This place is for contractors only. You have to have an account with them before you can buy. They are very grumpy people. Just want you to buy stuff, not interested in helping.

Very knowledgeable employees. Always willing to help you if you don't know exactly what you want.

While they didn't have the faucet handle I needed, they recognized it immediately and sent me where I could get it.
They have a great inventory and I will be going back again.

Stopped in to get parts for a 1986 valley shower knob. Unfortunately Valley company went out of business and nobody carries the parts. But they did direct me to another story that carries some of the parts. I did find the part online. But they did get me the actual part numbers so I could find it.

This place is always great. They have high quality hvac tools and supplies, and a very knowledgeable staff to make sure you get what you need

I went here 2x times to get my AC parts. Both times the counter staff was knowledgeable and made recommendations that saved me $$. They even tested my part for me!

Think the ladies name was Erica (sorry if misspelled) people like her restore faith in humanity. Supervisor on the other hand, he can take a long walk off a short pier. Know what you are selling and talking about, that's what the job of a supervisor is. Just because a few numbers match up doesn't meant it will fit and/or work. 5 stars for her but 1 star for the douchecanoe and his idea of service.

I work for a very large commercial property management Co. I have shopped at places such as Grainger, SiteStuff, Temperature Controls, Ace, Lowes, and that other place. Locke's always has the specialty items I need that I cant find anywhere else. I appreciate the service and the inventory.

The guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable , friendly and patient for people like me who are not 100% in the know on how to fix something. Highly recommend

Good service and despite the higher prices, Locke is willing to sell to the public, something I don't see often from other wholesalers.
Not much commercial or refrigeration parts, just residential AC and Allied air equipment.

Very poor knowledge of their products. Needed a 1/12 motor for my ac unit. The guy behind the counter insisted it was a 1/2. Upon return due to being the wrong product they hesitated on refunding our money back. Nowhere do they have a post about restocking fee.
For better customer service and knowledgeable help go to Dallas HVAC Parts on Skillman. Locke is a waste of time.

I went to buy 2 capacitors for my A/C condenser, a 7.5MF and a 60MF 440V, I was asked if I had an account with them and I said no, I was shocked when I had to pay $42 for the 60mf capacitor, you can buy those online or other HVAC supply stores for $10-20. They did not even recommend that I could use a one Double 60/7.5 MF capacitor instead of buying two separate :( . Since I was out of cold air and did not have time to go other place I ended up paying $62 for the two capacitors which would have been $20-25 at other places. Too Pricy :(

Outstanding service by Vets with humor! Well stocked concerning big box retailers are sold out of many needed plumbing items and don’t have the muscle to get back in inventory…..

I agree with all of the negative reviews! My fiancé went in yesterday to buy a fan motor and took the motor with him! They sold him a fan motor and then said "no returns", however, the fan motor did not fit our AC unit and then when we had an AC company come out they said that because the manufacturer was Trane that we had to order parts directly from Trane! Funny he didn't mention that but was a royal jerk today when my fiancé went back to return the motor in which he was sold the wrong one. The girl that helped him with the return was super nice but she had to call the guy who sold us the motor and pretty much reamed the girl working there. He told her to make the decision and she honored the return. So, he sold us the wrong motor (when we took the motor in for him to see) and then when we returned it because it wouldn't work he told us to "never come back"! Oh, don't worry! We WON'T be back and as far as I'm concerned no one I know will be giving their business there either.

Consumer be aware, from the Manager "We're are here for the contractors" I went in to purchase a capacitor - I paid the price for 3 to get one. They are not suited for the DIY budget minder consumer... Shop around first.

This place is Fantastic. I've been here multiple times to the AC store. Today I visited the Plumbing side to get water heaters. Outstanding service every time. This is the place to buy AC and Plumbing stuff.

Love the fact that I can walk in and get my own parts. Staff is super friendly
