Reviews of local pros in Plano, Texas

Excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process. Andy was very professional and easy to do business with. Definitely recommend and will use Ascent again in the future if I need anything.

I just want to say thank you to the team over at Assent Roofing & Restoration for helping us with our roof replacement. Jeff came out and inspected the roof, met with our insurance adjuster and completed the project quickly. This was by far the best contractor I’ve ever worked with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

They reacted very quickly on the matter, had great communication and did a very good job on the work. Highly Highly Highly recommend. Having a flood is a very depressing and stressful situation and you want to feel like you have someone in your corner. Jeff and his team were there emotionally and physically throughout the process to take care of the process.

Finally a contractor you can actually trust to give you a great price and takes the time to make sure the quality of workmanship is top notch. They went the extra mile to ensure my attic venting and repair work was done right! Thanks Andy for being so professional and doing great work!

Jeff was so amazing and helpful when I had a major backup and I didn’t know what to do. It was because of Jeff’s professionalism and sense of urgency that helped me feel like my situation was not a loss cause. Thank you so much for everything, Jeff!!

Ascent did an excellent job with replacing our roof, gutters and fence due to hail damage. They kept us informed of the work in progress and coordinated with our insurance company. The costs were very reasonable.

Jeff Middleton and his team did an excellent job on our roof replacement and kitchen restoration.
Timely, efficient, excellent products and amazing clean up.
Outstanding process. Would definitely recommend.

Super friendly, super fast, super work. They did exactly what they said they would PLUS! They were there when they said they would be. Great company to work with.

Jeff and his team from Ascent Roofing and Restoration took awesome care of my water damaged home. All rooms were impacted. They mitigated the damage, cleaned up and dried everything out efficiently and with urgency. Once the house was dry, they restored everything back to original condition. I really appreciate Jeff's help with my restoration project and knowledge on insurance processes!

Received excellent assistance from Andy with Ascent Roofing in getting our roof replaced and other issues from a hail storm repaired. It was all done quickly and looks great. Would definitely use them again!

Andy came and estimated the damage quickly. He helped me work though all the layers with adjusters and when all the insurance paper work. When the insurance paperwork was completed and the work began the worked was completed in a extremely timely manner. Through clean up. My kitchen and floors are beautiful. I am extremely happy. I will recommend Andy and Accent to everyone I know.

Andy and his team were honest, took their time to explain and followed up after all the work was done. It was a painless experience and we would recommend them to anyone with roofing concerns. We also had the gutters replaced and the other teams did a great job.

I got 5 estimates and Ascent was the best price and did a GREAT job. Andy responded quickly to my calls and answered all my questions. Very happy. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced my roof in one day.

Jeff did great in every aspect of our home repairs after a tornado hit. We had multiple things that needed repaired/replaced - the walls, ceiling, floors, roof siding and shingles. Jeff made this process WAY easier for us by helping us straighten out the insurance claim, and taking the time to explain the process to us. Any other company would have just thrown everything together and not bothered explaining. Jeff took care to do things right and if there were any mistakes, he was the first to point it out and fix it before we even said anything. Just a good honest hard worker and that is rare to find. Thank you Jeff and team for everything! If we ever have repairs needed again, we now know who we can trust.

Jeff and his team did a great job of replacing the roof on my family home. He did a really amazing job of making what most would consider a daunting process (especially going through home insurance) into a painless and straightforward experience. I really felt that he was making sure the best materials were being used, no shortcuts were being taken, and they were putting in the extra effort to ensure quality work. They were able to complete the work in a day even after a delay caused by some defective materials that Lowe’s had delivered which Jeff returned and ensured were replaced. Thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Andy with Ascent Roofing was amazing to work with. He was there to answer any questions with quick response time. He worked endlessly with our difficult insurance company and continued to follow up and fight for us until the insurance claim was approved. The team was polite, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job on our roof replacement. I highly recommend Ascent Roofing! We won't use anyone else!!

Ascent Roofing did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Andy Baker was great to work with and he made the process of getting our roof replaced so easy. He worked well with our insurance carrier and provided an excellent storm proof shingle. His team was efficient, polite and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough! And, they do restoration work too!

Andy worked with my insurance company to make sure we received all the compensation necessary to restore our home. They go above and beyond to assure their clients are happy and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. Honest, personable and knowledgeable. Ascent will be my go to for any home repairs moving forward.

I would recommend Jeff and his team for any of your restoration needs. They do great work and are wonderful at communicating the process as you go.

Jeff and his team are the best!! They came out initially in May because we had tree roots that got into our plumbing and caused a minor flood in the garage and house. They came out and cleared out all of the damaged flooring and Sheetrock. They treated the walls for any possible mold and we had the fans for a couple days. Then when we got hit with the hail storm in September I was overwhelmed by the calls, texts, and door to door soliciting, being a first time homeowner I was worried about scammers but then I got a text from Jeff asking if anyone had come by to look at our house. I was so relieved because I didn’t have to search for a reputable company and knew it would be done right. It was very refreshing to have someone help when I had no idea what steps to take and know I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. They came in repaired the roof beautifully, replaced the gutters, and assisted us in removing the two pesky trees in the front yard that caused our flood earlier in the year. He was in constant communication with my boyfriend and I every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ascent Roofing and Restoration!! The entire crew was polite, professional, and very courteous of their worksite making sure it was as clean (or cleaner) when they were finished.

Ascent did a wonderful job on our new roof and flooring after our water leak. We had other various updates in the house done by his team also. Everything went smooth and was done in a timely manner! Andy made the process of dealing with the insurance company a breeze and was available when the adjustor came. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future!
