Reviews of local pros in Red Oak, Texas

Alex was on time and very knowledgeable regarding my issue. They were pleasant and cleaned up!! Great crew!!

Options Plumbing is the one and only plumbing company I have ever used that I would recommend to anyone, with absolutely zero reservation. They have helped us out on several occasions, as our house is reaching that age where a few things are starting to fail. Every single time, they have gone above and beyond to fix the problem, and always in the way that is the least expensive option. These guys are the real deal! Contact them with confidence!

Options gave us fast same day service. We had a water leak in the master bath under a vanity, they had our water back on in under an hour. Alex was the greatest! He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
The cost was under $200.00 After reading reviews of other plumbing company's I was expecting much more.
I have found my "go to".
Thank you Options!

Very fast response. Very pleasant & knowledgeable. Had repair done quickly and neatly and at a decent price. Would hire again.

12/25 update needed to call a plumber again for a possible leak & a faucet install. Chase did a GREAT job! He completed the job, cleaned up the site, removed trash, checked for leaks.--and is very personable and knowledgeable. Will DEFINITELY use them again!

They were able to make it out extremely fast and get things fixed up. They definitely get our business each time! Timely, professional and always helpful! Alex was great and thoroughly explained every option!

Cody was very nice. He got the problem fixed in no time at all. He was both professional and personable. A very respectful young man.

Called Options and was able to get a same day appointment. They arrived in less than an hour and took care of the issue really quick. The technician was helpful and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to our neighbors.

Great customer service, very experience plumber. I feel did what I needed and not try to do things I didn't need done. We will always call them first and refer them to friends.

I love options plumbing. Brian is awesome. Has been in my home to fix replace and done a phenomenon job. Highly recommend. Had to work in a tight space on this last job and left it in a beautiful space. Everything was clean

Cody did a great job but all the guys do every job I've had them on. They're my first call.

Old water heater went out and they were able to get someone out for a same day install on a new unit. The guys were knowledgeable and informative and made sure I was completely in agreement before starting the work.

I called at 4 pm on a Friday and they were at my house and working to replace my hot water heater in less than an hour. They were friendly and helpful. I was very happy with their work!

Our Service Repair guy Alex Perez was outstanding. He took the time to find the best way to help us get the best price. I highly recommend them and especially Alex to do the the work.
