Had a great experience and would very much recommend!
I called due to a leak around the base of my toilet, and spoke with Jared to discuss options - he was very knowledgeable and able to give me an idea as to what is potentially at issue and an approximate cost to repair.

Impressively, when I had proposed just replacing whole toilet to solve the problem, he gave me alternative options that would solve the problem at a lower cost. I can't stress how refreshing this response is, especially when you compare to some other shops.

Jeff and Jacob then came to my house to perform the work - they did a great job at solving the issue and explaining the issue and what they've done to fix it. They resolved the issue professionally and efficiently. I particularly appreciate Jacob for patiently explaining to me the issue, and running through multiple tests to confirm the issue was resolved after I had asked.

I very much intend to use Classic Plumbing again - I'm glad I found a go-to plumber here.

There are many plumbing companies that provide reliable, professional and good quality services but with high price. I got estimates from 4 companies and selected Classic Plumbing. Classic Plumbing provides all those services with very fair price! I had Gas Line leaks. They came on time and completed work in short time. They installed an air pressure gauge on my pipe in the afternoon so that Plano City inspector can complete the inspection next day. They came before Plano City inspector early in the morning to make sure that air pressure gauge has enough pressure. Great customer experience. I strongly recommend them.

Classic Plumbing is absolutely the BEST for our and all plumbing needs. We recently had a hot-water supply line slab leak that could have been a daunting repair, but Classic was able to do an excellent bypass using PEX and the job was completed in one day. An old water heater was also replaced along with new supply & drain lines for a dishwasher.
Every one of the plumbers from Classic were a joy to work with and around.
I do want to mention Omari in particular as he has visited our house a few times over the years and is a distinct pleasure to chat with.

Jeff & Cole did an excellent job checking to see if my dishwasher was leaking. Everything checked out well there and since my under sink shut off valves were really old, they replaced them very quickly.

Allan and Andrew came out and repaired my leaky gas line riser outside my house. They did a great job. Both were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

I had a hot water leak in the foundation in my master bathroom. I called Classic and they responded in less than 2 hours. They located the problem and gave 2 solutions, reroute or tunnel under the foundation. I chose the reroute. They had the job completed in 3 hours. Awesome experience, would highly recommend them.
