I recently used South Texas Plumbing for repairs. They were on-time, very responsive to communications, and performed the job in a very professional manner. Jaime Smith went above and beyond to assist me in finding replacement parts for the repair as well. I highly recommend them.

STP is a great company to work with! Very knowledgable servicemen with great attitudes! My last plumber didnt feel comfortable with having to charge the minimum for what would be a quick repair so he walked me through how I could do it myself and saved me a few hundred! Will definitely be calling back if I ever need assistance again!

Worst plumbing job ever....Dug up yard and drove over concrete sidewalk pads that could have been lifted and removed.....broke 8 pads and did not show responsibility to fix or replace. Torn down yard fence and broke metal fence post and did not replace...came in owners house and sat on furniture with mud and dirt on clothes....and tracked in dirt and trashed both bathrooms to fix faucets...showed no responsibility except to tell owner had to get to another job and was in a hurry. Do not use this service.....shows no respect to owners property.. and yes you do have this on file.....it's under Marilyn Katcsmorak....it cost her over $6,000. She's 90 yrs old and was taken advantage of....

If you're looking for honest plumbers, choose these guys. I did a home water hardness test kit which indicated I had hard water. I called them to give us a quote on a water softener. They came out and tested my water and said while there is some hardness, it's probably not enough to justify spending all the money to soften the water. They could have easily told me I had to have one and gotten a good payday from it, but didn't. If I need any plumbing needs in the future, I'll be calling them.

Jaime came back to work on our unit for a second time and was great! he replaced our entire toilet and fixed our leakage problems within an hour and a half and was polite and professional as always, and was even willing to work with my landlord on a fair price.

Had an excellent experience with them. They were able to walk me through figuring out why kind of filtration system I needed and provided great service. The Plummer who visited had an amazing depth of experience and helped walk us through a decision.

WOW! That about sums it up! We had an issue with an installation for a gas stove which required a certified plumber. Jamie was BEYOND helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem, offered solutions/ next steps and communicated well. I really appreciate honest companies like South Texas Plumbing.

Plumber came in due to the igniter of our tankless water heater not working, only to let us know that the whole thing was dangerously installed by the previous owner. Helped get us a working heater, removed the old and installed a new one for a pretty reasonable price. Informative, thorough and had everything handled quickly.
