I called in and Triple Crown had me scheduled on the same day. Richard G. was assigned to my job and sent me a text when he would be at the house. When he got within 10 minutes of my house, he called just as I had requested. He arrived right on time. He listened to my explanation of the clogged drain symptoms and thought it through. He gave me two options and told me the cost of each. He got on the roof and unclogged the drain within a half an hour. Prompt, courteous, and honest. Top notch plumber.

These guys are crooks, stay away. I had a blockage in a rental property and asked Triple Crown Plumbing to inspect and to clear it. I was out of town and they were aware of the fact that I had a tenant there without working plumbing and that I was in a bad situation that needed to be fixed ASAP.

After arriving, they called and told me they were unable to clear the blockage and that most likely I had a collapsed main drain line, but it was late in the day (close to 5pm) and they could not inspect via camera until the next day. The next morning I received a call from Asa who told me that after video inspection, there was mud and debris in the drain indicative of a collapse, and he quoted me nearly $6,000 to tunnel in from the rear to replace that section of pipe.

I decided to have another plumbing company come in for a second opinion, and they discovered that there was in fact a blockage and were able to clear it. They also ran a camera down the line and confirmed there was no drain damage and that it was completely sound. I spoke with Asa afterwards, and made him aware of the fact that there was no drain damage, and that one of his competitors was able to complete the job for me. My offer to him was that if he wanted to make it right, he could refund the fee I paid them for work they were not competent enough to complete in the first place. I never heard from Asa again.

So, after Triple Crown Plumbing tried to steal $6,000 from me, they then had to audacity to not even refund the $250 blockage clearing fee that I paid them, when they did not even clear the blockage they were paid to clear. I have no doubt that Triple Crown Plumbing attempted to take advantage of my situation, and lied to me in order to make a few thousand extra bucks which is pretty despicable. Avoid this company at all costs.

Triple Crown plumbing has top notch service with expert plumbers you can trust. We recently had to get all new gas lines replaced in our home and I am confident that Tripe Crown did the job right. The crew on the job was always on time, respectful and informative each step of the way. It’s quiet obvious there is good leadership in this company. From talking with their administrative staff over the phone or one on one with the owner. All very cordial and I always felt they cared about my satisfaction. I give Triple Crown a high recommendation for any of your plumbing needs.

Thanks for the great plumbing fix, and friendly service Jon & Jonathan were very professional and so kind to my little guy who thought they had an awesome messy and fun job. He thought they were celebrities! 😂

Our upstairs bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the sink had a constant drip, called Triple crown spoke with Bobby and he got Aaron out to my house in a timely manner. He was very courteous and efficient, he even cleaned up behind himself. 10/10 would recommend and we will be using Triple Crown again

I had a tub/shower faucet that would not turn off. I called another emergency plumber (after regular business hours) and they couldn’t get to me that evening. I called DNA Plumbing/Triple Crown Plumbing and they were able to send Alex and Ryan over right away. Alex and Ryan listened to my explanation, assured me they would fix my faucet, and had it repaired quickly! They were friendly and courteous! I also will add that their prices were highly competitive when compared to the estimate I received from the first plumber I contacted. I highly recommend Triple Crown Plumbing and specifically Alex and Ryan.

Had a busted pipe after the freezing weather this week and called several plumbers as soon as i got home. Being 5pm (or later) before I called, I either got voice messages stating someone would call me back, answering services that stated they would have them call me, and one who said the didn't have an appointment for 3 days I resolved to wait and see who called back and try again the following day. Contacted Triple Crown the next morning and they were able to come out the same day. They were a bit pricey for what I needed done, but I got a text message minutes after getting off the phone with them including a link to view the appointment online. I also got a text when the techs were en-route and they arrived within the 1hour appointment window. Finally, instead of having to wait for them to fill out a bunch of paperwork in their truck or my dining room, I signed 2 quick forms on the techs phone and my invoice was emailed to me. Glad to see someone taking advantage of new technologies in industries still stuck in the pen and paper days. Both techs were very nice and got to work quickly and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. They will be my first call the next time I need plumbing help.
Side note, I have not heard from any of the other companies I left messages with. I guess they just didn't need my business.

Triple Crown come out quickly each time we needed service. They were professional and reasonably priced. We have used them several times and referred family and friends that were in need of service. We had a leak and they were quickly able to find where the leakage was.I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

These guys came out to replace my water heater that busted during the freeze. I talked to Bobby on the phone and he got someone out for emergency service within an hour of when I called!! The guys were knowledgeable about each type of water heater and helped me understand which would be the best for my home. They even gave me an 8 year warranty hot water heater for the price of a 6 year water heater!! I will use their services for everything going forward, great job guys you earned a lifelong customer right here! I recommend this company to everyone needing any type of plumbing service.

The first time I called Triple Crown/DNA Plumbing for an emergency on a Sunday, Dylan got there right away and had it fixed less than an hour after I called. The second time was a scheduled installation, and Miguel showed up right on time and again was done in an hour. Both times the prices were reasonable, they left zero mess, and the work quality was excellent. Recommend 100%.

Triple Crown was available relatively quickly to respond to a minor toilet leak issue in north Dallas. They said they could rebuild the toilet, but quoted me a price more expensive than a new toilet. I asked about installing a new toilet; they said I would have to get it and bring it back as they didn't provide that service. The quote for a new toilet install was $295.00.
I headed for Home Depot, and they called to say the water turn off was not working properly and it would be an extra $125.00. They got the toilet installed, but after they left I noticed when they installed the water turn off they didn't put a flange onto the pipe to cover the interface where the pipe comes out of the wall. They just left the open hole with the pipe coming out. For $445 to drop the toilet on the hole and connect the water line, and leave the sloppy looking pipe hole, the price was extremely high.
When I called them they tried to tell me that was normal. The service provided was not workmanlike. I do not recommend these plumbers.

Miguel and his training were exceptionally polite, professional, and experienced. I will use them when I am ready to replace the pipes underneath my house and one of the best plumbers I’ve had so far.

Kameron Cooper and Billy Barry did a great job. Timely after-hours response, worked diligently on testing, locating the leaks and completing the house repairs. Great attitude despite the cold conditions. They had all the parts needed on the truck, so the work was completed in a timely manner.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used “our local plumber” and each time has been great! They fixed our leaking incoming water line today on a moments notice and were here w/in 20 minutes. Price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend them !

Jarrod and RJ came to fix a toilet that my toddler flushed a toy down and it got stuck. Great customer service, and we’re so kind to our kids and let our son watch in on what they were doing. Who knew a plumber would be the morning entertainment! They were quick and efficient. Jarrod clearly explained what they were going to do and if their plan didn’t work what they would want to try next before they began.
