Options Plumbing came out on this hot sunny day, and they were absolutely GREAT! Cody was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain helpful information about my particular plumbing system. I truly appreciated his honesty and the way he made sure I understood everything. Excellent service—I highly recommend them!

Good overall, I’ve always done plumbing myself but just didn’t have time so I can’t really say on the price but I suppose it’s competitive. Nice guy. Only complaints are that he said he left his drill at home so he had to use my Ryobi and they didn’t put the paneling back on my house after going under it, he just left lol. So the work side is good I guess but I mean, I’ve never had a professional ask me to borrow my own tools lol. and didn’t leave it the way it was before he got there. Overall the work is done though so it’s all good. Had they had the right tools and finished the job would’ve been 5 stars.

Hello, I recently had the extreme pleasure of doing business with Options Plumbing LLC. I called an within an hour the service representative Cody was at my residence. This young man is extremely personable, knowledgeable and completed my plumbing installation in an extremely prompt time frame! Searching through Nextdoor Neighborhoods Options Plumbing appeared in 2025 I must say from the time I made the appointment they were the Best all the Men’s that came to our home were professional, respectful, courteous, respectful, friendly and clean up after themselves I don’t remember everyone’s name, but Marci, Chance and Gerald and everyone I thanks you for all your help this company didn’t hesitate when I needed their help again 2026 very seldom you’ll find a company that are trustworthy but OP plumbers did a wonderful job thanks bunch

Hunter has been to our home 3 times since August! He is punctual, honest and communicative. If you are looking for a great plumber him and his Dad have been amazing! Highly recommend them!!!

I truly appreciate the service provided by options plumbing from dispatch to the tech that came out for repairs. I called at the end of the day and they were still able to get someone out to repair our leak the same day. Thanks again for everything that you all do.

Cody did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional. He gave his opinion of what the problem was and how to fix it. We discussed the cost, which was very reasonable. He got my ok and had the problem solved in short order. I am very pleased with the service and outcome.

I had the most pleasant experience with Options Plumbing. First of all, I called them at 9 pm for a non emergency appt for a quote and got a physical person answering the phone. Secondly, the quote provided the following day was lower than all other quotes received. Lastly, the customer service and transparency provided by Alex deserves an honorary mention. Overall, the workmanship was superb. Honestly, I was more upset that I hadn't found this company earlier. I highly recommend Options Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Our tech, Alex, was a very nice young man and very knowledgeable . He gave us three different service OPTIONS for the work requested. We chose the the cheapest as it was in line with the work I wanted done.
Most important, he passed the dog test. Our dog Lucy loved him. Seriously, I feel dogs are good judges of character and he passed.
We are very happy with the work done and timeliness and quality .
