Jeff B is fantastic! Definitely 5 stars! He explains the work he is about to do and answers my questions about the functionality of the equipment so I understand how things work. Not every plumber with Classic is this high performing. We’ve had to have the same things fixed multiple times through the years at our home and business. Classic has great response time and all plumbers are polite and professional.

I have called on Classic Plumbing many times over the past 20 years. They consistently do outstanding work. On October 29, 2025, I had Andrew and Alan come out and replace a commode and reattach a bidet. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly and professionally, and did so at a very fair rate. I always enjoy working with the great team at Classic Plumbing.

As usual Classic Plumbing took care of my issue. They sent Omari out to fix a slow drain issue in my house (toilet/shower/washer). Omari listened carefully to all the symptoms I could described and proceeded to fix the issue correctly. Omari was very professional, answered all my questions, and was awesome! WOW - so hard to find a GREAT Plumber - we have used Classic Plumbing for 10+ years now - and they continue to impress! They are punctual, professional and competitive pricing - we never worry whether they will or won’t show - they are always there when they say! (More than most companies these days!)

They have done upgrades for us (recirculating hot water pump - so you don’t have to wait 3-5 for hot water to reach a sink, tub or shower!) Love this - should have installed it years ago!

They are also very responsive when we had a water pipe break UNDER the house & a few years before that - we had a large pipe break that connected the house to the water meter at the curb. (You still can’t tell where they dug the ditch to lay the new pipe in the front yard!)

If they had a lawn sign, I’d keep it up all year so everyone would know a great plumber to call when needed! HIGHLY recommend - Our friends & neighbors also use CP and recommend. No risk - so don’t hesitate to call if need be.

Not a plumbing issue but just had an employee at a light honk and honk at me and car in front to go when we had a yellow flashing light. Then when he finally passed me flipped me off. Will never use them!

Very rude. Called to find supplies for the company I work for and the guy on the phone said “ma’am are you even a plumber?” And when I said I work for one, he let out a big sigh and said “tell me what you need.” Will never call again and will let others know not to use them either.

When I was first starting out in my plumbing business Plano plumbing supply offered me a line of credit. the people there are great friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.
