We had a emergency after 5pm, Triple Crown answered my call, listened to my emergency; and told me they would send a plumber before 7pm. I received a text that my plumber would arrive shortly. Even though our problem required specific parts they didn't have on the truck; and it was running late; I figured they would try to upsell me and do a major repair. NO these guys came up with a plan, and one drove to the local Home depot. With no luck, they contacted me, told me the situation; and promised they would arrive early next morning. They arrived that next morning, no additional costs, did more then I asked for, and left me feeling satisfied that the repair was solid and complete. I will defiantly recommend this company to all.

When we bought our home 2 years ago, we never dreamed that our water heater was on it's last leg. Last night before going to bed we realized that it had begun to leak water. The drip pan was filled to the brim and water was flooding our kitchen. We panicked and could not figure out how to get the water to shut off. I googled emergency water heater flooding and called the first number that popped up! (In an emergency, you really do not have time to research companies!) Man are we glad we reached Asa on our call! He was calm and very professional. He helped walk us through the steps to get the water shut off and how to drain the water out of the water heater. Today, Mario and Anthony came to install a new water heater. They were both very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They also explained how to maintain our new water heater annually. Afterward, I received a follow up call from Asa who answered some additional questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to come out of such a horrible beginning! Thank you Triple Crown Plumbing for saving the day!!!

Sorry, had to downgrade the review. Three weeks after having to have plumbers here two different days, the issues are exactly right back at square one. Even after choices to not shower downstairs, and to use the facility sparingly, we are flooded again with toilet water. New service call plus $119 Saturday fee. Original $225 bought us three weeks of limited usage.

I'm leaving a couple of stars because the service has always been courteous. I'm certain DNA/Triple Crown gets things done elsewhere, but just not here.

Richard Garcia was very professional and arrived on time. Before starting, he reviewed the work requested and reviewed the pricing with me. The work was priced well within reason. He requested I come look at the video camera in the pipe snake and showed me the pipe was clear of any obstruction and then quality controlled is work with me to ensure the problem was resolved. I’ll use Triple Crown Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I’m beyond WOW’ed!!!

Our hot water heater quit working. I called Triple Crown Plumbing on SUNDAY and they answered the phone and set up an appointment to come out first thing Monday morning to look at the hot water heater. Cody came out and he was very professional and gave us detailed information on what the problem was as well as what the cost would be upfront. He also thought there might be a leak. However, he said we can watch and see if the hot water heater has any additional problems. He did not try and sell us a new unit. Most other companies would have tried to do that. He even gave us an estimate on a new unit. We will absolutely call them back and will be purchasing our new hot water heater from Triple Crown Plumbing. I hope this post helps anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Asa and Jack were excellent. Very thorough and spent a lot of time looking and searching for the gas leak. They eventually discovered it after going in every crevice of the house. I was impressed with their professionalism, advise and overall positive attitude. They kept me informed with the progress and what they were doing throughout. I would definitely call them again.

Richard did a great job. We called at 6 pm on a Sunday night after trying to fix our clogged line ourselves all weekend. Richard was there in an hour and had the problem fixed in under two hours.

We've had a couple major plumbing issues in the past few months and it always occurs on the weekend. Triple Crown is the only company we've found that sends someone right away and gets started right away. Definitely recommend!

When I had a leaking refrigerator water line, I did a Google search for plumbers in the area. Saw that Triple Crown had 5 stars and gave them a call. Reuben was extremely friendly and was able to have a tech, Jerrod, to our house within a few hours. Jerrod, just like Reuben, was very friendly and did a great job with the repair. I would not hesitate to give them a call for any future plumbing issues.

Richard and Mickey did a great job today replacing our hot water tank in the topmost attic of our house. It wasn't an easy location for them and they were very courteous and professional and had a great attitude about the tight space they were working in. Finished up quickly and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

Jarrod was professional, called me to assure me he was on his way and about what time he would arrive. He arrived to generously assess my home’s needs, getting right to work. I had a water leak in my ceiling so called Triple Crown Plumbing. Alex arrived shortly before midnight which was great to have a company actually come out promptly after hours. Furthermore, Alex gave me all my options and never pressured me to make a decision. We decided to replace the water heater with the same style of unit we previously had and the installation went perfect. I highly recomend Alex and triple crown plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Triple Crown Plumbing save me!!! I originally called a #1 company, whom I will not name. I had a minor leak on an external faucet. Waited 3 days for them to come out. The evening before they were to show up them canceled. I had to search for a replacement plumber as I had scheduled to work from home the next day. Triple Crown Plumbing took the call, very professional and understood. The next day they called, texted and was on their way. They were even early. They explain the job and cost before working. They ran into a problem where the pipes were solder on. They show it to me and explain the extra cost as the new piping is to be screwed on and not solder. When the work was completed it looks very good and the wife was happy. The company called after Triple Crown Plumbing fixes my faucet want to come out. All I could say "if you cancel an appointment with someone and you had 3 day to call do not call them the day before the original appointment and asked can you come out to fix the problem, It's to late as your customer not waiting and moved on." Next time I have a plumbing problem I am calling Triple Crown Plumbing.

We had Jerrod and Micky to come unclog our kitchen sink. They were on time, proficient and very professional. Took their shoes off before coming in the house!
Explained everything and gave a quote before any work was done!
Highly recommend and we will use them again!

We had a bathtub faucet cartridge broken at 10:15PM and found Triple Crown plumbing via Google search. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with plumbing service. Professional and personable, I got the text message on the time window and Asa and his father (it is family owned business) came to our house before 11PM and solved the issue really quick. Will definitely use the company again for future plumbing projects.

Water died on me at 7PM on a Saturday. Called several places before I contacted Triple Crown. Best price I could find. Plumber was at my home in less than an hour. Richard was awesome. They didn't have the part I needed, but were out first thing Sunday morning and had it all done in less than an hour. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Highly Recommend, Richard and Kenneth have been amazing. They are fast, efficient and easy to work with. Our hot water heater broke on a Saturday and they were at my house within a couple of hours. Richard was AWESOME! He explained the issue I've been having and went through all the options/solutions for fixing them. Excellent Service I called for a toilet replacement they had me scheduled for 10:00am, they were able to come by way earlier which is a plus for me. Upon arrival Montana and his associate Brian brought to my attention that I had a sprinkler leak from a past sidewalk repair job. They replaced the toilet and took out an old bidet hose for no additional cost. This is the third time I’ve used Triple Crown Plumbing for repairs and I will continue to use them because of their professionalism and great service.

Update: Changed from 1 to 3 stars because company management reached out to make things right. It sounds like that employee was terminated and they are refunding me a good portion of money for the work that was done. See below for the full story...

Got referred to Triple Crown Plumbing by Atmos Energy for a gas leak that needed to be fixed. They sent out some folks from DNA plumbing (owned and operated together) who fixed the leak but then told me there were additional leaks in my gas line underground AND up in my attic that would cost more to fix. A 3 day artic front was coming on Sunday, and this was Friday late afternoon so I was freaking out, but wanted to get a second opinion. I was able to get the gas line checked on Saturday and there was NO additional LEAK. Summary: Plumber was lying and trying to take advantage of me in a vulnerable situation to make more money.

I would now consider using this company again in the future because management seems to care about trying to hire and keep only good employees, and work at treating their customers right. Traumatic experience = 1 star; management making things right = 5 stars; average = 3 stars.

Wonderful Service! I needed some water shut off valves replaced and called this plumbing company. Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived at my house at the time they said they would be there! I was very impressed that two plumbers arrived and had plastic booties to wear over there shoes, as I had just cleaned my carpets. They were very professional, didn't disturb me as I was working and the work was done fast and correctly. Very please with there service and would definitely call them again!
