When my water heater went out on a Sunday, I left a message with the after hours answering service, but Jacinda called me back almost immediately. She listened to my needs and got me scheduled for service the next morning. Cri was kind, knowledgeable, and professional when he installed my new water heater. He explained all my options, and completed the work quickly in a hundred degree attic.

I’ve used O’Bryan Plumbing since 2022 for toilet and sink shut off valves, shower valves, and even my main shut off. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I had a very positive experience with O'Bryan Plumbing Services and Aaron, the plumber who responded. An attic water leak was causing the sheetrock ceiling in an upstairs bedroom to soak through. After calling O'Bryan Plumbing Services and expressing the urgency of receiving immediate assistance, I was scheduled for an early same day appointment. Very soon Aaron and his apprentice arrived, quickly determined the problem, and made the needed repairs. I had hired O'Bryan Plumbing Services two years ago to install a new water heater. Both of these experiences were excellent and have resulted in my decision to confidently make O'Bryan Plumbing Services my "go to" plumbing company. They provide the best customer service I could ask for.

Another plumber, which will remain nameless, did a bad job last week, requiring the need for a plumber's expertise. After a thorough search, I chose O'Bryan who exceeded my expectations, starting with the initial call, updates, and providing the plumber's picture in their communication. Aaron, did a fantastic job. He explained everything thoroughly, went the extra step by cleaning out a drain line, and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to Aaron and O'Bryan. Hopefully I don't need a plumber again, but if I do, O'Bryan will get my call.

Ryan and Tucker showed up on time as scheduled. They were professional and pleasant throughout the process of working on my plumbing. They communicated well and explained all of my options and the costs. They wore their foot coverings every time they entered the house. They completed the job in a timely manner and checked a few other things with my plumbing and actually found some problems. As a result, I was able to get the company I bought my hot water tank from to provide me some new parts under the warranty. I highly recommend O'Bryan Plumbing.

I was able to get someone to come out same day & it was a good thing because we had to replace e both our water heaters. Cri was able to do it right then. While he was here another issue happened in our Landry room sink & he took care of that as well. He stayed until all was working again & we had hot showers for bed.

Tim arrived on time for annual inspection included in my monthly plan with O'Bryan. He did a very thorough inspection of all plumbing inside/outside house. He pointed out a few issues to watch (like aged/worn connections behind washer and one outside hose connection). He also fixed leaking plug in bathroom sink and did water heater flush at no charge. I have used this local business for years with great confidence. Highly recommend.

I am fortunate to have had Tim, from O'Bryan Plumbing Services, visit my home and provide me with a written estimate of the various options available for repairing my hot water system. This ranged from recirculation replacement to changing the hot water tanks to installing a tankless system. Tim drafted numerous proposals, discussed the benefits and costs of each, and answered my varied and numerous questions. He spent innumerable hours at my home inspecting my present system, sketching various alternatives, and, consistent with thoroughness, he even determined that I would need to upgrade my gas line to support the recommended tankless system. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly, and invited me to call anytime if I had further questions or concerns. As a result of his effective communication, I now have the necessary information to make the best-informed decision. I was very impressed.

Ben was very professional. He explained what was needed and the pricing before doing any work. He and his assistant wore shoe covers and left things clean after doing the repair.
