The guys had no clue what they were doing, completely destructive to peoples front yards with zero decency to clean up the mess they made digging holes lol top it off these guys cut the wifi and denied it when I asked him about it haha talk about TRASH!

I had a good experience with Sapphire last year. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding the same problem that happened 6 months after repair, they stopped responding to my voicemails or messages.

Update: The work was started per management company request and continued as an individual owner order. They should still respond to multiple messages from someone who had business with them before

Please note this review is about customer service received.. they did not perform service this time.. in the past the plumbers have been efficient with communication and service HOWEVER as of December 2023 this has been my experience.. Original appointment was canceled they advised they were stuck on another call.. second appointment I was told I didn’t answer the door so they left and they’re too far to come back, call appointment to reschedule.. none of my cameras show them arriving of course I’m having the hardest time rescheduling

Property Management Company sent them out. They never gave us an estimated time they would be out, showed up at 6:11pm. My husband had to chase the guy down the street for him to tell him, his boss said he can't do it. Plumber never came to the door or inside the residence to even assess the problem. Very unprofessional. Apparently they are not a full service plumbing company.

I would recommend Sapphire Plumbing for your plumbing needs ask for Ryan he is amazing he will get the work done in a timely manner.

They are very bad with communication maybe it was just in our experience but they ended up charging us a trip fee because we couldn’t hear them knocking on our front door. Then we got a text from them saying they’re leaving and charging a trip fee. Why couldn’t they just text us/call us saying they’re outside in the first place?

This company was hired by the people selling my house to me to do a repair. As soon as I got keys to the house I noticed a water leak. The company was unresponsive until I had called and text multiple times and then told that they checked their work and it was fine. I have repeatedly tried to get them to come out and look because there is still a leak they refuse and said they won't be back out to the property to even mook they take no pride in their work don't hire them.
