Robert did a great job fixing the leak in our front lawn which we have been dealing with in the past year. Robert explained his repair was done with quality parts, I trust we will not have future leaks. Robert did journey man's work.

Arrived at 9:00am, start at 9:15AM, snaked a kitchen sink drain and was finished in 20 minutes. Bill was $538 !!!
Utterly ridiculous and overpriced. Tech's comments were, well the company has to make money. The going rate is- $175-$300 depending on complexity. Mine was quick and simple.

I had a very disappointing experience with Roto Rooter. The plumber that came and unclogged drain was quick and did a good job. The water restoration team on the other hand was not good. They charged me for things that were not done. They demanded a complete payment before they start so I could not get any money back. The new tile in the bathroom was damaged and may not be able to be repaired. I would not recommend the restoration team!

Great service start to finish. Debra took my call and scheduled a technician right away. I honestly don’t know if I have ever had a better customer service experience. She was kind, empathetic and personable.

Kenneth arrived shortly after and I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. He was able to quickly resolve my issue. He was so kind.

Roto Rooter has always been a household name in Texas but has Chicago dispatch who aren't concerned about customers time. My reservation was for 8 am - 9 am, technicians were short today, and I lost a days wages waiting until 2 pm for my tech but Udwoda was TOP TIER!❤️ He didn't lie & let me know about my bathroom piping; he was excellent & kind. I'll be requesting him for anything I need done.🤘🏾

The price was higher than I assumed it would be, but I was informed of the price before he began working and agreed. I wanted quick and timely service and it was provided, he arrive at the top of the hourly window ready to work.

Total 5 Star and I wish I could rate them even higher! I had two well known plumbing companies come out and Roto Rooter were the only ones to actually address the issue and get it resolved. Mr. Kelvin was extremely thorough with troubleshooting the clog issue and he fixed everything during his first time visit. I highly recommend these guys! He also had Mr. Ricky to come out to put a camera in the "clean-out" to identify potential issues with clogged drains. Can't say enough about Kelvin, Ricky, and Roto Rooter team. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional and friendly. She felt confident her guys could resolve our plumbing issue and they did. They came out same day within the hour. The whole experience was amazing! My only regret is that I didn't call them first. I wasted hundreds of dollars on the other two plumbing companies with no results. The two plumbing companies I wasted money on was Milestone and F6 Plumbing. We paid a total of $900 between both companies and our drains were still clogged. I called Roto Rooter and they solved the issue the same day at a cheaper price and they were really quick and efficient. As long as Roto Rooter continues this level of service--I will recommend them to everyone and every company. Thanks again Kelvin and Ricky. Awesome

To my surprise, Field Supervisor Jordan Gunderson showed up to do the second part of my sewer stub clean out to discover why there had been a major backflush in the system after that breakdown had already been dealt with by Roto-Rooter. He sent his cameras down the system and discovered there were two distinct pipe breaks causing backup. To my surprise there was no extra charge. Now I knew what I had to deal with in the future. The service was handled quickly and I got a full report with photos as backup for any potential insurance claim. Overall with the two Service parts that were executed for my sewer backup issue, Roto-Rooter came through with flying colors. I was very pleased with their service and their pricing. Very pleased!

Last month I had a dripping fosset infront of the house and this company sent somebody that only took 1 minute to say "it's going to be $650 to fix it, when we aid no..He reduced the price to $450 quick. We are we to the job just to find out that for that amount, he just change a $23 gasket. When I spoke to the office they said they only thing they could do is reduce $100 the. billl. While their management where nice and understood our frustration and helped out a little. I would not recommend them in the future.

These guys are great, polite, and straight-forward. This Roto-Rooter that services around Sachse, Murphy, Wylie have been fast (same day) and helpful the two times I've called them in 3 years. Kelvin helped this most recent time and I really appreciate is politeness and all around great job. I believe Jason helped last time in 2024, and he was also great. Great!

We faced catastrophe recently with a slab leak near the master bathroom. Like many homes in our older neighborhood, a combination of slab foundation on unstable soil and time resulted in the breakage of one of our hot water lines. Roto Rooter was professional from the get go, and took care of us with courtesy, promptness. professionalism, and kindness. The hot water heater was also consumed during the leak, and so we needed both a plumbing re-route and hot water heater replacement. Our technician Robert expertly diagnosed the problem, explained things in proper detail with patience, and also offered options for the fix. He worked diligently, as did a second technician named Christian, and stayed until the job was completed in the evening hours. The job was completed in one day, cleanup was thoughtful and thorough, and some discounts were applied to the overall price to soften the blow. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future should we befall another unfortunate plumbing need!

Darius and Tre were GREAT! The two of them managed the water mitigation efforts, perfectly. This is the second time we have used Roto Rooter to handle the water mitigation process. Both times, We were fortunate to have a great experience. Darius, gave a play by play, as he controlled the demo of all of the floors in our house, The flood cuts of every wall and the removal of all trash. Every room that was affected was left clean and perfectly prepared for our remodel. Tre, was our advocate, which often had to battle with our insurance adjuster and on many occasions set the insurance company straight on what desperately needed to be done. I am so thankful for Tre, Darius and Marcus for everything they did for me and my family.

Steve did a great job with my plugged sewer line, which extended from my toilet past my kitchen sink. Had to remove the toilet, cut rusty bolts, and replace the 45 year old corroded water valve that started leaking as soon as we turned off the water.
I am a big chatter and questioner, and Steve was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Canceled my first emergency appointment. Then not show up to the next scheduled appointment on time. Two hour delay just to be told there will be a longer delay at 7pm at night. Just look for another company who is willing to respect your time and show courtesy for the delay. Seems like something that is done often within this company since the phone representatives are so quick to act like you’re the problem for being upset with their service.
