I had a unique situation with a p-trap replacement under my bath sink. The team listened to the challenge I was facing and recommended a solution. It would have worked, but the dimensions under my sink would not allow for the fix. So, I went back a second time and the team gave me another option. I applied the solution and the new p-trap installation was successful. It’s been a week and no leaks detected. Thanks a lot for your time and effort!

Had Sunday major water leak in front yard and needed a immediate repair. Jeff B did a great job in a timely matter. It turned to require extra digging to find the failure on a previous owner's DYI repair. I have full confidence using Classic & Jeff B for future jobs.

The guys showed up on time and got the job done quickly. It was a main water line valve leak at the house. The charge was very reasonable. I’ll use them again for my plumbing needs.

I called this company to come out and fix a clog line. The tech that came out couldn’t get the cap off of my pipe so he went through the front of the house to unclog the line. It worked for a couple of days. I had to call them back About a week later for the same Problem. The tech that came out was able to get the endcap off and unclog the line supposedly. unfortunately, I wasn’t home on this particular day. Of course I got charged twice for the same problem. I had called the office to find out why I got charged twice for the same problem and the gentleman on the phone said he had to look at the work ticket. Needless to say, I never heard anything back.Here it is three weeks later And I’m dealing with the same problem. So now it looks like I have to call a real plumber

Jeff was professand courteous. Repaired 2 faucets that were leaking and made sure they were working correctly. Will use this company again if the need arises.

They sent Dylan out and he was honest and upfront with the pricing and was able to fix the leak after it was misdiagnosed by so many other companies. They are now my go to plumber for LIFE.
