Randy was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He came out for a standard tune up, but in the meantime helped us resolve an issue with our ductwork that others had said did not exist, even though we had measurable temperature differences in our house. Thanks, Randy!

I contacted Bacon heating air and plumbing to get some electrical work done in preparation for a bidet install in two of my bathrooms. Dylan was my electrical technician. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He explained things as he was going along, which helped me to feel even more confident in the work that he was doing. Because of his skill and knowledge, it did not take him long to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Dylan and Bacon heating air and plumbing and electrical for your home servicing needs.

I just had the most amazing experience with Dylan of Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric company. He analyzed our problem and resolved it quickly. A minor adjustment was made and we now have a fully functioning toilet again. This was after another plumber told me that the entire toilet needed to be replaced (shameful). Justin came in to do a maintenance check on our heating system today. Very personable, pointed out a couple items that needed work, helped us get a reasonable price and set up service time easily. He also took a look at an issue with some old work done, and without hesitating or even being asked, was looking into ways to fix it for us and make sure we are satisfied. Fantastic service and would welcome Justin in at any time.

Chris was great! On time, courteous, took the time to explain the issue. He fixed the issue in 30 minutes and I haven’t had a problem since. I would highly recommend Bacon Plumbing.

Justin was very polite & professional. Did an excellent job explaining what he would be doing during the visit and then his recommendations on my heating system inspection. Since the work he did was upstairs in my attic, installing a safety detector for water build up, it’s not something I can see, so I can only assume he did a good job.

Anthony did a thorough job cleaning and evaluating our HVAC system. He is friendly, pleasant, professional and courteous. He did a very nice job explaining his findings and working with his manager for quotes. We highly recommend Anthony and Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric.

Christopher Campbell came out to do our yearly inspection today and I was very impressed! We are having some little issues with our tankless water heaters and Christopher explained/suggested things that could help them run better. He was very thorough, polite and even cleaned up after himself.

Miguel Cardoso Did an amazing job helping us figure out why only part of our electricity was working. He checked everything thoroughly was polite, Smart and clean. Then he helped us figure out what to tell Oncor because this was a street to the house issue. He double checked all of our wiring and breaker boxes tightened everything and then didn’t charge one thing because we are on the friends and family plan with Bacon. Highly recommend.

Max was amazing, before he started the job, he explained the process of locating the leak, and what it would cost. There were no surprises!! Once he found the leak, he explained the options for the repair. He also did a thorough job of servicing my tankless water heater! I love how this company operates. I have a Family Plan with Bacon Plumbing and the quality of their technicians, like Max, and their customer service people who provide phone support make that plan worth every penny!

FYI- when I first called, “AI”answered and gave me incorrect information. I started to cancel my plan and find another company until TJ clarified the error. So glad I was able to quickly speak to a real person. That misinformation almost lost a customer!!

Dale was very thorough checking both my heating and air conditioning today. The report he left shows both pictures and explanations for any suggested work to improve the efficiency of the equipment. This is always helpful with keeping the condition of my home in great quality shape.
