The plumbing services provided by this organisation were of the highest calibre. They gave a fair repair price after swiftly diagnosing the issue. The task was efficiently and on time completed. If I ever needed plumbing again, I'd without a doubt call on their help.

Damaged the toilet. Im renting a house abd he told me he pulled back nothing. The report to the managing company says he pulled back bits of tissue. The next week I had the same clog in the same spot. The second tech they send had a broken camera to see what was actually going on. They "unglogged" it again. I havent even flushes toilet paper down and the clogs back again. Hes unresponsive now.

Water heater pipe burst overnight/spraying garage and the repair appointment was scheduled w/in an hour. They were great about rearranging other appointments to get to us earlier. Plumber arrived 30 minutes earlier and very quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. Great service and professionalism.

They do not answer the phone. Ever. It's always a voice-mail. Says they will respond to text messages quickly. Never responds. Said they had an estimate in with the homeowners. When I contact them they have heard nothing. Wouldn't waste my time or money from whatever leak you have. Just call someone else.

The plumber called me finally, 8 days after the initial report, and cussed me out because I left this review and now refuses service.
Unprofessional way to handle the situation. Will be contacting the BBB. No one should have to hear what was said to me, so disprectectful!

Highly recommend this company. They worked quickly to get the leak fixed under our house and with quality repairs. Ryan was the one who found the leak and did the finishing repairs. He was very professional and explained everything they would be doing. I greatly appreciated it.

Recently had sapphire out to inspect a clogged line. Tech found the old cast-iron pipe had collapsed. Presented a competitive bid and began work the next day. All techs were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

Our property manager HomeRiver Group had Sapphire Plumbing snake our rental properties' bathtub line, they broke our drain, caused a flood in our house, refused to come back and fix it, and refuse to cover any of the floor damage. I do NOT recommend using them. They also did this to one of our other properties & stopped responding to my calls/emails.

Sapphire plumbings quality assurance, efficiency, and commitment to communicating fully regarding projects is outstanding! They have done many jobs for me and I would not choose another company. I am impressed to the point of leaving a review! Thanks again, and we’ll be in touch soon!

Today, we had Ryan and his assistant in our rental for some plumbing repairs. He was professional, empathetic, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. This seems to be a company we can trust. My second experience with them. Ryan by far is absolutely the best!!!✨

What ever you do stay away from this place! They’re very unprofessional and incompetent! We have a rental home through Homeriver Group they contracted Sapphire to look at the tankless water’s heater. 1st trip they came out to see what was wrong and we were told the unit needed to be replaced. The management company approved the replacement. 2nd trip was supposed to be for them to come out and replace it they showed up with no replacement unit so wasted trip and our time taking off work. 3rd trip the unit was replaced however once it was completed the never checked to see if it was working correctly and just left. I walked out to see if they were finished and they were gone! I checked and still no hot water to the tube. 4th trip the plumber came out same thing just left without acknowledging that he was finished. I went back to check to see if it was working and behold same issue! I called the plumber and he stated that we need to turn the sink faucet on in order for the water to get hot to the tube! Today here is the conversation with the company below!!!

    !!!!!UPDATE NOW I'm being threatened!!!!
Glad I recorded the whole conversation!!!

Property management company brought them out to inspect a leak at my rental condo. They wrote "Tested the plumbing and found no leaks. The leak appears to be from the ice maker valve in the vacant unit next door." (1) What does "tested plumbing" mean? That there were no visible leaks from what the plumber could see? (2) Since the water was coming from a common wall, the pipes behind the common wall are not just shared among two units but also unit upstairs. How was a conclusion made which unit the water was coming from? There have been leaks from upstairs unit where the water is then visible from downstairs. (3) In fact since the unit was a "vacant" unit, how did they know it was the ice maker valve? Just complete lack of details and we paid $130 for this.

Unfortunately we did not have a great impression with this company. We were told they would be here at 10am. At 1015 we asked for an eta and all that was said was “you’re next”. 1115 rolls around and I reach out and am sent straight to a very rude voice mail and my texts were ignored. 30 minutes later my husband reached out which they quickly responded advising us that the techs were just now on their way to get the parts (an hour and 45 minutes after our eta). I took off the morning and now have to take the whole day off. They did not communicate with us at all until we multiple times reached out to them. We will be advising our management company of their unprofessionalism in hopes they do not use them in the future. Oh and btw over 2 hours later they still have not arrived
