Chris and his team at Thunderbird did an outstanding job with replacing my roof and gutters from a bad hail storm . He also replaced my siding and fascia around the house with hardy board and painted it as well. Chris did a great job helping me work with the insurance adjuster and was very detailed in the his prices and invoices throughout the project . I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail that his crew took as well as how clean they kept the yard the entire time they were working . His crew also made it a priority to not harm any landscaping during the construction which is very impressive and rare to find in a roofing company. Trustworthy, professional, reliable, fair, and easy to work with! These are all things I would use to describe Chris and team. We found him based off word of mouth when we needed a new roof from the 2023 hail storm. Communication was clear and consistent, and he took the time to walk us through the entire process, including working with insurance. Since our first experience, Thunderbird Construction is now my go-to when I need any work done with the house. His team has now performed sprinkler system repair, drip line installation, new sod, and a brand new fence for us! When we're ready, we'll work with him to get some interior work done! I would highly recommend his company!

Chris and his skilled team did an amazing job on a custom rooftop balcony and back patio for our business. Chris was very helpful in translating our vision into a reality, ensuring that the work was both timely and on budget - even happily accommodating for some mid-game changes in direction. Used Chris several years ago to put a covered patio onto our house. Recently we lost our chimney during a storm. First call was to Chris early that morning. He had a crew out a couple hours later to cover our roof so the damage on the inside wasn’t as bad as it could have been. Chris worked with our insurance company to assure everything was fixed. It was a relief not to have to negotiate with insurance. We have referred him to friends and neighbors knowing he would do a fantastic job for them.

We would get daily updates as to what and when things would be taking place. His professionalism and attention to detail flows through his entire team. Chris and team are a dream to deal with versus past experiences. Rare to find someone who properly explains the process, provides options and does the job above and beyond what is required. Never felt like we were waiting on responses or next steps as we were always up to date on what was happening. Our new roof and gutters look great and we finally have piece of mind knowing they were installed with the utmost care and execution. Just had my roof and of my skylights at my home fixed by Thunderbird with Chris and his crew. It all came out amazing!!! The guys were great and the job was completed fast. They made sure all nails/sharp objects and debris were picked up and thrown away. Highly recommended!!

Guessing you guys don't want business anymore? Christy is VERY unprofessional, she must be having a bad day or something. I'm asking very simple questions and I'm hit back with a child like attitude and she refused to help me get where I needed to be. WONT be doing business with this company ever again. thousands of construction business located here in the metroplex, having a moody childlike recep like that is exactly how you scare good business away. good luck with keeping yourself from bankruptcy.

Your driver from Sherman through Denison drove reckless, crossed lanes like he was texting while driving or was drunk, and flipped me off.

One of their white pickup trucks almost hit a pedestrian today at 11:45am near 6707 Eldorado Parkway in Frisco. I was that pedestrian, and I'm not hard to miss (6'1", 250lbs). Had I taken one more step towards the bridge, this truck (license plate KGT-4756) would have hit me doing closer to 60mph than 45mph (speed limit). I am thankful that I'm not in a hospital bed right now, OR WORSE!

At 4:20 pm on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, one of their drivers was going West on White in McKinney, then South on Hardin, then West on Virginia. The driver was easily going 30 mph in the 20 mph school zone while the lights were flashing, and probably close to 50 in a 40 mph zone on Hardin. I was doing 40 and their driver was rapidly moving away, slaloming through traffic. Thanks for putting other people in danger in your company truck!

I'd want to know if it was my employee.

Today I was driving on Stonebrook Parkway at about 4 PM and one of their drivers sped up and passed me speeding just to cut me off to turn into his neighborhood and there was nobody behind me. This is a complete disregard for the safety of others and obviously this person Only thinks of himself therefore, I assure you nobody that I know will ever use this company for anything.

Maybe have this company’s drivers take tests before they’re hired. Looks like it’s a pretty bad problem with this business. Like other reviews have stated, I was nearly wrecked on 35 by some portly guy wearing cheap sunglasses in one of the company trucks. Reminder, you represent your company when you’re behind the wheel of a company car so drive like it.
