Had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. They responded quickly, showed up right on time, and got straight to work diagnosing the issue. The plumber explained everything clearly, fixed the problem efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Pricing was fair with no surprise charges, and they left the area clean. Professional, reliable, and easy to deal with — I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing plumbing.

We had a leak and didn’t know what it was. Steven came out, assessed it was our AC unit that had backed up and was able to clean it out for us. It was a late day call and we were very grateful to get someone to come out same day. Steven was professional and quick and got everything cleaned out and even showed us a pic of all the sediment that had backed up. Thank you Steven!

We used Roto-Rooters, they sent Juan, and he was amazing!!! They came late at night and made sure to take care of our problem and give us the best service. Juan was super personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service Juan! And thanks to y’all for having great employees we can trust!

My main sewer line was backed up by root invasion, so I called Roto-Rooter and another company to investigate. Both companies follow the same "business model" / borderline scam. For $500-600, you get your drain cleaned and camera inspected. Then you get the real quote, which can range from $1500 for power jet cleaning to $10K to replace a section of pipe. My problem with Roto-Rooter is they're not up front with you about the big picture, which I figured out after asking a lot of questions. Yeah, they like to get you pregnant first, then tell you the plan.

I had Jesse J come out to assess the problem and he was able to explain the issue to my husband over the phone. My husband says very competent in his assessment.

So thankful for Roto-Rooter and their 24/7 services. I just moved in and am completely new to Texas. I had new toilets installed that are more efficient than the previous, but apparently the main line had never been cleared out. Due to this, we had a main line clog that affected both toilets at the same time on a Saturday night at 9:30PM. They were able to get someone out that night and resolved the issue. Our technician Juan was knowledgeable, professional and so nice. If I ever have another plumbing issue I am 100% requesting Juan.

On top of that, his professionalism and friendly bedside manner made the whole experience stress-free.

Updated: happy with work, not happy with plumbers report.

Bry, the employee, who came to work on my plumbing was very nice, responsive, and friendly. He fixed the issue, and seems like did his best. Cannot speak to the quality of the job because I’m not professional in this area, but the leak from a pipe under the slab in dining room was fixed, and then a new concrete was placed.
Still was not very happy with the “Plumbing report”, that I got from manager, that I need to support my claim with insurance. When dealing with difficult insurance such as in my case, I want the best documentation possible.

Jason, Vince, and all the rest of the crew did an outstanding job repairing our sewer line from start to finish all in 1 day. Everything is working great now.

I had a horrible experience. When, I ask about the price he quote me at 500.00. I did not hear the parts was included. The total price was 983.00 which. I paid it but I was very upset about it.500 labor and 400 parts. If I new it was that much I would have called around.

After hours call on a Sunday morning for a water leak coming from the ceiling. In and out in an hour. Quoted pricing as they figured out the problem, so there were no surprises. Udwoda was a courteous and knowledgeable plumber.

Roto-Rooter was excellent as always. I was able to schedule my appointment through the app in the morning and a tech was at my house mid-day. Robert was informative, polite and answered all of our questions.
