My water heater began leaking during the night flooding my house. Called DNA for emergency replacement. They were quick to respond to get my old water heater out and replaced quickly even with difficult access to my attic. Wes and his assistant were friendly. Wes provided recommendation for a restoration company to assist with restoration. Very pleased.

Was in a bind with only a couple of hours left in the day. They were able to squeeze me in and replaced my leaky outdoor faucet that was mortared in before the freeze tonight.

Wes and Malachi (might've spelled that wrong) were super nice, knew what they were doing, took time to answer my questions, and were very careful with protecting the wall/brick.

Absolutely would recommend them as I won't hesitate to call them for anything I can't handle.

Day before Christmas sink disaster! DNA service reps came out quickly, something I thought may not happen 'til after Christmas. They dealt with the clog, which was between our kitchen and the street, promptly. Got us back into the cooking activity quickly. Plus, they offered suggestions on how to avoid/fix the issues. I had an emergency today when I moved my refrigerator this morning and found that my ice valve water supply could not be turned off. I called DNA and explained my issue. Within an hour they called back and told me they had a plumber available who could come and look at the issue. They came diagnosed the problem and told me what needs to be done and fixed it. I now have a new valve box with a ball cock valve stop that works reliably and really well. Thanks Zane and Bill for a great job. Once again D-N-A responded to my call quickly and did a high quality fix . Thanks .

Called DNA for hydrostatic test on sewage lines to help sell house. They arrived within designated window, performed test, and completed test in less than 30 minutes. They were courteous and professional and gave me the desired results. Thank you DNA.

DNA plumbing was able to take care of my plumbing/clogged line within 15-20 minutes upon arrival. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely hire them again.

Wes from DNA Plumbing came out to unclog a shower drain and a sink drain. The guys were everything you’d hope for in a plumber! They had the experience and knowledge, also the professionalism and cleanliness… Wes was very patient in answering all of my many questions and to help me understand the process from start to finish. He gave helpful tips and was very informative. The guys identified the problem right away, and solved it in a timely manner. They were very clean in the process, which means a lot to me since I’m a germaphobe! Also, the guys were not “sales-y” in any way. They are guys who know their craft! Thank you, DNA Plumbing!

I found my new go-to plumbing company! So impressed with the DNA employees! The gentleman Worked tirelessly to complete my gas leak. They spent time explaining the process, were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Truly exceeded my expectations.

We’ve used DNA Plumbing for a few different issues, and we’ve had great service each time. Most recently, Miguel and Jimmy helped fix a leaking water line. After locating the problem, Miguel made sure to thoroughly explain our options. He communicated frequently over the next few days as his team replaced the line and got our water flowing once again.

I've called DNA Plumbing 3 times over the last few years and they've always shown up promptly and done good work. For emergencies Miguel showed up within an hour, and for a scheduled installation he was also right on time! They also clean up after so there's not a huge mess.

Cold water pipe corroded to where multiple failures in the under slab copper line required an above ground replacement. Jacob, DNA lead plumber, coordinated the excavating, pipe replacement, backfill and concrete patch. He kept us informed of the work's progress. (No water was on inside the house, only the front hose bib gave water during the 6-day long repair.)
Work performed professionally, neatly, and with dispatch.

D-N-A saved the day! We had a leak that was several years old that we were told was ground water.. Wes came out within hours of calling them and they fixed it same day. Then they went above and beyond and came back the next day and cleaned everything up. I couldn’t say better things about a plumbing company. They are quick, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Zane did an amazing job. They saved us thousands below the other quotes we got and they even reimbursed us when they found their original quoted price wasn't fully necessary. He kept us in the loop the whole way and communicated very well. They will be my first call next time I need a plumber. 10/10

We had an issue with a backed up tub not draining properly. DNA sent Miguel out to fix the problem. He did a great job, will definitely be using them again.

We recently had an issue with a Rheem tankless water heater during extreme cold weather. While the situation itself was complicated, what really stood out was how the owner handled it. He listened carefully, acted fairly, and went above and beyond to make things right. The team was responsive, professional, and ultimately did excellent work. As a rental property owner, that kind of integrity matters. I’ll absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

This company went above a beyond to handle my emergency. They showed up in a timely manner, very professionally dressed, and acted professionally, as well. They explained the diagnoses and repairs in detail. The payment process and system they utilize is seamless, along with a professional write up of all work performed. An added bonus is they have worked harmoniously with my insurance company. I highly recommend them.

We woke up this morning to a sizable leak under our sink and we called DNA Plumbing. They sent someone out very quickly who assessed the problem and gave us a quote to fix it on the spot. He was very professional and courteous, and the repair work was done with minimal disruption to our day.
