Omar came out and left my home better than he found it! He was knowledgeable on every aspect involving the replacement of our furnace through our home warranty company. Omar and his helper were professional from start to finish, and I can’t compliment them enough on the work they did. It is absolutely beautiful and I even had my local hvac guy come behind him to check on the work done! He was highly impressed with the work completed! They cut no corners and made sure our home would have heat through the next few months to come. Thank you very much Nexgen!

Amazing from beginning to end!! They were so helpful and comfortable to work with! Extremely professional and super helpful with navigating the financing of it all (which is always so overwhelming) I cannot say enough, if you’re on the fence take this as your sign to go with NexGen!!!!!

After being gone for two months, came home to a non-running AC unit and 90 degrees. Contacted home warranty who sent NexGen out next day. Home warranty would have taken several weeks. Scott arrived and immediately found issue then gave us options. Decided to have NexGen install new AC unit from their warehouse. Cody came out the next morning and had everything running in short period of time. Very efficient, courteous and professional. Will definitely have NexGen handle HVAC issues in future.

Cody was a fanatic tech. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very fast in getting my furnace back up and going! I’d request him if I were you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ryan came out to diagnose our unit. Upon arrival, he looked over everything and did everything he could to find problems that would discredit our home warranty. He also claimed that our unit was improperly installed. I asked him to run diagnostics for the coil and see what the actual problem was and he refused because there was nothing he could do stating that his numbers wouldn't read correctly and because it was installed improperly.

Any time he was talking to our warranty company, he would try and dodge me. While he was up on a video call in the attic I went up to go pay attention. After that he hung up to go outside, call back and finish the conversation where I followed him, but eventually he just went go hide in his truck to finish the conversation instead of speaking freely in front of me.

If the City of Greenville verified sticker ON THE UNIT wasn't enough to say that it was installed correctly and up to code, we have had two other certified technicians out to look at our unit on serpate occasions during this time. BOTH technicians said there was nothing wrong with the installation and both were able to clearly diagnose that there was a leak in our condenser causing Freon to leak and the Coil to freeze up and then melt through. The technician we are currently working with was able to turn of the unit (because the coil was frozen at that point), wait unitl it melted, and then run his diagnostic tools to find the actual problem.

We have been without A/C for 2 weeks because of Ryan. I would NOT trust him. I will also be making a formal complaint against him. I have NEVER been so frustrated and disappointed with a service.

We had our AC unit looked at by them through our home warranty. The two technicians that came out, Mike and Armando, were very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend.

The technicians were professional and kind. They worked around my noisy little puppies and got the job done in a timely fashion. Crystal in the office kept me informed as to when the part's would be in and surprised me with a sooner date than I expected. It was a good experience. Thank you very much.

John came out first thing in the morning. It was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. It was short a fuse that he actually took the time to go to the store and get a new fuse. Very polite, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him to anybody

Cotey & Colton were here the day I requested service. Cotey was honest and shared all my options for repairs. He also suggested a great value maintenance program for my multi-system home that will keep my units in great condition. Thanks so much Cotey & Colton!

Armando and Michael were fantastic - showed up very quickly and ready to work. Both very polite and conversational, which is so appreciated! Will definitely be using them moving forward with any other issues :)

Called with a furnace issue during cold weather, and John Contos a tech from NexGen Comfort Services LLC was dispatched for next day service. Jon assess the problem, explain the problem, replace the part and the furnace was up and warming again. Excellent, fast service, thanks, John. It was a pleasure meeting you.

They were very friendly, very honest very caring and very Adamant about getting the job done and satistying Me as A customer! NexGen was great. Cory (the technician) was great. He was careful, thoughtful, and he explained everything well. He worked hard to give us what we needed. Crystal (front desk) was also very helpful and clear.

Cotey and Koltan were really awesome! They got the job done well, (Yay, Heat!!) And they also had great attitudes doing it. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and informed us of future maintenance options as well. We definitely found our AC/Heater people for life! Thanks you guys!

Amazing company! Great communication over scheduling and eta of arrival time. Our repair technician John Contos was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and fix our issue. I highly recommend him and this company!

John came and diagnosed my heating Issue quickly and very efficiently As well as taking care of it immediately.

What’s the gentleman’s name that just came out I would like to give him a review…(Cory) He gave it to me, but I forgot it. He was great help to me today and handled everything for me to get my units replaced. He really did a great job. He did all the work all I had to do was apply for Credit he did the rest. I’m thrilled to do business with the company. I got VIP treatment today. I am one happy customer.

We had John out today to take a look at our aging system, he was great! We highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable, kind and takes his time to explain what he found. He went over options with us and we look forward to being a customer for life.

Great customer service from the office team to the guys that get the job done! The service Cody provided was outstanding!
