I hired Milestone to come out to clean out my 3 HVAC ducts. They showed up and completed an initial inspection to then tell me the service wasn’t needed, that they were already cleaned. They could have just as easily done a minor cleaning and invoiced me. Instead they chose integrity and let me know that it was unnecessary. This is the type of service and integrity you look for in a company. I will definitely come back to Milestone!

I want to share a few words about my HVAC maintenance from Milestone. I received yesterday my technician Salia did a great job and being timely and thorough with the inspection he showed me a video pointing out what he did and was able to complete the inspection in a decent amount of time

I called the company, and they sent a very energetic and enthusiastic technician named James McCreary. He solved my heating issue in less than five minutes and only charged me for the diagnostic service. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable..

Jonathan Hebert from Milestone Electric came out to the house the same day that I called. He was prompt, pleasant, and completed the repair immediately. We both work from home so we appreciate the prompt fast service. Thank you Milestone and thank you Jonathan.

The technician (Clayton) arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly correct my problem and he provided me tips on how to make the temperature more comfortable in my home. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and the price was as quoted. The the service was A+.

Austin Sauter helped me with my plumbing today and he was great! not only did he solve my problem quickly, but he explained why it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. Top notch effort! Thanks!

Ricardo was a super chill guy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable in his craft. Understood exactly what I needed and proposed the options I had without pushing any type of unnecessary sales. I’d definitely recommend them, and I’d personally request for Ricardo again for any electrical work!

Brian Miller was just out to my house for a warranty check on previous plumbing work & find a leak. He found the leak (it wasn’t from previous work done). Although he wasn’t able to repair today, he was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions & set up an appointment for tmrw morning to move forward with repair work. I appreciated his kindness & patience!

Luis was timely, knowledgable, professional and extremely thorough. He explained and walked me through everything clearly, without trying to "sell" me. Great experience!

Zaul was more than thorough with our system and discovered a faulty thermostat. Ran over a pan with us and options, once approved he went right to it. Our system was back up to normal fairly quick and heat is back on. Many thanks to Zaul and the Milestone services.

Joshua was great. He repaired my faucet issues and we determined my problem was with my dishwasher and not a plumbing water issue. He was very polite and informative.

Great service from Milestone! I had an issue with a line causing water damage, and they were able to send out a technician in under 24 hours. Ivan came out, was incredibly friendly and was able to find a solution quickly even though our old home gave him minimal access to the area he needed to work in. The price was fair and now we don’t have to worry about further water damage in our home. Thank you Ivan!

From making the appointment until Emily came the process is smooth and easy. Love that they send the photo/name of the technician coming. Emily was extremely knowledgeable and aware of the issues we are having. She helped me get replacement parts under warranty saving me thousands. Benjamin Beltran was amazing! He looked over our lighting issue, accessed and explained everything , then gave us a quote and went right to work. He was so friendly and courteous too.
