Root-Rooter (Luis) did an excellent work. He put on boot covers and was very respectful of my home. He came in fixed the issue and made sure to make sure that the other toilet was working properly. Also checked the outside to make sure that it was flowing. I would recommend.

Had been having a repeated issue with my dishwasher. Had already called another company out and they told me everything was fine. Robert did a great job fixing a burst pipe that damaged my home during the winter freeze this week. Dispatch sent him out to my house days sooner than any other plumbers were willing to come. Robert was fast, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful he was able to do the fix and get my water turned back on so quickly.

Roto- Rooter tech was very professional. I received a quote before the work started. The tech Steve kept me updated as he worked. He was able to locate and fix my issue. He also offered prudent advice on how to keep this bag issue from happening again. Over all great service and price.

Maria was great over the phone when I called in for a clogged main line service request around 8:30pm. Kenneth made it over in 2 hours and walked me through the entire process and service fees. He was very professional, courteous and respectful of the home, especially that late in the day. Amazing guy with relatable small talk but still very dialed in on business at hand. Kenneth wasn't pushy on products or extras, and only offered sound recommendations based on his observations and expertise. Give the man a raise!!!

Cody and his team were fantastic. From the original quotes and discussions about our broken main sewer line. The entire repair was excellent. He even did 2 small fixes on minor things cause they only took a second for him. He went the extra mile and I appreciate that.

After having met with three other plumbers I called O’Bryan’s. They were able to get me scheduled ASAP for a bathroom leak underneath the ground. Aaron quickly diagnosed the leak and fixed what other plumbers weren’t able to even find. On top of that I had another plumber tell me the leak was under the slab and would cost 6k. Aaron made the effort to thoroughly investigate the issue, diagnose it, and fix the leak that turned out to be above the slab. Aaron literally saved me thousands of dollars. O’Bryan’s will definitely be my first go to company from here on out.

Superior service and they really take care of my plumbing. It's a personal touch throughout. I've been with them for a few years and had a gas line replaced, water heater replaced, a toilet replaced, an outdoor bibb faucet replaced, along with a couple of other things. If you're a homeowner I highly recommend their family plan, saved me a bunch of money. They're fast and really take care of you. I've had several techs out. This week it was Aaron and he's awesome. They're accurate on time windows, give you a headsup text with a picture of who's coming. hard to ask for more.

Called this company midmorning with a flooding bathroom due to a toilet leak issue. They had someone out by lunchtime. Zach was prompt, very knowledgeable, kindly professional, thorough and expedient. Cody and his colleague/Manager who also visited as part of their quality control program, did an excellent job at fixing the urgent issues and diagnosing other matters that will need future attention. Their technical skills were evident during our discussion of a replacement for our aging water heater. They were very well spoken and informed about options for our home. They were courteous, patient and knowledgeable answering questions , not rushed and seemed to enjoy their work. I would highly recommend based on this initial experience. I appreciated their use of iPad technology to document their recommendations and send timely follow-up emails very efficiently. Well done.
