, if they send Bradon out you know you have the best!

Nik, a true professional. I asked for a 2nd opinion on the extent of root damage to the main drain line of my home. Unlike the 1st plumber Nik wanted me to be involved in the investigation of my problem. He was transparent in his findings and went so much as to repeat his process and educated me on his tools. IMO he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed as to what and why additional measures were required. One more positive my dogs liked him! No I am not AI. Feel free to contact me 😎

Nik and Josh were the ultimate professionals. They were very conscientious to not bump the walls of our home as they brought several pieces of equipment in. They were very diligent and worked through several scenarios to get to the root of the problem. They also were wonderful in explaining everything they were doing.

Nik came out to fix our garbage disposal and tankless water heater. Previous company came out a month ago for the tankless water heater and couldn’t figure out the problem. Great service!!! I received a repair and it was done amazingly !! My problem was fixed in no time and the two men, Nik and Josh who fixed my water pressure were amazing! Extremely transparent, hard/good workers, and were extremely intentional and patient while solving the issues! Would 100% recommend this company if you’re having any problems with water pressure, plumbing, water heaters, etc! They take their time on repairing things all while getting it done quickly at the same time…. It’s everything you would want all in 1, and you can’t beat the price!!! DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND!!, THANK YOU JOSH AND NIK!!!!

Nik and Josh were great! Very professional and skilled at their work. They found an issue left from a bad contractor that tried to hide their mistakes that caused a leak on my bathtub faucet. They fixed the leak, replaced the faucet with a new one and re-caulked everything back. Will highly recommend them!
