The process of building the pool was smooth and efficient once he took over the project. We are so pleased with the result and the continued hard work from him. What started out as a good project turned very bad. They left my pool empty for a month after they hit me with a massive change order mid project. It was nothing short of a bait and switch. They had my pool empty and started removing plaster when they told me that it was going to increase in cost by nearly 50%. The "additional work" was only quoted to take 1 extra day, so I could not understand the massive increase. Because I did not immediately agree, they put me on the bottom of the list and seemed to only come back after I had to aggressively follow up. Now my pool is having major shifting issues due to sitting empty for so long. They of course will not stand behind any of the work they did. The also got plaster in all of the new grout and a couple patches they did are terrible. Also, if you use this company which I strongly discourage, get absolutely every conversation either recorded or in writing. Every employee that came out made promises that were not fulfilled and all anyone at the office would say is "it isnt in your contract." I have never heard that phrase so often when dealing with someone we hired, and it was not due to any extra request from us. It was literally just asking them to complete what their employees suggested we do (that they would include as they were all very small things), and all of the sudden it was not included. In an effort to try and talk to an owner to get someone who actually cared about their reputation we were told that the owner has not been involved in his company for over a year and it was not an option to even talk with them. How is that possible in a small business?

Most of their positive reviews are actually received before the work is done as they had me write a review up front. Absolutely dishonest company that does not care about customer service at all. Dont be fooled like I was.

I had a 25-year-old pool that had a leak, a number of broken coping tiles and missing water line tiles. It needed a major overhaul. Integrity Pools was the "one-stop shop" I needed. They were timely, professional, afforable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everyone I worked with was willing to answer all my questions and work aroundmy schedule. I did a full remodel including resurfacing the deck. And their final step of the new plaster care and filter clean was very well done. Highly recommend this company!

Remodeled our pool (deck, plaster, coping and spa) this summer. Many parts of the process ran smoothly. Ran into a few bumps along the way, but they were all resolved satisfactorily in time and with communication. Before and after pics are posted here and I'm happy with the result overall. I did enjoy working with Caleb on the front end (sales), and with Anthony Taylor at the end on some electrical concerns - both incredibly kind and competent.

Integrity pools will make lots of promises about what they can do and how well they will do it; you should add two to three months to whatever you’re told. I’ve had 4 different customer service representatives over a three month period; each with different stories about why techs didn’t show and how sorry they are. Integrity pools has more work than they do hands and no one person or department is willing to take responsibility for delays or lack of respect for time. If you display dissatisfaction with their obvious shortcomings, they will respond with more promises which they will not be able to keep or have any intentions of keeping. Your sales person will disappear after the sale and leave behind an assortment of non-english speaking crews. Each crew will work about 1/2 day and Integrity pools will text you to collect thousands of dollars after a crew leaves. You can ask questions, but don’t expect coherent answers. Each promise is followed by another. The english speaking reps will agree with you about the problems and constant delays, but they only make lists with your concerns; again, with no intentions of effecting change. They pass the buck. The sales person promised 8 - 14 days of plaster care, a filter cleaning, a vacuum and balanced water chemistry. Just promises. We were supposed to be swimming by 9/6/2021, Labor day. We have received 4 days of plaster care. There were initial plumbing leaks and the new 3K$ heater, installed early July, is still not working. At the current rate, our project that started in June will not be completed until late September or early October. We expect more promises on 9/7/2021, but you can only believe Integrity pools when they are finished. We have over 22K$ in this project with Integrity pools and the journey has been difficult. I spoke to the owner of the company and he made me feel insignificant. I felt like I was interrupting his day. I can’t tell you about the depths of my disappointment. If you choose Integrity pools, ask your sales person a lot of questions and then ask more, then ask again - get a clear scope of work and then do your best to hold Integrity pools to it. Frankly, the only part of their contract that will be held up, without constraints, is when Integrity pools is ready to collect money, by text. You have to stay on top of Integrity pools to make sure your project is completed in a reasonable time because where they are lacking in consistency, they will surely make up with excuses. We hope you have better luck.

3 years later:

Pool and equipment are functioning properly and without issue. I wish that we could have worked things out better and in a more professional manner, on my part. Integrity Pools deserved to have been treated with much more dignity and respect than I gave them. I am grateful for their service, support, commitment and dedication to completing my project.

I would that Integrity Pools have continued prosperity, health and success in all their endeavors.

Had a pool remodel completed at our home in Colleyville by Integrity Pools in September 2024. The pool came out beautiful! There was an issue a couple of weeks later with the plaster due to chemical imbalance. Integrity came out, made a game plan, executed and resolved the problem. My pool and spa are now the true Sparkling Saphire Blue Wet Edge that we contracted. A great big THANK YOU to Mathew, Russel, Miles, Dustin and Luis for working together to make this right. My husband and I are very please with the outcome and look forward to continuing business with Integrity as our weekly pool cleaning service.

This company by far, is one of the worst pool cleaning companies in Dallas. The original post I had was made as a result of the pool tech repeatedly asking me to write a positive review.

However, the pool company rarely had a pool cleaner that had any technical skills to operate the pool. They only knew how to clean the pool. That said, the NEVER swept the pool and just cleaned the skimmers and tested the chemicals, event though they were supposed to be sweeping the pool every time. I have camera footage of the pool cleaner taking two sweeps and then staying a total of 5 minutes and leaving. Ridiculous.

They never showed up last week. I callled them on Saturday to find out why they no showed. No response. I called again on Monday, no response. Meanwhile the pool is full of leaves and the pumps were burning up from lack of water. Still no response.

They almost blew the sale of my house when the buyer came in on closing day to find the pool a total mess.

I would never recommend this company for anything. Ever. If they ever return my call they will hear me telling them they are fired.

I had to call another pool company out to do what I paid them to do in order not to get held up on the closing of the sale of my house. Complete and utter unprofessionalism. The worst company.

I would like to talk about Chris V. He has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable about a painful fix for our pool. He was able to walk me through everything even though I was offsite. He has even given me tips about how to keep my pool updated during the fall/winter seasons. I highly recommended this company and Chris especially if you need anything done with your pool.

I recently had Integrity Pools handle a major backyard project which included pool replastering, new coping and tile, paver deck and new patio roofing addition. The whole process was as painless as possible from David who led the sales process and Alan who checked on progress and quality and Jill who served as my customer rep.

David was great on the sales side as he patiently assisted through the many options available when starting a project of this side. His eye for detail and style choices was of huge benefit when making hard decisions like what stone type, color, tile color, plaster type etc.

If anyone wants to experience exceptional customer service, they most certainly will find it with Jill as their customer service rep. Jill was always informative with scheduling and alerting me to want the next steps were along with the timing of various crews arriving onsite; she was absolutely fabulous! Any company would benefit immensely with someone like Jill.

Throughout the project it was also having Alan drop by to check on how things were progressing. Alan was great to talk with when I had questions and very insightful when a couple of decisions needed to be made in regard to slight changes during the process.

Overall, I am extremely happy having chosen Integrity Pools and will continue to use them whenever a new project arises or whenever repairs may be needed.

-- Follow up. As the project was wrapping up during the plaster care portion it was noted that there was an issue with the pressure in the pump. Steve who was doing a great job during plaster care reported the issue. Again, Jill was amazing in coordinating with the service department to determine the issue. Chris, Brenden and Tyler did a fantastic job in determining the issue, a clogged skimmer, and rectifying it.

AWESOME!!!!! Super accommodative, very professional staff and the folks who manage the servicing are just tremendous. I've used several pool companies around DFW and Integrity is by far my preferred. Josh, our technician, is a big reason why we're so thrilled.

Amazing company! David was great and very easy to work with!

We’ve used Integrity Pools for a while now and Josh is our new service technician. Josh has done a fantastic job getting the pool ready for the year. He’s gone above and beyond by keeping in touch between the weekly cleanings whenever I have a question and need some advice on the pool.
I would recommend Integrity Pools to anyone. They’ve backed up their service in the past and sent people out off-cycle to fix problems free of charge.
I would also highly recommend Josh as a service technician. If you get service with Integrity Pools and Josh is your service technician, you’re in good hands!
I hope Integrity is able to keep Josh around for a long time!

Have used them for 5 years and have given them many chances. When there is an issue with , it’s usually guess work and they just start replacing things $$$ until they hopefully guess right. Example after 3 visits to correct salt system the finally said you need to replace your pumps, in excess of 3 grand. Got a second opinion and it was a $60 board. This exercise took almost 2 months. After 5 years of having a card on file for charges they changed their software system and all of the sudden the card didn’t work. Only vendor the card doesn’t work for. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, obviously the card worked for 5 years, they just blamed it on me and said you just hand to come in and run your card and refused to come out and just let the pool go, instead of being practice and finding a solution. Turns out, best thing that ever happened. I found a new service that is awesome and the office personnel are very friendly. I do want to add though that the pool cleaning that Sharleen provided was very good and was always done well. It’s the only reason I stuck around for as long as I did. I will give them props for that.

We’ve used integrity pools in the past and they always deliver. Chris V came to winterize our system ahead of the 2026 ice storm. He was in communication when he was on his way. Once the job was completed, he reviewed, typed out what was done and sent pictures. During a time of panic, we really appreciate it! Thank you!

Every aspect of our pool remodel has been handled with great professionalism. They provided us with detailed information at each step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect and what we should and should not do during each phase. I am very pleased with the outcome and look. We are anxious to have the cure period finished so we can use it (at least the spa to start).

We have been using Integrity Pools for a few months now to service our pool weekly. Josh has been our technician and he has been excellent! I always get a text when he is on his way and one after the service letting me know my chemical levels and what he added. We are very happy with his service and he has been great!

It took 3 months from time of agreement to installation for a new light. Their crew broke part of our retaining wall while beating on our junction box with tools. They also struggled with rewiring the new light. Ultimately, they had to replace the electrical outlet after outsourcing multiple electrician teams to evaluate their initial work. The outlet was then installed upside-down and of course never fixed. This process was also accompanied by the most negligent communication practices of any contractor I have ever worked with. Rarely were calls returned. Rarely did I speak to the same person twice. Their crews showed up unannounced without follow up. Integrity is not a word I would associate with this business.

We had our pool re-plastered and tiles changed out. It turned out beautiful!! Miles was wonderful to work with. He has been very responsive and professional during and after our pool was completed. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work and outcome.
