“My local plumber” is my go to referral for real estate clients needing repairs before going on the market or after buyers inspections require repairs. Over the years they have done full iron pipe replacements, gas line re-routes, drippy faucets, hot water heaters, and lots of diagnostics for me and my clients. They are more than competent, show up when they say they will, and are pricing as reasonable as any one I’ve ever found. They are MY local plumbers!

I called "My Local Plumber" because I needed an outdoor faucet replaced. The person who took my call asked if I could take a picture of the faucet needing to be replaced and send to them. I thought that was a great idea because it allows the repair person an idea of what parts are needed ahead of time. Less time to do the repair should equate to a lower repair and replacement cost to me, which it did. I do know for a fact the repair and replacement cost I paid for my outdoor faucet was 40% less than one of "My Local Plumbers" competitors.

I have used My Local Plumber for 6+ years on various plumbing needs including an installation of a tankless water heater. They are always reliable, professional, have fair pricing, and do excellent work. They show up when promised, explain everything clearly, and get the job done right.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with My Local Plumber for about 20 years. I moved into the Country Place neighborhood in 2006. They've done a wide variety of jobs for me from the mundane faucet repair, up to and including sewer pipe repairs and slab leaks. Denise and company have always taken great care of us, as well as my mother in law in Keller, and I'd recommend these guys to anybody.

I have been using this company for years because they provide excellent service for a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable , professional and transparent , always explain the details clearly before initiating any repairs.

I have used My Local Plumbers for years for various plumbing issues. They have always done their best to get to me quickly when an emergency and always seemed to be fairly priced. Prices depended on work done, so I can't pick just one amount for how much I paid. They have done everything from installing new sink and disposal to fixing leak at the main meter that the city tried to claim was in the sprinkler system.

Called and got same day service! My lucky day! Technicians were very courteous and respectful. Luckily my toilet issue was an easy fix. Not sure the woman’s name on the phone when i called but was very nice as well. I recommend from this company and will use again if i have other issues.

My Local Plumber is our top choice in plumbing companies. They have completed the plumbing for us on multiple projects like our kitchen renovation and primary bath renovation. In addition, they have repaired toilets, shower valves, and replaced our water heater. Their plumbers are excellent craftsmen. We never hesitate to call them because we know they will take good care of us.

We've been using My Local Plumber for years and have been very happy with them. One time, Felipe and his crew fixed a crack in our sewage pipe and installed a had Phyn Plus Smart Water Assistant and Shut Off. Felipe was very patient, explained the process and helped me get the Phyn app installed and set up. Another time we we had two old toilets replaced.

We used My Local Plumber for 2 major projects, a leak repair and reroute of water lines and replacement of our sewer lines under the house. On both occasions they were very professional, prompt and thorough. They were up front about the work plan and any changes to the plan or cost estimate.

Really great experience, and appreciated their capability to do a Saturday visit. It was also important to me that they ARE a small locally owned and operated plumbing business. The firm I used before sold out and joined a major conglomerate, which constantly was trying to get me to use their electrician or HVAC services. The business name is a little on the too simple side, but....the team was anything but that. These guys are now my go-to plumber.

My Local Plumber was a life-saver for us 3 years ago when our 50+ year old cast iron sewage pipes were broken by earth movement under the house, and they had to tunnel overall some 60+ ft to replace all the pipes. While there they found a leak in the pressure line and replaced that from street to foundation with PEX. 3 years alter and (fingers crossed) still no issues even with continued earth movement. Good skill, good mgmt, good organization, good price. I would gladly call them again.

I had a really great experience working with My Local Plumber. Had a main water line burst and needed repair asap. They were here in a hurry and had me up and running as fast as was possible. They also helped me navigate the insurance claim and gave me peace of mind when it came to the repair. Would highly recommend their services!

The young men that came to my house were so attentive to detail. I asked if they could pick up the toilet for me at Home Depot. The Home Depot closest to
my home didn’t have the toilet and they had to go to Plano to pick it up *smh* then when they get to to my place, I told them it was the upstairs bathroom that needed the toilet replaced and they didn’t even blink-just got the job done. They even took the old toilet with them since my bulk trash had already been picked up. They cleaned everything up so nicely too. I highly recommend My Local Plumber-I forgot to mention that this was done all in one day, ordered and installed. Couldn’t ask for better or more professional people!

I rated My Local Plumber 5 star when they replaced 3 toilets (that use less water and have better flushing activators) and when they fixed a leak under an upstairs sink that had been installed incorrectly by a less than professional plumber!

We’ve used my local plumbers a few times over the years. They are consistently professional and friendly, and have always been able a plumber out in a relatively short time. The plumbers arrive on time, professionally dressed, and mindful of your home. They quickly access the problem and quickly and efficiently complete their work. The quality of their work shows they know what they’re doing. They are a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend My Local Plumber. My sinks needed clearing out, installation of disposal and bathtub handle leakage was all taken care of in a professional manner. The especially like that the prices are reasonable and I will use them again! Thank you My Local Plumber for being a trustworthy company!

Jason Anigwe was awesome, he did a fantastic job! He was quick and efficient, even cleaned up what little mess was made. From start to finish I am extremely happy with My Local Plummer. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and every one I’ve talked to at the company has been very helpful.

This company is outstanding! They have true experts with experience with all kinds of issues. And everyone we have met has been personable. A neighbor had a tough issue and we recommended these plumbers. They were able to figure out where the problem was and had a one of their specialists join them to fix the difficult issue under the home. It means a lot when you can recommend a company to others and not worry that people you care about will be disappointed. It is great to have confidence in a company these days. Also, Denise and her crew are fun to deal with!

All the techs have been great and helpful. Felipe came out to replace two bathroom faucets and in the process, found a leak we had in the plumbing underneath the vanity. He explained what was happening, what he would have to do to fix it and how much it would cost. We are very happy with the result!!!!
