My experience is thru my home warranty and not a good one. First Wxpert pools don't return my calls. Second the technician came out and confirmed an issues with my pool heater but informed American Homeshield that I had a full manufacturer warranty. So AHS denied. I informed AHS that my warranty is only for parts. They said they would cover labor but the tech has to resubmit the invoice. I have been calling and AHS has been calling Expert pools but no response to messages. When you call they just say call the same number I just called. Day 3 no rewponse. Frustrated!

They were quick to schedule, quick to come out, communicated well throughout the process, and replaced my pump within 30 minutes of their arrival. Great experience.

This is a real review from a pool owner that knows when someone knows their business. I’ve had two companies come “clean and maintain” our pool, and nothing feels worse than knowing you’re getting hosed.

I got a referral for Shane at Expert Pools, LLC, from a neighborhood HOA page. Very few businesses care beyond a profit, but he came and blew us away with his knowledge. Everything everyone told us (which we knew was probably BS) made sense. He was honest and told us where we were being taken advantage of and what we truly needed to have the pool we want!!! If you want a no-nonsense, no “salesman”, no wasting your time - this is hands down who you need to go with. Owner is so cool and down to earth, and we appreciate that he took time out to come over and actually educate us on what things we could improve on to make what should be a good thing - an actual good thing. Any time I can get a referral and turns out to be an actual legit company I will do business with, I will forward that referral on to others.

Joseph is outstanding in both professionalism and pricing fairly. He is no nonsense and doesn't seem to upsell you. He also does not talk down to you and explains everything thoroughly. He goes above and beyond to put one at ease and our family is grateful.

I could not be more happier to have Shane (Expert Pools) to finished my pool. I was originally scammed by another pool builder that left me high and dry in the middle of the process. I am so happy that I found Shane (expert pools) and saved my project. He gave me the honest quote that I have ever received. He saved me so much money. I highly highly recommended expert pools. A lot of pool builders would promise you that they would finish your pool in 6 weeks and none of that was true because big builders has way too many projects and they could not finish it on time. Expert Pools has been my trusted pool service for over seven years. I originally became a customer through a home warranty program. While the warranty service declined sharply after 2021, Expert Pools has remained consistently excellent. Whenever I have an issue, they’re my first phone call. They’re knowledgeable, fairly priced, and their work is exceptional. If you need reliable service to keep your pool and equipment running at their best, I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Shane, Cheryl, Jamie, and the rest of the team at Expert Pools!

My regular pool maintenance person accidentally broke a valve in my pool pump that causes the water to leak and as a result the inline chlorinator was not usable. Contacted my home warranty service and they sent Kris White from Expert Pool service.

His service was phenomenal from the get go. He clearly stated what can be fixed and for what items I’d need to be paying extra as it may not be covered in my warranty.

He also used best use of the available resources to not only make sure the leak is fixed but also to a point where the chlorinator can be used to the bare minimum (fixing chlorinator is not covered in home warranty)

He also provided suggestions on what needs to be done with the pool during winter.
