Jordan showed up to fix 3 issues. For 2 of the problems he said I'm running to home depot to get parts. He came back and fixed the leaking faucet in the kitchen.

He went to the upstairs bathroom that had an issue with the diverter and came backdown saying he got the wrong part. I said are you going to run to home depot and get the right part. He said I need to move on to other jobs and will set an appointment for next week.

For the third issue he said I have called that into First American (also an issue with the diverter in the master bathroom) and they'll be in touch. I just got an email from First American saying the job had been closed. First American said contact the contractor, because they are the one that reported the job closed. Not sure how this job is closed when the work is not complete. At this point it's a 1 star until they complete the job.

2/4 update- For upstairs bathroom he came with the wrong part again. He at least gave me decent advice and said call the manufacturer and they'll send you a new faucet. I did that for the upstairs faucet and master bathroom faucet and the manufacturer sent me new faucets. I replaced both parts myself.

On another note while this was going on my hot water heater went out. They sent Evolution out again...different tech this time. Very nice guy named Jeremy.

He said it needed to be replaced. First American approved the replacement and Evolution told me the "uncovered parts" would be $1,140. I said are you crazy...my water heater was only 5 years old and all these "uncovered parts" you're talking about don't need to be replaced. They ended up coming down to $782 dollars, which is still a crazy number.

I called First American and asked for a cash offer. When going over the breakdown I said what's your budget for labor? They said $135 dollars. No wonder Evolution is trying to charge me for unnecessary parts...they have to make their money somewhere.

I changed my review to a 3...lots of back and forth with multiple visits and in the end they only fixed my kitchen faucet, but they did give me good advice about getting new faucets from the manufacturer.

My suggestion for them would be to have your tech's carry more parts on their truck so they can fix items the first time they come out. The owner asked me a lot of questions up front and I even sent them pictures, so I would have thought they would have been more prepared on the first visit.

When my home warranty company referred me to Evolution, I checked the reviews and read numerous that were negative. I asked for a different plumbing company, but no one was available. I now wish I would’ve cancelled the appointment because the service matched the reviews. The technician showed up the last 15 minutes of the 4-hour window, took photos of the busted pipe, then 20 minutes later told me my warranty company would not cover it which I did not understand since I had paid for this additional level of service from the warranty company. I immediately reached out to my warranty company and they told me there were two conflicting reports from Evolution and that this service was covered but they couldn’t do anything about it unless I got an independent plumber who could officially dispute the misdiagnosis. And I had to pay for it without reimbursement. Two days later, after being out of my home since there was no water, the reputable plumber easily replaced the burst pipe and wrote me an invoice clearly detailing the repair which I will be submitting to my warranty company. I suggest you go to the next plumber on your list.

We are very glad to have had Evolution Plumbing take care of our problem! We have an odd type of toilet & had no idea fix it, but the tech was able to figure it out & take care of it. He was professional, friendly, & explained things in a clear & understandable way for us lay people. We appreciate the work Travis did for us!

Ramses, the Plumber, was very prompt. Upon arrival, he asked some necessary questions. Inspected the problem arwa and assessed what he needed. Went to his vehicle to get his tools and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. No further problems have been experienced. Very satisfied with the work.

Evolution plumbing provided a great service today . My service technician Ramses did an excellent job. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was able to get the service done same day and the fee was very reasonable and affordable. Thanks guys! Great work 👍🏻👍🏻

Jason fixed our hose bib while we were not at home and did a great job! He communicated with my husband and I over the phone in order to complete the job. We were very happy to get it taken care of!

Jordan Jackson did a great job. He arrived early and was polite and fixed the garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to have him again if ever needed.

Today, Travis Parnell from Evolution Plumbing visited our home to repair our garbage disposal. He diligently worked on our disposal and managed to fix it, saving us from having to purchase a new one. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication. A big shout-out to Travis for his excellent service!

The technician Josh Huerta was very polite and respectful. He patiently listened while I described
the issue and he was able to explain and resolve the problem. I was particularly impressed because this was a follow up service call which was necessary because the problem had not been fully resolved by another technician on the initial visit.

So great to work with! They identified the problem immediately and worked quickly to order parts and get the job scheduled. Jason Jones was fantastic and completed the fix so quickly. Good communication from start to finish. Will use again!

Jordan did a great job. He was friendly and professional. He removed the garbage disposal - determined the problem - fixed it and reassembled and made sure there were no leaks.

Jason and Jordan did a good job today to fix my tankless water heater, there were two other plumbers came before but none of them get it fixed. Now I get my hot water back.

Update - Have to hold the review because the hot water is gone again. The issue is actually not fixed.

Update - issue fixed well after Jason talked many times with the Rinnai for the parts to be replaced. Really appreciated 👍

I’ve had great experiences with Evolution Plumbing. Travis Parnell, the tech who came out today did an excellent job on my plumbing leak in the kitchen sink in identifying the problems quickly and resolving the issues. He explained everything and showed me what he did to repair the leaks. Travis was very friendly and professional and my dog was impressed with him as well.

Josh was prompt, courteous, asked questions, did his work quickly, invited me to make a contact if there was a continued problem and left friendly and quickly. His nice looking, clean truck added to my feeling that he wanted to appear professional. I trust him and hope my warranty company uses him if/when I need help with my properties. My name may be used as a referral.

Travis did a great job fixing our low water pressure issue! He was patient and persistent about diagnosising and fixing the problem. He then went back and double checked his work. I would recommend the technician for sure! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the scheduler could do better with confirming the appointment time/dates. I never received an email/call or text. I had to keep calling, then Travis showed up.

Jordan Jackson was hands down the best plumber we have used! #1 He was on time! Then he was quick and efficient! He gave us all the knowledge he could on what the problem was and what he did to diagnose the problem, as well as how it was going to be fixed. We truly appreciate him coming in and saving the day!
