Tropix pool provides a great level of service! We are very happy with the service Donald provided this last week! They always show up and take care of us while answering questions we may have!

I've had great experiences with Tropix Pools. Great service and excellent contact management. Easy to schedule work with them and they are always prompt. I've had new equipment installed by them and had service work done. They have good people in the field and in the office working with customers. Prices are good also. Like the Terminator - "I'll be back". Thanks for a great experience.

John is our regular maintenance and service pool guy. He always does a great job and keeps our pool looking great. He answers all my questions to help me as an owner.

Switched my pool maintenance service toTropix about a year ago & couldn’t be more satisfied! They have shown to be timely and responsive to all my pool needs. I particularly like receiving the weekly pool report containing the results of the chemical analysis along with pictures. Keep up the great job!

I only put one star because I could not put zero stars. They came out to my pool to clean my De filter and when the tech left I could not turn my pool off. They told me I need a new timer. I approved the work even though I’m pretty sure he did something to it. They came out and put a new timer on and when he left my pool pump would not turn on. They told me that it is because my wiring is wrong on my equipment. I asked so the pool was working when you came into my yard and now that it doesn’t work but you are blaming my equipment. I said yes you will need to get an electrician to find out what is wrong with your equipment. Needless to say, I fired them on the spot I have not been cheated by a company in quite a long time.
Not to mention the rudeness and the condescension from their office manager over the phone.
I paid $300 for an electrician to come out and look at what Tropix Pools did. I’ve added pictures of the ineptness of the tech. Those of you who know electricity will notice there’s no way in the world anything could work after he got through wiring it.
And those of you that know pool equipment will notice he actually disconnected my freeze guard and left a wire hanging in the box.

John does such a wonderful job at checking over our pool each week. He is a great person and very accurate in making sure that our pool is running properly.

We have been using Tropix Pools for over 2 years now & went with their "no algae guarantee plan" & Wow! I am so glad we did! so when my 40 yr old and sometimes troublesome pool turned green with algae this week (probably from the ducks that had recently been nesting by my pool) Tropix serviced it 3 times this week to make it sparkling blue just in time for memorial day weekend! Jake & Charlie went out of their way to come back yesterday after I had a meltdown on the phone with Jake, the service manager - He listened to me & he honored our plan coming back out for a 3rd time bringing Charlie, another supervisor to assist. I was so impressed with their professionalism & determination to do whatever it took to make it right. Wow! they were like "The A Team!" They did not leave until every little bit of algae was vacuumed & brushed & treated with the necessary chemicals to make sure it stayed blue for this holiday weekend. I also want to acknowledge Mathew, my weekly pool tech who is new & still learning, but - I am so glad to have him as my tech. He is learning my old pool & has such patience, is so polite, kind & professional too!
My only regret is not letting Tropix Pool's install my latest variable speed pump purchase & my sand filter that I got from Leslie's pool supply 2 years ago & let them, Leslie's, do a sand change last summer BIG MISTAKE! Yes - they were a little less expensive, BUT- I have had issues from day 1 with this expensive equipment & they ( Leslie's) have still not resolved the problems with this equipment- & are now saying the sand filter & sand change is out of warranty! ( this actually started my melt down!)
I highly recommend letting Tropix Pool's to service & install any new equipment that you need for your pool because of their professionalism & business integrity. & No doubt they would have handled the problems with my equipment differently than Leslie's. When we decide to remodel our pool & replace the tile & decking - I will definitely let Tropix Pool's do the work.

I was looking for a pool builder back in April and decided to logon to Home Advisor and that's how I found Tropix pools. I had gotten 2 other estimates and for what I was getting, Tropix Pools came in within my budget for my Pool, outdoor kitchen and my pergola. From the date of the dig on June 28th, we were able to jump in on August 6th!!! The entire team has been awesome, Robert, Shawn, Rodney, Kevin! They came over all of the time to check to make sure everything was going well. Any issue that came up during construction and after, they resolved. I'm so happy with my backyard oasis and my family and I are super excited to make more memories at home! I highly recommend Tropix Pools! And they don't just build pools!

My pool boy did a fantastic job cleaning my pool. Great on the eyes too. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice view (of their clean pool) this summer.

The entire Tropix team was absolutely fantastic! Extremely communicative, process/detail-oriented, and professional. We had a few small hiccups along the way, but the response time and resolutions far exceeded our expectations. Rob and Shawn took GREAT care of us! I 'interviewed' 7 different companies that had been recommended by friends, and Tropix ultimately gave us the best bang for our money. Hands down they receive our highest accolades and I would recommend to anyone looking to build their first pool! We also needed a nice cedar covered area, some additional cosmetic modifications in the patio area, and Tropix delivered 10-fold.

Been using Tropix pools for repairs for several years and Leland does great work and is very informative. We just started using their monthly service and Hector communicates weekly about the pool’s condition as he’s improving pool’s water quality.

Andrew is always professional and texts me when he is on his way, since I have a dog. I appreciate his consistency and letting g me know if he will be affected by the weather or a holiday! Tropix has been a great pool company for me!

Tropix Pools has been fantastic and a complete solution for my pool maintenance. The technician, Triston, always arrives punctually on the exact day and time he is scheduled to come. His responsibility is excellent, and his service, attitude, and willingness are unbeatable. Triston is a great person, always ready to help and solve any issues with the pool. Thanks to them, my pool is always in perfect condition and ready to use whenever we want. I give them 5 stars, but if I could, I would give them 100!

Tropix Pool Service has taken over the care of our pool & after many disappointments from the previous company, we now have our pool looking up to our standards.

I’ve been using Tropix’s for years now and they have been great to work with. After I had some issues with my prior pool company I was a little hesitant going with another company but Tropix has put that worry to bed. Andrew has been my tech recently and has done an amazing job with the pool and is very responsive whenever I do have a problem or concern.
