I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I scheduled off work for my appt they never showed up. Called them that morning and they said oh I forgot to write you down. Not dependable at all.

James is amazing! We live in Tilden and had experienced recurring sewer odor in our home for years. YUK! For 10 years, 3 companies have attempted to find and remedy the issue (poor plumbing layout from the original homebuild). The 4th time was the charm! I came accross South Texas Plumbing online, gave them a call, and they came over the next day. James is very detailed, was able to isolate the problem, and remedy the ventilation, all at a very reasonable cost. My wife thinks I'm a rockstar for finding this company, and we will most definitely contract them again. Thank you S TX Plumbing!!!

Great help for a broken water heater. Jaime dealt with Rinnai Techs and when the problem wasn't solved, he got Rinnai to send me a new unit. Very happy and appreciative

I asked this company to complete just an inspection on the plumbing system of the property my company is working on. He gave me a very expensive bid with little to no detail but I was able to still get him an approval. Then he requested 100% up front. When I told him that we could do 50% upfront and the rest upon receipt of photos and bid for repair he said "we can't help you". He literally just hung up on me. Thanks for nothing Stephen.

As a disabled vet these guys are tops! Jaimie went out of his way to move his schedule around to slip my waterheater in. He was courteous and cleaned up the area better than it was when he started. Any disabled vets or vets in general call these guys!!!

Highly recommend! Jamie and apprentice Elle went the extra mile to not only fix my faucet , but make it look great! The past DIY jobs make the fix extra difficult, but they stuck with it until it was done right!

I'm the store manager and Mustang Equipment San Antonio, the John Deere Dealership for S.A. I used South Texas Plumbing for a home issue three weeks ago ( I live in Jourdanton ), and was so impressed with their work that when my store has a major leak with a main water line, South Texas Plumbing was my first choice to call. On both jobs, the repairs were made promptly, correctly, and at a very reasonable price. A San Antonio company quoted me 4 times more to do the same repair that Robert from South Texas Plumbing did on my Dealership. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing issues.

James is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went to bat for me with the water company that has been rude, short and, unresponsive to the problem for over a month. He can explain everything very well and is extremely upfront about what needs to happen and the cost. If we ever have another problem we will definitely being going back to them.

We have found, what we think is the best plumber in Texas. James has come to the rescue on 3 occasions. Our house is old and the copper piping continues to give us problems. James has taken care of numerous problems that keep springing up with the piping. He comes, usually within an hour after I call and fixes the problem expeditiously and with good humor. He is definitely dependable, as well as honest, and his reliability is exceptional. I can only praise James’ abilities to high heaven. He answers all questions and explains the intricacies of any part of a situation simply and in detail, as needed, for my complete understanding. South Texas Plumbing has been very helpful at resolving a dangerous gas leak in my home. The guys are courteous, on time (very respectful of my time!), and work hard. Sam and Robert have done great work and are very personable. Steven, the owner, came out and checked on the job personally to make sure all was going well!

Jaime was awesome! within a couple hours my leaky AC that was giving me hell was fixed, and he even offered to sweep up the mess on the floor. He was very kind and professional and quickly fixed my days old problem🙏🏽.
