Eric did an amazing job! He took his time and made sure there was no other leak in the house. Also, customer service and communication were great! Thank you for your service, Eric!

Jordan, thank you for being courteous on the phone. I was having a terrible day yesterday but hearing your kind, gentle voice helped me remain calm. Thank you Phoenix Plumbing!

One of the young plumbers had a bad attitude and displayed childish behavior in front of his apprentice setting a poor example for him. Would not recommend.

We had a client this week that needed a plumber from a large active water leak. Phoenix was able to get out and help him get his supply line fixed SAME DAY and they had running water by early afternoon. Phoenix is always the first plumbing company we refer to homeowners! Super fast!

He did an excellent job! We can highly recommend Options Plumbing!!!!

We've had Options Plumbing out to our house twice, and each one has been a great experience. They've been very kid- and dog-friendly. Super responsive too!

Plumber was friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me all of my options and allowed me to decide with no pressure.

I had a great experience with Options Plumbing! Chance was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the job was done right. It’s not every day you find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend asking for Chance if you’re needing plumbing help—he’s awesome! I will be calling Options Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Option plumbing is the best they came right out within 30 minutes l Turned out it wasn’t a plumbing issue. It was a problem. Alex was real professional. Highly recommend Option plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Chance is fantastic to work with.

Quick and professional. All questions answered. Thanks so much.

Called for a possible water leak. Technician showed up on time, very polite. Did a thorough inspection. Was very pleased with their service. Will definitely use them again.

Came out same day (within an hour) and promptly addressed our concern. The 2 young men that came out were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Very impressed with them! Fair prices are an added bonus!

Was very well pleased with my service. The young man was very knowledgeable, looked at the issue, gave me an estimate to fix the problem. Went to work and had it fixed right away. Will definitely use them again, and will tell my friends about the quality of service I received.

The service was phenomenal! The technician was efficient and truly impressed me. He answered all our questions. Replaced our water heater. Provided excellent customer service! Hopefully we don’t need service in the near future but if we do we will definitely be calling Options Plumbing!

Quick service with every step of the process explained. I was also advised of lesser priced option that "might" work and not have future issues. The one and done was expensive but the work was excellent and I don't need to continue worry about if it was going to last.

Water heater broke, I made one call. Options arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem, and I installed new system within a few hours.

Very courteous, professional staff, starting with the initial call, thanks Marjo, all the way to the final walk through, thanks Justin!

Option Plumbing is what everyone should expect from a company taking care of all plumbing issues. They truly care about your concerns and costs. I would recommend them again and again. They are our "Go To" Plumbers on all our needs.

We are new to this fantastic area. Not new to Texas. We purchased a 4 year old home. And, so far have found outstanding trade professionals in this area. That included today. That included the friendly human who picked up the phone when I called this morning and was able to schedule an appointment this afternoon! Cody called to let me know when he’d be arriving and was able to let us know what was going on and put our minds at ease. He also made professional and educated suggestions of what we can and will consider if we wanted to get ahead of any potential issues for the future. The entire experience was so refreshing. Options Plumbing just gained a new customer.
