Review update!!!! After a few weeks, the pull out nozzle that was part of my sink and faucet installation wouldn't retract. Initially, we thought it was a manufacturing error and called to get a replacement. After coming out to take a look at the issue, it was discovered that the weighted ball was broken, and some type of rubber band strip was used to hold it together. If it was broken out of the package, all the technician had to do was notify me, and I would have bought another one. But that seems highly unlikely since he used a rubber strip to keep it in place temporarily. We are very reasonable customers and understand mistakes happen. Not notifying me of the mistake so an immediate resolution could take place is the issue. Honesty goes a long way in retaining repeat customers!

After editing my review, I received a call from Able, one of the managers at Bacon Plumbing. We discussed the issue, and he sincerely apologized and extended every effort to make things right. He also offered me a $100 credit for my inconvenience. After the call, I can say Bacon stands behind their business!

Bacon Plumbing Hrating Air Electric team was very professional and review the issue with our laundry room leakage. We were of all the issues that could cause the leak, and told they could repair it for us by showing us all the plans they have including the family plan. We planned to have the work completed on March 6. The professionalism was great and that's what sold us.

For over a week, I have been attempting to get the leak stopped in my toilet. What I really needed was to change out the shut off valve , so I could stop wasting so much water . Most other companies wanted to go into the wall, tear into the valve from the back , and charge me an arm and a leg.

The Bacon tech came in with a Can Do-Will Do!! Attitude from the get go .

They had the issue fixed in about an hour, at an extremely reasonable price .
It's so nice NOT to hear the sound of wasteful water now .

I'm very happy , and will definitely be using Bacon for my plumbing and electrical needs from now on !

Dale was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the inspection and explained how to make our units more efficient. I was very impressed and decided to utilize his experience to make our home’s air clean and purified.

9 Dec 2025...Oh my gosh! Zac Dwyer is the absolute a BEST electrician EVER. Zac came and troubleshot my electrical issues with my ceiling fans, light switches and breaker. It only took him a few short hours to fix and locate the problems. His excellent customer service, ability to explain and break things down so I understood it (like an extremely difficult math problem) AND kept his professionalism while finding the pesky/irritating wiring issue CAUSED BY THE BUILDER made my week. Zac is an amazing young man with outstanding potential. He is my go to from now on. ONCE AGAIN, Thank you BACON for always taking care of me.

Today's service with Benjamin was excellent. He was very thorough, explained EVERYTHING to me and just went above and beyond my expectations. Bacon is truly me one stop shop. I love BACON and will ONLY use BACON.

Bacon responded promptly to our need for plumbing services. Dylan, did a great job. He was efficient and knowledgeable and solved the problem. We were extremely happy with the outcome.

I wasn’t wrong in choosing Bacon. This is my second encounter with bacon , first one being Plumbing with high-water pressure from the city. Which was fixed with my satisfaction .That confidence pushed me to choose for my HVAC need with bacon. And I was absolutely happy with Justin Explaining every step of the way. The work was done with my satisfaction again. They got a satisfied customer In their multiple portfolio. Cassidy the front desk accommodated me with the same day service specially Saturday. Thanks to have my AC back with soaring temperatures inside.

Ryan & Javier were exceptional at fixing the slab leak we had. They were able to reroute the main water line through the attic!! NO MESSY concrete dust or dirt to contend with!! Ryan & Javier both were super friendly & courtesy in answering any questions we had!! I would highly recommend Bacon plumbing for your needs!! Anthony was a perfect gentleman.

Benjamin did our furnace annual inspection. Although the news we received wasn't the best. His professionalism was top tier. He explained everything in a manner that made sense to me. He took pics of our unit and supplied a detailed report of hos findings and suggestions. Thank Benjamin 😊

This Company was quick and very proactive.Immediately when Max the technician came out and looked at the job that needed to be done. He had great suggestions for better results and also informed me on how to save money for now and for any future jobs that I might need in the future. The family plan made sense and I joined because of the great presentation Max gave to me.Max is very knowledgeable , very professional and have lots of helpful suggestions. I see why the Company logo says “ Everyone Loves Bacon”

Bacon did a great job making sure my electrical panel, smoke detectors, and circuits were in good working order. Our house was not protected from lightening strikes so we added a circuit breaker to protect all of our electrical equipment. I never thought we would need the protection but after Alex explained to us the importance we decided to go ahead and have the circuit protector installed. Thanks Bacon for your hard work!!

Jacob was excellent and solved several of my plumbing challenges going beyond the call of duty to help me finish up a tough project. The entire Bacon team also stepped up to support me and even had a QA manager stop by to inspect the job and make sure I was satisfied with their work. Bacon is prompt and efficient with communication and service recommendations. Brian specifically was excellent and went the extra mile to help with the repair. Will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend to anyone that is needing their services.

Jose did a phenomenal job. Explained in detail everything that he found during the check up and gave me estimates on repairs and a new system. Even came back to answer the questions I had about financing. Will definitely keep having using them for for my HVAC needs.

Very professional. On time and explained the issue and fixed it promptly for the first visit.
I needed a second visit due to leaky pipe and appointment was never scheduled. Make sure you call them and don’t use their online scheduling because it doesn’t actually schedule.
