I contacted the company for a gas line repair, and I’m very pleased with the service I received. The technicians arrived promptly after my call and quickly assessed the work that needed to be done. They patiently answered all of our questions, clearly explained the repair process and the invoice, and then carried out the job efficiently and professionally.

The team had to cut into the drywall to access the pipes, but they did so carefully and left the work area clean and tidy once the repair was complete. Although the company doesn’t handle drywall repairs, the section they cut was neatly done and can be easily fixed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work. Highly recommended!

I called DNA Plumbing, heating and air, on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon I had a crew out here, Brian and Carlos, and explained to me what the situation is and we saw it when we turned the water on outside in the yard in a terrace was a broken, old, backwash stop, and it broken between them in the brass so the whole thing had to be replaced. When we agreed on the quoted price, they got the parts because they’re not common parts came back and before the afternoon was over. Had the water back on and up-to-date up to code backwash valve put on the feeder line to the house prior to the filter I have in the garage. Their work was done professionally both Brian and Carlos know what they’re doing, and they said fourth immediately to putting it in with the right tools working together because it is up on a terrace made it a little bit more Difficult and finished it out making it look professional P gravel and all! Brian and Carlos are a good working team, they think within conjunction of each other and get the parts that are necessary and work well together to make the end result, most excellent! So I’m grateful for the repairs that Bryan and Carlos did and I’m grateful for the company sending out the right people to do the right job and I’m clearly very happy with DNA Plumbing!

They carefully undid the bad work and then masterfully corrected it so everything is solid and secure.

They were minimally invasive when accessing the sheetrock, explained what they were doing, and kept communication clear throughout the process. When they finished, they cleaned up completely and left the area looking great.

Had a leaky wall in the kitchen where I called DNA Plumbing; they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Notifications and communication were letting me know when the team would get to my house. Check the pipe pressure, opened up walls to make sure there was no pooling of water and found that the dishwasher had a hole return hose.
Had the team make sure the kitchen was up to code and replaced the disposal system to make sure everything was properly warrantied.

Overall long day but atleast the house is dry now.

DNA professionals repaired our septic system quickly and efficiently. This isn't the first time we have used them. Their honesty and quality work the last time they were out made us loyal customers and they will be the only ones we call with plumbing issues.

Called them on a Saturday evening for work. The offered to come out that evening but I was fine waiting until Monday. They showed up exactly on time, were very courteous, and did a great job… very quickly. Zane and his assistant were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this business and definitely will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I called DNA this morning to see if they could fix our outdoor faucet that was dripping. The phone was answered right away. I was given a time for 4-6 pm today, but was told if they had a cancellation they would call and come earlier. I received a call around 12:30 stating they had a cancellation and could they come now. Miguel was here within 20 minutes. He gave me a quote upfront. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work. I now have a new faucet and happy it was fixed before the weather gets bad. I will definitely call DNA again for any plumbing needs.

D-N-A plumbing was a great experience, they showed up on time. Miguel was very polite, and understood the issue, explained it to me in detail. They made the repairs quickly and the cost was reasonable. It was nice to find a company these days that that actually have great customer service, with a smile. Thank you for your assistance to resolve our issue.
PS: They each left with a homemade cookie that my wife gave them. 🤗😄

William, who did the switch, wiring and installation of the ceiling fan was so professional and nice. He did a great job and even cleaned up every area he worked in. Thank you William and Mikestone for doing a great job!

Steven installed a new LED light fixture in our kitchen. He did a great job and cleaned up before he left. He made sure I was happy with it too. Nice guy, very professional.

Scott was very professional and did an awesome job with the issue. We have lights.
We then discussed other needs we have, bringing attention to our broker box. He gave us options but was not pushy.
I appreciate his honesty and respect his attention to details.

Chris Hennig with Milestone did a great job. He was super considerate of my home. He did a thorough job inspecting my heating system and he even created a video of the inspection for my review. Great Job Chris!

Austin was great! Service was on-time and fast. I had a clogged drain, which is working great now. He also checked on my HVAC condensation drain to make sure nothing else was impacted. Gave me some good tips as well to keep things functioning right.
