I could not be more pleased with the technician O'Bryan Plumbing sent us today to address a leaky toilet, water pressure issues, and an outdoor faucet repair. Tim was on time, personable, efficient, and explained all repair options and costs thoroughly. I really appreciated that he did not try to push any unneeded services on me, and the price was quite reasonable.

We have been “Club members“ With O’Brien Plumbing for many years. Our most recent experience with them has reconfirmed the list of of our decision to use them for our plumbing needs. With our club membership we had our annual inspection and check up today. Everything turned out fine. Cri Rivera Is an excellent plumber, very personable and good communicator. I’ll never hesitate to call them!

I needed repair to a gas line with a leak. Turned out I had leaks all over the place! I needed new underground piping and new piping in my attic. This turned into a 3-day repair. I was in total shock and despair at this unexpected repair. Chris was the most kind, compassionate and accomadating tech I have ever had. He and Lachlan came on Day 2, and then a third young man came as well on Day 3. Chris had come up with a plan for the least invasive install plan and took great effort to make sure I completely understood his strategy and was comfortable. They all arrived early, stayed late and worked so hard all three days. I adopted them as my temporary son's. I have absolutely no doubt that the install they did inside and out will outlive me! They performed their feat with humor wheen I needed and absolute compassion throughout. Before we had O'Bryan out, we had another well known major plumbing company out to examine a drainage/sewage line issue. The estimate was very wrong and insanely expensive. Aaron came out and was the consummate professional. He took his time, was honest and upfront, looked at far more things than the first guy, and gave us so much better perspective than we had before on the problem. In the end, Aaron potentially saved us thousands of dollars on a needless repair had we listened to the other guys and identified the real issue and solved it. Pricing was SUPER reasonable (happily surprised). We cannot express how grateful we are for finding O'Bryan Plumbing and especially Aaron. Thank you VERY VERY MUCH!

Chris did a great job! After explaining out options we made our selection. He immediately began working and was kind enough to explain to me what that option entailed, the parts used, and how he did it. Cleaned up and tested everything to ensure it all worked as intended. I highly recommend Chris!!!

Aaron has done work on several occasions for me. He always shows up on time and does good work at a fair price. It’s nice to see the same person and build a level of trust.

Chris (from O'Bryan) did an amazing job! He started by asking a bunch of great questions. Then after agreeing on what needed to be done, the work he did was outstanding. He also made other home/plumbing improvement suggestions which I appreciated. He was here to fix a broken on/off water value (water line for refrig/ice maker). But I also have bad tasting ice. While fixing the valve, Chris noticed something that could help explain my issue and he stopped working and called me over to show me. Wow... Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Cody from O’Brien Plumbing Services. He came out on Wednesday to address an AC unit overflow that was causing a backup in the sewage line underneath my kids’ bathroom. Cody was incredibly thorough and informative, explaining each step of his process and making sure I understood what he was doing. He even offered to check out other issues around the house at no extra charge, which was a huge plus. I mentioned a noisy hot water heater and a dripping faucet in the master bedroom, and he took the time to thoroughly analyze those as well.

Cody provided detailed proposals and options for repairs and even gave me some useful self-service tips to help save a few bucks. He also explained a membership opportunity with O’Brien Plumbing that made a lot of sense, all without any pressure. His kind and gentle demeanor really put me at ease and built trust from the get-go.

Thanks to Cody, the issue with the kids’ bathroom is resolved, and I feel confident in his expertise. I’m now a proud O’Brien Plumbing Services member. Highly recommend Cody and the team!

Ryan came out to look at the leak we have had for the past 2 years in our front yard. He took a look and told us he is sure it is not a water line leak or irrigation leak, and he recommended there leak detection specialist. Nice guy and honest. We look forward to hearing from the leak detection specialist next week.

I've been using O'Bryan's for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Today Ben arrived on time and was very pleasant. He performed the task and left everything clean.

Replaced water heater with an American made water heater they carry. We signed up for the maintenance plan. It’s $10 a month. Gives you a flush free every year and waives services charges and you get a 10% discount . Their plumbers are Knowledgeable, polite, professional, and very friendly. I have used them for years. They also repaired a sink faucet that was dripping. They replaced the cartridges. Same on the bathtub .

We only use O'Bryan Plumbing. From the initial contact to the final moments of the job perfectly done, it's a smooth experience. Aaron was friendly and courteous. He walked me through everything he had done and patiently answered my questions. So did the person who scheduled our appointment. We are very satisfied and highly recommend O'Bryan for any plumbing services.

Very communicative, affordable, and high quality. My technician Colby replaced a toilet seat, replaced an entire toilet, and re-sealed a bathtub in about an hour. He cleaned up after himself and was super gracious - I asked him about a dozen questions and he never seemed irritated.
