Great job from start to finish. They contacted me to schedule immediately, and the tech was out the next business day. I appreciate the timeliness of the whole process. The tech, Travis Parnell was on time, very polite, and took care of the problem for us. He also let me know what was done which is always appreciated.

Please stay away from this plumbing company and find someone who is competent. My experience was a nightmare. I only chose them because of my warranty provider. It took more than two weeks to fix a slab leak, and they consistently arrived two to three hours late for every appointment. The technicians seemed incompetent, often giving conflicting information about the repairs.

In the end, they made two holes in our drywall only to determine that rerouting was not feasible. To make matters worse, they incorrectly reattached the faucet weight, which obstructed the pipes—something anyone with basic plumbing knowledge should know to avoid.

During the repair, we discovered that the faucet was broken because of their work. They promised to coordinate with the manufacturer for a replacement after the slab repair, but after I made the payment, they completely ghosted me and failed to follow up. I never received any response from them, despite calling them daily for over two weeks.

Having to have all your plumbing replaced is the last thing you want to have to deal with, but I was so thankful for Jason Jones, and Jordan with Evolution Plumbing. They got to work as quickly as possible. Always made sure I had the use of some facilities at all times, even if it meant staying till almost 9pm to make it happen. I highly recommend them!!!

Travis was really helpful and very professional. We were so impressed with him. He fixed everything to our satisfaction and gave us good information about preventing future problems. We will definitely call Evolution again!!

Evolution Plumbing LLC has worked with me quickly set up an appointment that worked for me. Jeremy Skinner contacted me today when he was on his way (within the timeline I had been given). Jeremy Skinner accessed each of the problems. Fixed the one he could, today. Then, gave a full report of what he needed to do to fix the other items. Also, how this information would be handled. I appreciate his thoroughness. I all my needs being met properly .

Jason Jones was the plumber that came out. He was polite, professional, and efficient. Fixed my issue in 30 minutes and was off to his next call. Great experience. No headaches. Would use again.

The dispatcher was extremely prompt in sending the plumber the very next day after receiving the part. With guests arriving over the weekend, they genuinely prioritized the repair and efficiently fixed the tub faucet just in time. The plumber was very professional, did a clean and thorough job, and was a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate their urgency and excellent service!

Thank you Jordan and Evolution Plumbing for taking care of replacing our water heater in less than 24 hrs of assessing the issue after our warranty claim was filed. Jordan got our new unit installed and we’re thankful for him and hot water again! I would definitely use them again for plumbing.

Ramses Estrada was great. Took his time to explain everything before he did it, found the problem and fixed it. Very service oriented. Nothing to do with Ramsey - the company should work on its phone communications about appointment scheduling. It was unclear whether I had an appointment or not. That said, I appreciate that they came next day.

Joshua was also great on a separate visit for a different issue: Got it done, explained it, and had a new fe manner.

They were able to schedule me in a timely manner. The plumbing technician Jordan J. has excellent customer service. He was kind, friendly and efficient. He installed the new garbage disposal in just a few minutes, Especially since I Went into my office to work and left him alone to do his work. Very pleased with the service and very happy. I have a new garbage disposal.

12/30/24- unfortunately I have to move my review to 1 star. I thought they did good job in October - which costs a few thousand, only to now be in December with major plumbing issues. Home warranty reassigned them to us , which I thought was great but they have been unresponsive. We scheduled service 2 weeks ago , someone came out and said they would be in contact. It’s been very difficult to have anyone answer the lines and Home warranty even said they had to reassign us another plumber due to unresponsiveness. :/

Evolution plumbing did great a job! We worked with Jason from start to finish - he was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated well throughout the entire project. We also worked with Ramses who was also amazing and helpful throughout the project! Thank you both to Jason and Ramses!

Travis Parnell was able to come in and not let our Plumbing job defeat him. The last Plumber that we had were defeated and left my family and destitute so we switched to first American home warranty from Choice Home Warranty. Travis first got in, and he noticed that he had to do some custom work just to get our toilet fixed And he had no problem doing it. Travis also realized that when my toilet was leaking here first thought that first American wouldn’t cover it but after they doing the further assessment, he realized that the job was done wrong and it just needed a few washers and he took care of that effortlessly he was in and out in no time even with the difficult job that he had to do he made things very simple for me and I had such a migraine today that he did not make it any worse I would definitely recommend Travis Pernell as a plumber to do the job and Evolution Plumbing has a great employee on their hands hands.

Great Service Came to The Rescue!!!
My home warranty insurance set me up with a plumbing company, for a gas water heater problem that never called or showed up. After 48 hrs I called and complained about the service I was getting. At that time, they set me up with (Evolution Plumbing LLC, Plano). I wish that they had been the ones chosen first. I talked with (Jason) on the phone, and he sent one of his technicians out the very next day. (Josh Huerta) saw the problem and reported back to get a new water heater for my home. (Josh) flawlessly removed and installed a new gas water heater. Thank you, Jason and Josh,…Good Job!!!

Never go to this place. Horrible customer service and no help from them .Bunch of people sitting by the counter and hate customers coming in to buy stuffs. If u ask questions on anything, they act like stupid people.
