Windsong ranch is a great community with lots of amenities for families. Tradition builds a solid home with great floorplan options.

Top of the line experience all the way. You can tell they really go all out to be the best — for sure. Other companies don’t even know. Special thanks to Andrew Bickel for being available and helpful, make sure to contact him if you have any minor issues and he’ll get them straightened out ASAP

Wonderful experience working with the Tradition team in Windsong Ranch. Keith, Kim, and Beth made the building experience easy with their communication and guidance. Definitely recommend Tradition Homes, as the final result of our home was exceptional.

We love our Tradition Home in Windsong. Evan Koehler was our builder and did an outstanding job. I am very particular and had phase inspections and Evan was very professional about fixing everything reasonable and being solution oriented. We have a crusty old inspector who hates builders and he said "they did a pretty good job", which said a lot. Three pieces of advice for those new to building: 1. homes are built with hands and never perfect. 2. consider getting a designer, they are worth it. 3. Do a lot of research on functional/common sense upgrades and make sure you plan outlets, plumbing, lighting and everything behind the walls in advance of signing.

The homes are beautiful and the marketing team good, but if you are expecting a positive Darling Homes construction experience, proceed with caution. Our construction experience has been less than positive such as:

*Services never fulfilled / multiple subs went out of business
*Subcontractors refused to fulfill change orders
*Poor quality installation of some of structure and accessories
    *One-sided contract terms

    Exceptional Service and Quality Workmanship!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Evan and the team at Tradition Homes, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. As a realtor I have opportunity to work with many builders and I couldn’t be happier!

Evan, our builder, is an absolute professional. His attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship truly set him apart. He guided us through every step of the construction process, ensuring that our vision was brought to life flawlessly. Evan's expertise and commitment to excellence made the entire build process stress-free and exciting. I can confidently say that our home wouldn't be the same without his expertise.

Furthermore, I must commend Kim and Beth, our sales representatives, for their exceptional service. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs and preferences. Kim and Beth went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect floor plan and options to suit our lifestyle. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel valued and supported throughout the entire homebuying journey.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Tradition Homes to anyone looking for top-notch service and superior quality. Evan, Kim, and Beth exceeded all expectations, and I am grateful for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for building our dream home and making the process a truly enjoyable one!

Worst experience with this contractor in 2 occasions:
They were sent by the home warranty to fix an air leak in my pool. They came several times and never repaired the leak.
I the second opportunity, The pump was making a very loud noise. They sent the diagnostic to the home warranty recommending to change the motor, but included that the pump was working "normally". How that noise can be normal??, and if it is normal, why did they recommend to change the motor? of course the home warranty denied the claim. When I called the contractor, Steve was very rude to me and said that pumps make all types of noises, and send me back to talk to the home warranty. That is not ethical! if you know that the pump has a serious problem, just say it and clarify it with the home warranty.

I've been using Expert Pools for years. Jamie, Shane, Sheryl (sp?) are amazing. Jamie came out today and had me up an running (backwash valve cut out and replace) in half the time I was expecting , he knows what he's doing! Also, the communication wrt the timing of the appointment and when Jamie was headed to the house, etc is much appreciated!
    Thanks guys! Frisco, Tx

We have had great experiences several times with Kris. He arrives on time and has never left us hanging with unresolved repairs. Using a home warranty company can be problematic at times but Kris has made it easier.

The service that we receive from Expert Pools is absolutely outstanding every time. Every technician is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to share time with them. They are very focused on educating their customers and I am very appreciative. I would give the very highest recommendation possible.

When working through American Home Shield, Expert Pools is loyal to the warranty company, not the customer. They will do their best to find a way to NOT cover the repair. They will call normal things, not normal wear and tear, with no logical explanation. Even though they covered the same exact repair six months ago. AHS is not the same as it was 12 months ago. All customer service moved from the US to the Philippines. And they raised the per repair call cost from $75 to $100. It’s all a scam now. Pay $100 for some random guy to come to your house and tell you it’s not covered when the same exact repair was totally covered six months ago.

Don’t use this company or AHS.
