I was very pleased with the service I received from Jimmie and Carlos. They were methodical and professional while diagnosing my water heater issue. I would definitely use them again.

The guys showed up on time as promised. They were clear and patient with their explanations about the process. Both were courteous and professional, put on shoe protection to enter the house, cleaned up the work area and provided an assessment before leaving. Can’t ask for more!

Called for an emergency leak that required the water to be turned off. They came out in about an hour and replaced the stopcock that was leaking and got everything sorted pretty quick. They even recommended a restoration firm that would come in to check on the damage from the leak and determine what it would cost to repair if anything. Would happily call them out again.

DNA arrived fast and on time, fixed our outside underground burst pipe problem. They are very courteous, we have used them many times and will continue to do so. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to a lot of companies always advertising on TV.

These guys were amazing. We had another company come out to look at a slab leak and they were outrageous with their pricing. The team from DNA came out and were helpful, walked me through everything and provided us with a deal for our problem.

We did not end up using g DNA Plumbing for our services as they misled us in their pricing. The scheduler said they had a $49 service fee to come out that would be applied to our bill if we chose to move forward with repairs. When the technician showed up, he said there would be a $300 charge to diagnose the problem. We asked them to go ahead and leave and paid the $49 service fee, but will be requesting a refund as we were misled pretty dramatically on their pricing structure.

I have been very pleased with the work from DNA Plumbing and I've hired them to come out multiple times. They are quick to come out, fair and reasonable with pricing in my experience, and they do good work. I would definitely recommend them.

Aaron and Cody from DNA Plumbing came out on a Sunday afternoon to repair our plumbing emergency. We are so grateful to them and the job they did was fantastic. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and when I asked about a few other things we have been having trouble with, they repaired those with no problems and did not rush to get out of our house. I run a small smoothie and food restaurant and my hot water heater unexpectedly shut down. Zane and Billy were dispatched and arrived quickly and determined that a flammable vapor sensor tripped and caused unit to shut down. They worked with Rheem service techs to get it quickly reset and was back up and running in a short amount of time. They saved me a lot heartache. Appreciate the quick response!

Needed a backflow test at the last minute (mix up) and they were there for me to get it done within 24 hours. I truly appreciate the speedy service! Great job bailing me out of a jam.

Brandon and Jimmy installed a new outdoor Aquor faucet, replaced an indoor faucet and redid the drain under a bathroom sink. They were punctual, friendly, and nest. They explained everything including the cost upfront and completed the work with no issues. They were also very easy to schedule.

D-N-A Plumbing came out to my house today to fix a water leak and I have only good things to say about this team. Wes and Malachi arrived on time and assessed the situation. They were very patient and explained what needed to be done with the estimated cost. Their work was exemplary and prices fair! The leak was fixed and everything put back into place. I will definitely be calling D-N-A Plumbing again for any plumbing needs. They are a Plano-based company which is an added bonus.

Two days after Christmas, my main line was clogged. Obviously in a panic, I called DNA and they sent Wes and Mickey out to my house within a couple of hours after my call. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks guys and Happy New Year!

Every customer that uses a company means they aren’t calling the company they used last time. More than likely for a good reason. That’s where I found myself yesterday. Any service company is only as good as the service crew that show up to do the job. Yesterday I found myself in a mess. Our sump pump that keeps my garage from flooding went out with a forecast of massive rain tonight. You guys were at my house within 2 hours and did a wonderful job. Brajan and Billy were kind and respectful of my situation. They worked very hard and provided high quality service. I will never worry about plumbing issues again. I now “know a guy for that”. The booking process was simple and quick. Phone was answered promptly. Shane and Mathew turned up deadon time and checked our tankless heater. They explained what needed to be done and got on and did it. Cleaned up and left instructions for the next time.

Had a clogged main drain line and struggled to find a company to come out soon and unclog it. DNA was recommended to me by a trusted plumbing company that did not serve the area where my issue was. They came out promptly and solved the issue quickly and showed me the results with their scope. I'd recommend them!
