What can I say?! Locke is awesome. The people there are friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been going there for years. They always have what we're looking for.

Stood at the counter for about five minutes and was ignored by at least four employees who refused to make eye contact or even acknowledge that I was standing there. People here seem angry and hateful. My money is better spent elsewhere.

Staff was super nice. Helped me out and let me use a tool of theirs so i didnt have to buy one to use 1 time. They will have my business from now on. They were very helpful with everything i asked.

Might have a good selection but very poor customer service. According to them not much difference between 1/2" and a 5/8". Their best solution - call a plumber. Went to "Beeco Plumbing - solution within 3 minutes!!

I went into the location in Plano to get under counter lighting. Brandon helped me. He was very efficient. He greeted me when I walked in and helped me right away. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it. I have other jobs to do and will definitely go back to see Brandon for help with what I need in the future.

Thank goodness Locke was open on Saturday morning. We desperately needed a transformer to repair our A/C unit with temperatures on the rise. They had the part in stock and it was reasonably priced. We recommend Locke for knowledgeable associates and quality products.

I have been here many times over the years and have always found them to be helpful and friendly. This place is for professional HVAC, electrical, and plumbing supplies. Not the the kind found at Home Depot and Lowes, but installer supplies. If your first floor AC has blown a capacitor, and you are quite familiar with the installation procedures, then this place is for you.
The pros know that if you need that part, then you will have luck at Locke to find it in stock.

I have purchased Water Heater as a general public and has got it installed by somebody else . Very nice team at the shop.

Great knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. They are go above and beyond normal customer service.

But a special note to the reviewers that like to complain:

Reading some of the reviews and people are unhappy with the way the staff treats them. I have never seen them ever treat a customer rudley but you might get that " What The Heck Are You Talking About?!?!" look. Maybe it's because some of you come in there asking questions and have no idea what you're talking about. And its not a Thinging-a-bob or a doohickey. And they cannot carry every part out there. They carry specific brands of parts and that's all. So when you walk out unhappy because they didn't have your part that's when you go to a different company that carries that brand.. And the ones that pay more for not having a license or not being a contractor that's just the way the world is. We worked hard getting our licenses. If you were to call any kind of company they're going to mark up the part to the price you would pay if you walked in the door if not more.

To all your homeowners that want to be mister fix its and save money that's fine. But don't call us when you screw something up because we will charge you more to fix your screw up. If you don't like the part houses then go shop at the box stores. And by the way.......Good luck with that!

l use Locke a lot for my day job. Being a licensed plumber you need good Supply Companies.

Maybe management has read some of the negative reviews and made changes, but I made my first visit today for an a/c condenser fan motor. Being a homeowner and not a contractor I'm usually disappointed in the level of customer service shown to the public. Not today. There was a gentleman, who I think was named Lindsay, who not only answered all of my questions, was extremely friendly, and even offered to help carry my things to my car. As an added bonus, the motor that I bought was LESS than what I could find online. Not only will I be back, but will recommend Locke's to my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience.

Check prices of your item from online competitors then decide if worth it. $125 for an $80 part was my last experience... looking for new local supply house. Updated review as other desks (plumbing) have been excellent.

First visit today. Extremely polite, helpful. They went and got everything I needed for me. A plumber spoke with me and showed me what to do. The guys are yelling to each other a lot, but it didn't bother me at all. I like the atmosphere it gives to the place. I do agree they should be wearing/requiring masks. But they were great. See you in 6 months after we all get our vaccine shots.

Austin provided courteous and efficient service to get my water line fixed. I walked in a few minutes before and he provided all the parts needed correctly. Thanks Austin! It's why I keep coming back - Jeff Dano (Richardson)

Randy at Locke has been a horrible excuse of an employee. We had a water heater that was under warranty and having issues. He kept giving us the run around after replacing all the warranty parts the unit would still not work. He would not honor the warranty to just replace the entire tank. He said that’s not an issue that can be warrantied. We called Ferguson and they laughed and said it’s absolutely a warranty issue. They are providing a new unit for free with no issues. Locke Plano is a terrible branch.

Another 30minute wait just to walkout because the employees are huckin up some good times stories. Updated 6 months later. Same wait same good times stories.

Had an AC condenser fan go out on a Friday night. I am a capable DIYer and called Locke on Saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they have no problem selling to the general public but they gave me courteous, helpful, and honest service. Supply houses have a reputation for being bothered by DIYers but not here.

Jason did a great job helping me on the phone and in store and we looked over a couple of motors until we found the one that best fit my application. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices were competitive and you can’t put a price on same day service and knowing for sure you got a part that will work when it’s a weekend and your house is hot.

I had the AC up and running again in no time thanks to Locke. They will be my first stop for any mechanical components I need from now on.

Had to stop in the other week at the Plano location, had a great experience David helped me with what I needed. Definitely will be the only person I go to in the future.
