This man was blocking the entrance to this Starbucks on lower Greenville he was there for awhile according to the employees.I was able to squeeze by since I have small car,once I park he backs up to block me from leaving.I know plumbing is a stressful job but don’t take it out others by impeding traffic.If you’re bitter and mad at life,do something about it.Very unprofessional

Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. Within 70 minutes, our issue was resolved, and it definitely did not cost a fortune. Thank you so much Triple Crown Plumbing - R and D - the best plumbing pros around!

A Pleasant Surprise...Great Customer Service!!!!!
I had an issue with the bill this company gave me for work done on an outside freeze guard faucet... I received a personal call from the GM of this company.
He explained how things got out of hand with a new trainee (without going into every little detail) and how a mistake occurred.
Final word...the company has offered to refund and hand deliver the entire amount charged.

Josh and Brian came out in the middle of the texas snow storm to repair our toilet that was flooding one of our rooms. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and even provided advice to help ensure our pipes dont freeze during this continued deep freeze. Great customer service and so grateful for their service.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. I got charged 325.00$ for unclogging and video inspect ( listed in my invoice). But when i asked for the result of camera service to know exactly situation of my pipe. They answered that it was ALL BLACK???. My house was 1983. However, as we can seen on HGTV, there was a lot of older houses but plumbers still possible to inspect the pipe through camera. They suggested me to replace my WHOLE drainage system with over 33.000$ service. I asked them that I need to know the exactly situation of my pipe before fixing or replacing anything, if it was broken, at least i need to know what part was damaged. They asked me have to set up another appointment to do the camera service AGAIN and have to pay additional 199.00$. I won't pay twice for the same service. I also afraid that i will get the same result for the camera service which is "All Black". This raised a question that did the plumbers really did what they charged me at the first time ( unclogging and service camera). Stay away from them.

I called them and they were at my house within 2 hours - Frank was very professional, friendly and knew his business. He discovered the problem, talked to the city to explain his findings. I am very impressed with this company and especially Frank. When I need a plumber, it will definitely be Triple Crown Plumbing. Thank you so much!!!

Richard did an excellent job at locating the leak in my house. He was informative, courteous. The only issue is they advertise a free estimate, but the "free" is only if you hire them to do the work and pay for at least half up front even if the work is an insurance claim.

Richard and Mikey where very professional and helpful in working on our slab leak at our house in Plano. Richard explained everything that he was going to do before and during the whole process. He and Mikey were very courteous and I always felt like if I needed anything explained or if I had any concerns, I could always ask at any time and get a very thorough answer. I would recommend them, and will recommend them, to everyone!

They installed a gas line for our new gas range. They did a great job and very professional work. Asa, Frank, and Richard were caring and communicated with us very well through out the process! I definitely recommend their service.

Asa and Frank were fabulous, they completed the job very quickly and it looks fantastic. I am very pleased with their service. I called for emergency leakage all over my clinic bathroom and they came within 20 min. Great job guys! Will be using in the future! Extremely professional!

Best plumbing experience ever! They were the 2nd company that was called out to our house after the 1st company failed to detect where the gas leak was coming from after 4 (or more) hours. Within 25 minutes of getting to our house, they were able to find where the leak was coming from! Thank you to Matt and his team. Y’all are the best!

The two plumbers where very professional and didn't mind all my curious questions I had for them. They where very knowledgeable and the prices seem to be about the same base on two other plumbing companies I called to get service.

It was not a critical emergency still got a same day visit that solved my problem. I will be a recurring customer when I'm in need of one.

Mr. Richard arrived very promptly on time. He was very thorough with his search and able to detect the problem right away without wasting any time. He was professional, yet friendly. We are very pleased and are considering using this service from now for all our plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company, honest and fair prices. I called at 9:00 @ night, someone answered (no automated service) and put me on the schedule for first thing the next morning. Montana and Evan came out today and were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked diligently to get the problem solved. I will definitely use Triple Crown again for all my plumbing needs.

When I called Joe at Triple Crown Plumbing, for an emergency water issue, he and his crew were at my house immediately. They located and were able to repair the leak. I have since used them while doing a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were always timely and very professional. I definitely recommend Triple Crown Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!
