Customer service is amazing. Glenn showed up in earlier part of 4 hr window time frame, and I appreciated him explaining everything he found that needed attention. Highly recommended!

We had an issue with air flow not shutting off in our master bedroom, which shares an AC unit with our upstairs game room. The tech (Adam) said this is usually caused by the motor on a damper going bad. However, once he checked it out, he said the motor was fine, and it was likely caused by us leaving the Fan setting to "On", which keeps the damper open. I probably did not explain this very well; however, I will say that he did not try to sell me something we did not need, or upsell me on other parts or services. Adam was knowledgeable, competent, professional and personable. I will use this company again.

I called Kingwood Air Solutions on a Wednesday for a quote, they sent out Chris that afternoon to my home. He looked over my old HVAC system and gave me few choices (Unit sizes & Price) to choose from. He recommended American Standard 4 Ton 17 Seer 2 Stage. I took his advice and he and his crew disassembled my old system and installed the new one in under 4 hours that Friday. He set up the new thermostat and showed me how to operate it. It’s is amazing. He also taught me preventive maintenance that I can do to keep my new system running good and last a long time. If you’re in need of a new HVAC system or repairs done, I highly recommend Kingwood Air Solutions. They are prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. It was like dealing with family.

I had an amazing experience with Kingwood Air! My AC broke down during the heat of August in Houston, and they were at my house within hours of my call. The technician was professional, friendly, and diagnosed the issue quickly. They repaired my unit on the spot, and it’s been running perfectly ever since. Pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly. Highly recommend their fast and reliable service!

This company literally came out within a few hours due to my mother and father’s ac not turning on. Come to find out with was the thermostat but they diligently worked with my dad and all I can honestly say is I’m so happy I called them. Thank yall so much for getting the issue resolved

Everyone was great to work with. From my initial call for service to the final repair. The office kept me in the loop on what was happening. Adam did an awesome job. He explained the repair to me, what was happening, what needed to be fixed, how long it would take and what the cost was. There were no surprises. A part had to be ordered but I knew that ahead of time and they worked with my schedule to get the job done. I couldn’t be happier.

We have had a very good experience with Kingwood Air Solutions. Have had our system for 1 year. Competively priced and professional. Chris just performed our biyearly service. He is knowledgeable and friendly.

We just purchased our new home a couple of months ago. We knew something was off with our a/c system. It was constantly running. One half of the house was cool, the other half was much warmer & seemed more humid. We reached out to Charlie & Joey at Madd Air, as they had diagnosed & repaired our system in our older home about 7 months ago. I can’t express to you enough, how grateful I am for these gents! It was a true team effort that got us up & running way before we had expected. Madd Air is the best!

I must say, I was EXTREMELY impressed with Joey & his team. They showed up early (with a heads up first) & worked hard all day replacing the ductwork in our 2-story home. They were all very friendly & professional at the same time. They did a stellar job. They brought tarps & covered the flooring, furniture & appliances where they had to cut into the sheetrock. After the job was complete they vacuumed the house, swept & you couldn’t tell they had been here at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Madd for all of your A/C needs. Top notch crew!

I'm extremely pleased with my experience with MADD Air. We had a maintenance contract with MADD already, but our 18-year-old system finally gave out. I called on a Saturday, and Joey was at our home within two hours. He gave us his honest, understandable opinion with options on how to proceed, and we were able to get our system replaced quickly. Joey and his team were extremely professional, efficient, and helpful; I highly recommend them. 👍

Best company ever! This amazing team of people have always come to my rescue when needed! Recently, they added a system to our addition that cools better than my main house A/C, but made sure to service the system, that was installed long before I found them, to ensure it would all work together smoothly! When my whole home AC went out during the hottest day of summer, they scheduled me and had someone out super fast to ensure my babies and I could stay cool! Then, they replaced the thermostat in my camper that kept switching to furnace! The office staff is always friendly, the owner is sure to check all the jobs for accuracy and… their other company Madd Roofing is just as amazing! I’ll be leaving a 5 star review there next!!

Madd Air is everything you are looking for in a quality business from the phenomenal customer service we received from the office staff to the knowledge and expertise of the employees. Charlie treats everyone like family. He made the entire process of getting a new AC easy. Our house feels amazing even with the extreme heat. Heather and all the incredible office staff were welcoming and gave fantastic customer service. We will use them again and continue to recommend them to everyone we know. I recently had the pleasure of working with Madd Air to fix my broken air conditioner, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I called immediately when my AC went out and from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. They were able to get a technician to visit my home within the hour!! Our technician was Sam and when he arrived, he was punctual and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit in only a couple of minutes. His expertise was evident as he took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent similar problems in the future.

Sam was able to diagnose and fix my AC unit in no time at all, which was a life saver in this summer heat! But what really set Madd Air and Sam apart from every other AC company I have worked with is throughout the entire process, they displayed a genuine concern for my comfort and ensured that I was informed every step of the way. I cannot say enough great things about Madd Air! Very impressed with this company and I highly recommend! I called on a Saturday morning and the sweet young lady (Maddie?) returned my call promptly. She was very friendly and patient when responding to all my questions and concerns. Camilo and Justin came out on two separate occasions and both were professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The installation team was unbelievable; they were proficient and their work was high quality and completed the job in less than 2 hours. After several quotes from other companies, Sam with Madd Air stood out the most with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty regarding the various systems pros and cons. We had both units serviced by Camilo and he was very professional, respectful, polite, and thorough. He noticed a possible leak and left quotes for replacement should we decide to do so. We noticed the units struggling and decided to replace the units as they were the original models and were 20 years old. Justin came out and answered some additional questions and explained the quotes and process. After calling around we decided to use Madd Air as they are the most upfront, easy to contact, and in my opinion helpful.
Justin arrived with the installation crew promptly at 8am as scheduled and they got to work. Moy and his crew were extremely polite, respectful, and hardworking! They worked through the heat and had both units replaced by 2pm. Justin explained the new thermostats and systems and left his number should any issues arise.

My experience with MADD Air was outstanding! I have used them for air conditioning maintenance and was extremely pleased. It was time to replace the unit. My technician, Joey, was excellent! He was professional and knowledgeable. Joey walked me through the whole process and explained the replacement thoroughly. He followed up promptly to see that everything was done correctly. The installers were great!! I'm so pleased with the service MADD Air provided, I will be using them to replace my roof. Thank you for excellent customer service! Madd Air has been servicing our AC/Heating units for a few years now and Sam who takes care of our area is great. Takes his time to explain in detail what was done and what may need upgrading soon. This week he lead a team to upgrade our System which was still original to the house and had gone out. They made room on their schedule before the weekend and within hours the system was replaced and is running smoothly. Sam even assisted with an additional air return which makes the entire system run much more smoothly and eliminated a noise problem with the original return completely. The team cleaned up perfectly and Sam just made it all seem so effortless for us. The office team was quickly available for all needs as well. Thanks Sam and Madd Air. 10/10
