Garrett was very unprofessional. If you’re not a contractor, you are not important enough for them to come do your work. We were put off for 7 weeks. They kept saying yes we will come, they did not! We were told we need to take care of our contractors.

Well it's obvious that unless it's a big job where they can make some money they won't even return your phone call. And a truck driver and was 2 days away from home when the wife called me in a panic about a water leak. I got her to shut the water off and I just needed a plumber to go over there and put a patch on it so the family could be with water until I got home in 48 hours. I called the answering service 5 times they assured me that the message was passed on to the plumbers but they weren't interested in a smalle job or helping out a truck driver that was away from home I am sure the time will come when I will need a plumber for a larger job as I'm building on to my house but definitely will never use these people in the future. Poth plumbing came out to fix a leak close to my house .He was here only 1 hour and 10 minutes .He charged $ 425.00 for he said an hour and half of work and a couple of PVC fittings .The labor was 150.00 and the rest was for a couple of fittings.Very EXPENSIVE fittings .This is why I don't like to use LOCAL businesses, for this very reason .There are 5 plumbing companies in SA that service Pleasanton. Willl not use them ever again.This is so ridiculous.

Called them to come out to our business to look at our toilet, they did come out the day after, but then when I called to follow up on a quote, they said they were going to "pass" on us with no explanation. Thankfully, South Texas Plumbing was able to help us!!

Was called to my family's home to repair a leaking toilet. The solution that was provided was to add a 2nd wax ring to the toilet. When the toilet was still leaking the next day it was found to have not even been secured to the floor which would have been easily noticed while putting secondary wax seals.

From the Long Ranch, we appreciate your service. So many wonderful things to say about Jake , I think was his name. Very knowledgeable, got straight to the problem, fixed it and was clear on explaining what it was and what he did to fix it. Very professional.. and the bill wasn't outrageous for a 30min job like the bad experience we has with South Texas plumbing. So I definitely recommend Poth Plumbing.
Update: tried calling them for another job, he came out looked at it and told us it needed a part they have to order for a well. Knowing my elderly friend was without water for 2 days, well the next day no call so I called back and they said he was out because he got the flu. But reading all these bad reviews he probably just didnt want to do it, i mean just say that you don't want the job. We called another company they came out within an hour and was done with the job within 30 min. Then we decided to try them one more time. Sent them pictures and im assuming they don't want the job because they haven't given a time frame when they can come.so we decided to give up on them.
