Joseph came out and fixed my problem. He was very thorough and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. I rank him and this company number one in my book.

Had my HVAC system go down on my house after listing it for sale. My realtor referred me to MADD, and I’m glad he did! Camilo came out while I was at work, and had the issue diagnosed quickly. Turned out that my thermostat was fried, and gave me a reasonable price for replacement. About a week later, the house is under contact and their inspector found that the heater wasn’t working. Camilo came back out once again and had the issue fixed at no charge.

I would highly reccomend MADD air after my experience with them, and will use them for future HVAC services!

Customer service was very patient and helpful. I was scheduled for that day. Technician was able to arrive earlier than scheduled so that was very convenient. Sam did a great job explaining the problem. Fixed the problem quick and provided tips on AC upkeep. Overall great experience! Would recommend.

MADD air is by far the most professional company we have ever used, from the workers to the owner it is a 5 star rating. We worked with Joey, who has given us the best customer service possible to the actual work, which so far has had great results. They don’t nickel and dime you, but the job they do, is worth every nickel and dime. I highly recommend them to anyone.

After extensive research, we purchased two HVAC units from Madd Air for our previous home years ago and were very pleased with the results and Sam’s professionalism. The moment we had issues at our current home, we did not hesitate to call. As always, Ashley was friendly and helpful, scheduling a same-day appointment!

Sam arrived to diagnose the problem Thursday, 6/26/25 at 4 pm. He was very prompt and courteous, calling ahead as usual. He explained the issue and presented several options for our consideration. We decided to move forward with a new system.

Sam and crew arrived on time the next morning and began working immediately. They were well organized and efficient; everyone was very respectful and careful to protect the flooring and walls. They even vacuumed before leaving! Sam inspected progress throughout and performed a final walk-through to ensure quality and satisfaction. Our new AC was installed and cooling by 12:30 pm! Even rain couldn’t slow them down!

If you want honest, prompt, and professional service, Madd Air is an excellent choice!

We contacted Madd Air due to a problem with our AC system. The day of the scheduled visit (4/21/24), the forecast was stormy. When Joey called ahead, we gave him the option to reschedule because of the weather but he insisted on keeping the appointment. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work. Despite the pouring rain, Joey maintained a high level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor. He diagnosed and explained the issue, made the repair and answered our questions. It came as no surprise that we had another great experience with Madd Air. Thank you, Joey, for a job well done!

MADD Air and Sam were fabulous! My parents have used them for years and I contacted them after having another company come out. I was so happy with Sam’s honesty and sales approach! I will use them time and time again! Don’t hesitate, call them! You will be happy!

We had one A/C go out and started getting 3 competitive bids. We knew our units were both on their last days. The next day our main A/C also gave out leaving us with no air conditioning. We called Sam at the end of the day and awarded MADD Air the job. Sam was there with his crew the following morning for a 2 A/C install and all ductwork during heavy Houston downpours. We chose gas furnaces and their roofing team came the next day to complete the roof venting. I would definitely recommend MADD Air and their efficient hard-working team.

A++++ team! I drove up to my business on a hot Friday morning to find that both of our outside air conditioning units had been STOLEN! We contacted Madd Air who had installed one of the units less than a year ago. They had one of the units in stock but said it would be Monday or Tuesday before the other unit could be installed. They worked with the police AND our insurance. By 5pm THAT DAY they had BOTH units installed! They recommended to have custom cages built to secure our units, but would likely take 2 weeks to be complete. By lunch the next Monday the cages had been installed. For a potential huge headache, Madd Air made a terrible situation basically a non-issue for us and finished the job well under their original estimate. We are customers for life!

what can I say? I have nothing but outstanding remarks for this company and its employees especially Justin and chewy. I just had a whole system replacement done. Air conditioning heating I was referred by a friend here in Kingwood and I'm glad they did. I sat down to go over the different options with Justin? There was no high pressure sales at all. Very pleasant knowledgeable and upfront. That is hard to find in this society nowadays, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. and as far as the installation chewy and his crew were also pleasant knowledgeable and also did a outstanding job. cleaned up after .put down runners on the floor so nothing got damaged. They definitely know their stuff. so in closing, if you have any HVAC needs in Kingwood or the greater Houston area don't pass up this outstanding company. Thank you guys.👍👍👍👍❤️ Go MADD AIR!! To add a sidebar note here after running my unit for Approximately five days I used to have hotspot areas with my old unit in my two-story house downstairs bedroom and back room off of my kitchen .but now all rooms are equally cool at the same temperature. I should've done this a long time ago madd air came through with everything they promised this is the way an AC unit is supposed to operate properly .God bless you guys. I am more than happy.👍❤️🥂🥂

I’ve been with MADD Air for years. They are the best company I’ve ever worked with. They come on time, they do their work quickly and proficiently, and they are as fairly priced as any company I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We did a full HVAC replacement with Madd Air. I competitively bid the process with several options. MaddAir was recommended to us by some friends. Sam took great care of us through the whole process. I'd do business with them again.

Can’t say enough good things about Madd Air. Straightforward sales presentation, they installed the new system two days later, and in the middle of a thunderstorm. It was all done with efficiency and professionalism. Rare things to find these days. I 100% recommend this company!

I've used Madd Air for years, mostly for emergency services when my A/C or furnace had stopped working. They have always been prompt and taken care of the issues professionally. Recently, my old HVAC system finally went out and was completely shot. I contacted Madd Air and a technician named Sam was out within a couple hours. He did some troubleshooting and quickly realized that the system needed replacement. They were able to get me on the schedule the very next morning and the job was done within about 3 hours. Sam made sure that the job was done right. They came in and put drop cloths along the path they needed as well as on my wooden staircase. When the team left, I couldn't even tell that anyone had been in my house. They not only did a great job with the HVAC replacement, but they went above and beyond to respect my home and make sure that nothing was inadvertently damaged. I highly recommend Madd Air to anyone, and if you can request that Sam be your technician, I would highly recommend him as well.

A++++ service always. We've been dealing with Madd Air for years since our previous company disappeared. The Madd Air crew is always awesome and take care of us. Justin especially goes the extra mile to make sure he diagnoses our problems and explains solutions and options. We never feel taken advantage of, it's so rare to find a company that feels honest and these are some of the REALLY good guys. 👏🏻👏🏻 We are customers for life.

Called for a simple, routine service check before the summer was in full effect. Joey called before the appointment time and said he would be on time. Joey is a friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He did his checks and found everything was in good working order. If I have any future issues or need further service, I won't hesitate to call. Fantastic job Joey.

The explanation and breakdown of the options and details was amazing. Sam is so thoughtful. This is definitely out of my wheelhouse and Sam took so much time explaining every step of the process of completion as well as finances. Sam came with his staff and the job was done in less than three hours. The fact they prepped and cleaned after the job was so appreciated. I would recommend them to everyone. I can not say thank you enough. My A/C was going out , so I called a few places to get quotes. You guys were able to get Sam out the same day. Between that and Sam answering all many questions and being from what I thought, honest about things sold the job. Recently older system went down. Called former service who informed me I needed a new system. Estimate was double expectation because as I later figured out, they had mis-calculated quote. Led me to get other estimates. Emilio from MADD AIR came the same day I called. Not only did he arrive quickly, he also noted the error in the competitor's bid which could have cost him the job. Then when I told him about my upstairs, two year old system from that competitor never working well, he volunteered to look at it without a service charge. Competitor's excuse during previous calls was "it's the Houston heat!" Turns out the upstairs system had been faulty since installation. Faulty compressor. MADD AIR installed a new system the next day for the downstairs. Then Emilio came back later with replacement parts for the other system. Charged only for labor. Could immediately tell a difference. CRUZ Electric has lost my business. MADD AIR has replaced them in Contacts.

Another great service from Madd Air today. Called and they had a tech at my house within 20 minutes. Joseph was quick and explained everything well. Thankfully no big issues. I trust Madd Air and'm thankful they keep us cool!

Called Madd Air out when my drain lines clogged to my a/c and started to fill up my drain pan that leaked onto the ceiling. At first, they wouldn't be available until Wednesday, but when I asked how I could keep the ceiling from falling in until then (genuine question- I did not mean it with any attitude. I was willing to wait and do whatever bandaid fix I needed that would hold me over until they could come out), Ashley in the office made some phone calls and was able to send someone same day! Joey came out and was very professional and helpful. He heard my concerns and addressed the issues. He was even able to clear the primary line that we had inspected by someone else previously who had told us we would need to completely replace it. Bonus- he let my 5 year old son watch and answered his questions too. Great customer service and fair prices!
