Not professional when it comes to noting details. They took down the wrong service address and sent the plumbers there. When no one answered the door at that location, they cancelled the appointment and said the plumbers had nothing else available for theee weeks They would also not accept their mistake in noting the address. Very unprofessional service..

Do not use them for commercial properties as they are not equipped to provide simple services in a timely manner. It also took weeks to get billing entities correct and when I asked them to visit Tarrant County I was told they don't go that far. I'm sure they are great for Dallas County residential, but WOW...

Great plumbers, real people who care. During the big freeze of 2021 (February) they prioritized their clients based on severity, and worked late hours to get me a replacement water heater when they were super hard to find in Texas. I'll be using their services again, I'm sure of it.

I had Amundson come out to install a misting system. In less than 8 months one of their press fitting decoupled. Press fittings if done properly should last years.

Amundson refused to come and fix it. They do not stand behind their work. If considering a plumber, go with an outfit that will stand behind their work or better yet do it right the first time.

I sent them pictures and video of the issue and they did not even give me an indication of whether there will be a charge to send someone out.

They rushed into sending someone out – apparently to get more money and not fix the real issue.

Sure enough they ripped me off $65 to tighten a “loose screw” which is not a real solution to the issue.

Owner Jamie was rude and condescending when discussing the issue with her. They do NOT have your best interest at heart, they will charge you up the wazoo and that’s how they make money – highly unethical.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Take your business elsewhere to trustworthy plumber who operates with integrity.

Won't be shocked if they charge for responding to Google reviews too.

I called Bill Amudson for a small project I needed done in my business in Plano. He got on the phone and had me send him a photo of what I needed to be done. After receiving the text he promptly called me and let me know what needed to be done and set a path to get the project complete. He came the next week and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Amundson Plumbing for a fair, honest, quick and quality job.

I contacted Amundson Plumbing regarding a quote for a pipe re-route due to a slab leak. Bill came out the same day to give me a quote. I got two quotes previous to Bill and one after, even though I knew that Bill’s company would be the one I would use no sooner than he left. His office followed up to verify my appointment and again when he was in route. He and his crew arrived on time, were professional, knew exactly what they were doing and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Plain and simple, Bill is extemely honest, hard working, and just a good old fashion great guy who is only interested in resolving your issue for a very fair price and not interested in fleecing your pockets. Bill is a rarity in this business. He also gives a military discount!!! As long as Bill is in the plumbing business he will take care of all my plumbing needs and will be recommened to every person that I know who needs a plumber. See for yourself and I promise, he will be your plumber too.

Bill and Ray (referred by our realtor Terri Herren) have been incredible in their quality of work, follow-up, and willingness to educate on proper maintenance. Saying they are the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with is an understatement. They stuck to their original bid, even though they put in extra work. Highly recommend these folks.

We have a dual water heater configuration plumbed in sequence in our attic. One of our water heaters went out. The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. A great group of guys! Highly recommended.

Today we needed to replace an upstairs toilet after leasing our home for the last 5 years. The toilet basin had some kind of staining left by last tenant, which no cleaning product could get out. We purchased our own toilet and had their Master Plumber Gareth intall. He’s incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and excellent at troubleshooting.

Used Amundson Plumbing for the first time recently, and couldn't be happier. They came out the same day I called them and Gareth and his assistance were super helpful in explaining the situation to me. Back in the office, Courtney always called me to let me know when things were happening. I spoke briefly to Mr. Amundson and he gave me some sound plumbing advice. Even after everything was done & they were paid, Gareth reached out to me to make sure all was good. Such excellent service. Overall, a great, friendly, professional company. From now on, they are handling all my home plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company. I met Bill when he came over to my neighbors house on a Sunday to fix a leaking hot water heater. Because of the respect he gave my neighbor (who is an elderly woman); I asked if he could cut us a deal on new water heaters if I he replaced mine as well. He saved my neighbor over $500 dollars and me $300 dollars on two brand new water heaters. I found my plumber whom I will always call for any work done. Thanks Bill
