Foley Pools is a GREAT local pool builder in our area in Celina TX! We contracted with Foley to do our complete backyard project. From the initial process of sitting down with Dillion and laying out the design, steps, timeframe it was a very pleasant process. In our opinion the build could have not went any better. They are prompt to answer any questions, Blake the project manager was GREAT to work with. Kept us updated on every single step along the way. Not only did they do the pool install we did travertine decking throughout, landscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting and finished off with new sod. I Matt am very particular and these folks exceeded my/our expectations and my grade of this job is an A+.. About 60 ish days from start to finish and thrilled about the turnout. Matter of fact we are in the hot tub now. Thank you Foley Pools so much and we’ll catch you on the next one!

"From Design To Reality" is right when thinking of Foley Pool! My wife and I first met with Dillion to share our thoughts about design and features. He walked us through the vast selections as he gained information about us to better help the process. He then laid out a timeframe which pleased us very much.
We were also very pleased with our project manager John. He was on top of things from the very start to the end of the project. Always giving us information along the way, my wife and I never had to guess who, where, when and why's. All of the workers that came to the house were super nice and extremely professional.
If we need another pool or if someone is looking to put one in, I'd highly recommend Foley Pool! I would also give them more than 5 stars too!

We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the service we received from Foley Pools. From the moment we met Teresa, we were enjoying our planning experience. She brought wisdom and expertise which we desperately needed having never done this before. She not only designed a great pool, but walked us through every step. We found using the Buildertrend app very easy and helped us stay connected with what was going on even while we were overseas. Josh did an excellent job overseeing our project. I can't recommend Aaron and Foley Pools enough! They did a full renovation on our pool and patio and their quote came in well below the others we'd gotten. They scheduled and completed the work quickly and it turned out beautifully. I would use them for future work and will recommend them to everyone. They made me fall in love with my pool, again!

Steve and John helped us resurface our inground pool and replace some of our equipment. They were transparent with the process, pricing, and timing from start to finish. I don't know what I expected with building a pool. but I know Blake and Dylan FAR exceeded all expectations. The communication was top notch. I felt informed and comfortable to ask anything. They managed to complete my pool in a little over 60 days, and I don't feel like they cut any corners. The sales process with Dylan was great even with all my changes, and Blake is the man always making sure I knew what was happening and the timeline. Even the pool school experience was good. You can't go wrong choosing Foley Pools.

Foley Pools service and weekly maintenance is great. Nick, who does our weekly pool cleaning and chemicals does a thorough job. He treats our pool as it was his own pool that he’s taking care of. Haven, who came out and checked over our pool equipment and repaired our spa and heater and did a wonderful job. He explained what issues he found and got everything fixed. Both Nick and Haven are very professional and polite.

I’ve owned a Foley Pool for four years. In that time i’ve had multiple repairs as well as issues directly related to the original Construction. They installed an improper switch that eventually failed and caused the power to go out at the control box. All the lights in the Pool and Spa failed after the switch shorted out. The holes put into the Concrete for the umbrellas were installed crooked so the Umbrellas aren’t straight up. The Pebble Tech is not uniform in Color. There is a large patch of Pebble Tech darker than the rest near the Drain. Foley was notified about that shortly after Construction and did nothing. The Tiling they did is all coming off. The App hasn’t worked in years. It’s impossible to control the Pool with the wifi. They were notified of that shortly after the Pool was constructed and did nothing. No matter what their slick Salespeople tell you, never use this Company. They do terrible work and don’t stand behind their Construction. Take a look at my Photos and see for yourself.

I am very happy with the whole Foley Pool experience, from the first contact with Dillon to the finished project walk-thru. Dillon, our salesman, was very courteous and professional throughout and John, our project manager, was very regimented about maintaining high quality workmanship and keeping the project on track and on budget. I would certainly recommend Foley Pools to my neighbors and friends.

Well only took them about 50 days to complete! Foley Pools….Best pool company ever! Used them in 1995 and they were as good then as they are today. Highly recommend them 💯Family owned and run business. Dillon Foley and Blake our project manager were true professionals! The whole process from design concept to picking out tile, coping and Wet Edge aggregate inside the pool and decking was seamless! Would highly recommend these guys if you are even thinking about building a pool. This is my 4th pool and never been happier.

I can't express how much stress was involved in deciding to build a pool. I think it was even more difficult than deciding to buy a house. But from my first meeting with Dillon Foley through the completion of the project, Foley Pools made the process smooth.

Dillon listened to what we wanted in a pool, and designed one with us, not just for us. His fancy computer tools enabled us to watch as the pool was designed before our eyes. All the little details, ideas, changes, it was fantastic to watch.

The day of the first dig must be stressful for everyone, and we're no exception. But even after it rained for two weeks straight after the initial dig, Dillon and the construction team reassured me that everything would be fine.

Post-construction, Dillon was responsive to the punch list of items that needed to be addressed. And a huge thanks to Blake, the project manager who was added late in the project, who made sure everything was wrapped up in a timely matter.

We Absolutely LOVE our Foley Pool. We worked with Dillon regarding design and John for the construction. This is actually our second time to build with Foley if that tells you anything regarding their quality and workmanship. I was telling Dillon and John it’s like watching a Rolex being built, They are so precise with every last detail. Our situation was unique as the backyard is Very small with major drainage issues and a double retaining wall as we live in an older neighborhood in McKinney. With all of the challenges we faced I was very nervous that we were biting off more than we could chew.. but once again, Foley did not disappoint as They were 100% up for the task! Not only that, but John and Dillon were both amateur therapists for me during this time as I must have asked 500 questions from start to finish. They were both very kind and considerate, and never once got frustrated with my constant barrage of questions and concerns. Foley is a true family business, they were all involved with the project. Even on the last day, “After a very quick 7 week construction I might add”. Sean Foley must have spent three hours with me during my pool school. Once again Answering my dozens of questions and teaching me so much about how the pool functions from the plumbing to the chemistry. I included some before/after pictures below.

Such a great experience with Foley pools. Dillon and Josh did an outstanding job from start to finish. They are true professionals. We never felt pressured into purchasing upgrades, they let us decide and were very helpful and knowledgeable of all the selections. We had a few weather delays otherwise we would have been complete in 60 days. I would highly recommend Foley pools.

Building a pool is stressful but Foley Pools made my dream backyard come true. Dillion helped design exactly what I wanted and Tyler made sure the process went smoothly. It was amazing working with this company. The pictures don’t show the complete job. The stone decking looks amazing.

Latest, 7/22/2025: Josh, our weekly tech, is exceptional in his service. His proactive nature is appreciated. For instance, today he fixed the booster pump that may be fully disconnected in the next few days. Keep up the great work, Josh! Cheers.

I first started talking to Kevin Foley 3 years ago about building a pool for us. He reached out to me again to see if we were still interested in 2025, talk about persistence. I was glad he did. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our pool. Construction started in November and was completed in January. It would have been completed sooner if not for the holidays. Every step of the process was outlined in our initial meeting. We appreciate the understanding of the change orders. The one we did to make our entire patio look like the pool deck really set off our back yard. I would also like to thank our project manager John for the communication during the entire project. He was a real treat to work with and to answer all the questions from my wife and myself. Working with Foley pools was like working with your close friends. I highly recommend this company and look forward to enjoying are pool in the spring.

We got our pool designed and installed by Foley Pools. Our experience working with Dillon, John, and the Foley Pools team was excellent.

During the design phase Dillon patiently listened to what we wanted, rendered them into 3D designs, and made adjustments as we desired. During the material selection, Dillon helped us understand the pros and cons of various choices, style, cost, etc., that helped us make informed choices.

John led the construction of our pool. What we appreciated most was the transparency and continuous communication about the project. We encountered a few delays due to weather, contractor scheduling, etc., but were kept informed of these.

We are happy with how our pool turned out. We highly recommend Foley Pools for pool and backyard design needs!

We are very happy with our Foley pool! We really enjoyed working with Dillon & John as they helped us design & build the pool. It was a great process overall! They were very patient with all our questions and the pool looks beautiful! Josh also does an excellent job maintaining our pool every week. Knowing he’s coming by to check everything and keep our pool running perfectly has been a huge stress relief for us.

I recommend working with Dillon and John, they were great to work with and built the pool that we wanted with the help of there recommendations. The in office visited help us tackle all the major things we wanted and the show room helped us pick out the products quickly. Communication was great and follow up as well, they'll be building out next project.
